Installed our quartz countertops. They did a very good job. I forgot to ask for the holes for the grommets. They came back and drilled them out for us.

On separate occasions years apart Ive had Y&Q installed granite in my kitchen and quartz in my basement. Their quality of work is very good and the value is excellent. They are punctual, friendly, professional and go out of their way to make sure they perform their best work. I highly recommend this business.

Greatest installers of quartz...So CAREFUL...SO PRECISE...Office staff are helpful...kind ( I can be difficult)....Pandemic changed selection of cabinetry....but we just needed countertops and sinks this time

I needed a granite countertop. My wife and I searched LOTS of different places. Most of them were 1600$ and up for what we needed (21-22 sq ft). I saw a review about this place in the strip and Im so happy that I did.We went to their showroom and there were a few people in there being waited on so we just browsed their inventory which you can just walk around and look at, see how much it is per sq ft, see the different edges and see their sink options that they have available. We had only walked around for a few minutes when a very nice lady walked up and asked if we needed help.We showed her what we were interested in and she asked if I had a rough idea of what size I needed and shape. I drew it on some paper for her and the dimensions. She calculated everything and asked if we would need a sink. We didnt need one as we had planned to use the old sink, but later changed our minds. All said and done, it was only 1k. 600$ cheaper than any competitor we had quotes from.We set up a date to make a template (about 1.5 weeks before they could come). They were punctual and actually showed up early! The guy came in and measured everything, asked me about the sink and faucet and was on his way. No more than 15-20 mins. (This is a small kitchen however). We had changed our minds about the drop in sink and decided to go with an undermount sink. It wasnt there in time, so they told me just drop off the template when I received it, which I did the following day when we paid for the services and setup a date for installation. (About 1.5 weeks).I was worried my road was going to be a problem because it had snowed the night before, and you know how Pittsburgh is with plowing side streets. They showed up right on time and got to work. They put blankets down to not make a mess. They did several measurements and had to make some cuts on the fly since my walls are a bit wonky. All outside, in the freezing cold.They put a couple shims under the granite and managed to get it perfectly level. They were very polite and wore masks the entire time. It only took about 2 hours for them to install the granite and sink. They were very efficient.I cannot express how happy I am with them. My countertops look phenomenal, and the service and experience was exceptionally great.Dont listen to these negative reviews who are complaining about well my cabinets werent installed or they showed up early. They need your cabinets installed to get an accurate measurement, they cant just guess with this stuff. Also the lady complaining she has a dingo baby, just because you had offspring doesnt give you a pass to be late. You shouldve been there 30 mins beforehand when you know installers are coming.Overall these people are outstanding and I will recommend them to anybody who needs this type of work done. Im so incredibly happy with my new countertops. Thank you so much for doing a great job.

Amazing staff - very accommodating and attentive. Two women work in the office and one of them helped me a lot with picking the granite and scheduling everything. If you spend a certain amount they include a sink and faucet (as most places do). They came on time and I was very satisfied with their work. We have used them for all of the houses in my family/extended family.

Use them in the past was very pleased and professional I guess due to covert they were way over priced and I bought my granite at Asian granite right after I left on Tuesday

YQ has a simple but good selection to choose from at their location in the Strip District. They were attentive in the show room and punctual for both the measurement and the installation. Lead time was fantastic - just a couple of weeks from when we picked out the quartz that we wanted. One large piece was installed with a manufacturing issue which wasnt evident until it was cut and put into place. Within just four days they were able to replace it entirely and even accommodate an additional request that we had. As with any installer, look at the material under a bright light to make sure the cuts are proper and to your satisfaction. Aside from the language barrier which we worked around, YQ delivered a first-rate experience. The installers were certainly courteous and professional. We are very happy with the end result and the process and would highly recommend them.

I looked into several different options for quartz countertops, but went with Y and Q as the price was impossible to beat. I was nervous about the you get what you pay for sentiment, but was so pleasantly surprised by a wonderful experience. The warehouse was very simple, and the selection was limited, but they had what I wanted. When they measured they didnt use any fancy equipment, but the installation was perfect! The installation team was great and very careful to make sure we were pleased. Communication (language barrier) was difficult at various points, but didnt pose any issues for us. I would highly recommend Y and Q if quality is important but you also want to save some $$. I was glad to see that we could have both!!

Had worst start with company guy met me at my house and gave me an issue because I was 20 min late because I had a flat tire and he clearly saw I had a baby! Walked into house I showed him layout of cabinet they were not installed all the way but would be the same size and height all the way around. He refused to measure them. Before giving me info about refusal made my dad who had back surgery pick up heavy cabinets and move them around for no reason. After which smacking my cabinets against wall saying “ see no installed” and chipping paint against back wall!! advised we are aware we are waiting on you to show you how we want it. Refused to work with anything. Left house by slamming my door and scaring my toddler. Very unprofessional and will not be dealing with such rude people. A couple of bucks saved is not worth the headache. You have been warned!

YQ has been my supplier of both cabinets and counters for the past several years on dozens of projects. Theyre prices are reasonable and they are easy to work with via email. I email them what i need and approx when, they email me back. Done.Their products are what put my properties a step above the rest and propel them into the luxury category. I always recommend my friends try yq out before heading to big box stores and they are always satisfied going with yq instead.

They do really great work

Don’t go based on the hoardings that say: “Buy Cabinets, get free granite”.. and when we stopped by for the offer, the lady just laughed. She mentioned the actual offer was: they have a selection of 3 cabinets.. mostly white and gray.. and if we go with one of those cabinets, then it is $16 off on per sq ft of granite. And they no longer sell any other cabinet sets and asked us to go through KraftMaid if we needed anything other than those 3 sets.

Customer service was on par. We had one issue at the beginning but they were on top of contacting us to make the necessary adjustments so that we would be 100% satisfied. Would recommend!

Do not use this company workers can be very rude do not answer questions that you might ask pertaining to your project they were scheduled to come at 11 o’clock showed up at 8:30 in the morning no phone call they were not going to put the Ceramic Tile on properly theyWeren’t going to make the 90 or 45 degree cut on backsplash until I asked them about it and told them what needed to be done they acted like they didn’t know a thing I had to Google and tell them What should be done so it would be done properly they act as if they don’t understand or speak English the sales girls can be very abrupt they take your money before hand if there’s a problem they won’t fix it I would never recommend or do business with them again The worst experience ever

I recently bought kitchen cabinets. I got pricing from the box stores and was shocked to see the same quality products for half the price from YQ. When I took delivery there was on piece of trim missing, they had it replaced within a couple days. Could not be happier with the results.

Quality cabinets, beautiful countertops, professional installation !!!. First visiting in August, and they had my measurement scheduled in a week. Cabinets delivered and installed in another week after we confirmed layout. countertops installed at the third week. The only issue is coordinating with my contractors and plumbers, because they never saw other company that quick. I really love my kitchen now. Thanks!!!

Phenomenal prices, excellent craftsmanship and best work ethic in the business. I have had 20+ installs on remodels from YQ and always done right. One job the guys were installing for 7 straight hours and I dont think they even took a break. Any time I have had a problem they were eager to correct it. I used them in my own home and it looks great. I have a deadline of january1 on a place I am doing right now and they are willing to install Christmas Eve to accommodate my schedule. Great people, great company!

I had the worst experience with this company! First Paul came 4 hours late to the scheduled appointment. He said that the estimate that he gave me did not include removing the sink, the old countertop or putting the sink back in. I then asked for the estimate in writing and he did not bring a pen or paper or a calculator with him. He was very rude and unprofessional and left my house without giving me an estimate in writing. I am so turned off my this company.

Cabinets delivered and installed within 2 weeks, so we will not miss our kitchen in holiday season. Best Price and professional installation. Other companies take 2 months. Fast response and quick service. Will come back again.
