Anwar was so helpful and kind he went over and beyond for my new truck and even went out of his was to come check on my new truck he came out his way to get my truck back to the shop to get repaired the next day I recommend this car lot will take care of you . I had this truck Since September 8 2021 and now I found out today that my transmission is going on this truck. I just got my truck back from getting a diagnostic test and a test read it’s my transmission they’re not answering the phone I’m just gonna have to take the truck out there and drop it off because I can’t do anything with this car I spent $5000 for cash and now no one‘s answering the phone so I’m gonna bring them this truck back but I repeat do not get any vehicles from this dealer at all

A week later when buying it I had minor issues like the radio not working and a small leak in my coolant and it was handled immediately by Anwar! Buyer beware. They take their cars to be inspected by a con man. Please make sure you look over the vehicle carefully. They use spray paint to cover rust up. I was told so many lies. Their con artists. And i cant wait to see ther reply to my review. I will be turning in the people they use to inspect there cars. So Buyer Beware and Like they said to me. GOOD LUCK

On behalf of Universal Motors Group, Id like to respond to Mrs. Jigglins review. Briefly, Mrs. Jigglin bought a car off of us that was properly inspected by a licensed facility. The day Mrs. Jigglin bought the car we noticed the light bulb was out. Light bulbs go bad unexpectedly. I personally offered to fix the issue Mrs. Jigglin stated that she is a mechanic and that she would change the bulb. We both agreed on that. After 3 or 4 days I asked Mrs. Jigglin to leave me a good review since I gave her a good deal on the vehicle she purchased and she seemed very happy because I worked with her on the price. I was surprised when she texted back angry saying she wants $150 dollars back for the light bulb because the issue was a wiring issue not just a bulb, she fixed it. I responded I wish you told me before you fixed it I wouldve fixed it then I offered to give her $100, even though the whole job wouldnt cost me $50 to fix it. Anyway, she refused and threatened that if I dont send her a check in the mail for $150, she would write me a really bad review, I have screenshots for everything she said. She also said Once the check clears, Ill delete the review and Ill write you a good one I refused to give her $150, I was willing to give her $100 but she wanted $150. As far as for Mrs. Jigglins accusation of us using spray paint to cover up rust, we never use spray paint to cover up rust. As a matter of fact, I have a week to return a car back to where we buy them from if it has any major rust issues such as bad frames or rusted panels, we make sure our vehicles dont have any rust issues. I was very surprised of her accusation. We would be more than happy to lift any car up for any customer before purchasing any vehicle off of us to assure that no spray paint was used. Also, well offer to take any car to any automotive shop any customer chooses to have it checked out before making the purchase.
