They have been responsive and timely. I have had a great experience so far and am happy to receive my delivery to my house instead of having to haul the bottles myself. Would recommend

Wow, this company is absolutely HORRIBLE!!I started working here 2 weeks ago, at the end of my first week on Saturday April 10th my 27 year old son suddenly passed away. Obviously I was completely destroyed, and devastated. On Sunday April 11th I called my supervisor Joe and told him about my son, he told me to do whatever I need to and to not worry about anything at the shop. This company does offer bereavement days, 5 days for direct family members. So I took this past week off, to deal with everything. My son lived up in Michigan, so that made things even harder to get set up and scheduled. Yesterday, which was Friday April 16th I called the shop manager Tom and left a voice mail saying that I will be in on Monday, and would need next Friday because that is the soonest we could schedule my sons funeral service because Covid 19 has everything all backed up. Today, April 17th the Vice President Doug called me and said that I AM NOT A GOOD fit for their company, and he fired me.I am beside myself over this, so Im not a good fit because my 27 year old son passed away and I had to take care of his autopsy, funeral, and work stuff. Its not like we planned this, and I am definitely not lying about it.What kind of company would fire someone like this, what kind of man would ever do such a thing? When I was hired Doug bragged on and on about this being a FAMILY company. That was a big lie!! This place is disgusting, and he has absolutely no decency at all. I would never expect this type of treatment from an employer.And for the record if you support the way this company acts you are no better. Hopefully none of those at this company ever have to bury their child. I wouldnt wish that on anyone.

To get through the stay at home directive we needed a water source. Tyler Mountain was there, delivering to our door at a price competitive with our usual grocery store that is only 20 miles away. When this virus thing is over, Well still be Tyler Mountain Customers. Oh, and the water is excellent. We use it in our coffee.
Kind and caring people. We never had city water until recently and we dislike the taste of it. Tyler Mt water tastes like what we are used to. So nice to have it delivered.
The staff is now very friendly. I just spoke to Laura about setting up a residential delivery. She was super friendly and gave me all the information that I needed. So, if the company had a problem with customer service in the past it has been fixed. Great job!
RUDE STAFF!! Every time I’ve had to call in with questions, the woman that answers the phone is extremely rude and condescending. Every single time. After looking over the other reviews, I see I am not the only one who has experienced this. You would think they would care about their customers receiving such horrible customer service and actually make changes. The woman on the phone should absolutely not be handling customer phone calls. Today, I called in and was treated with the same poor attitude and decided to finally say something. Silly of me to think the woman would care. She actually laughed at me and defended herself. The way a business treats their customers speaks volumes. Will be looking for water elsewhere.
Customer service for Tyler Mountain is definitely worth 5 stars. I recently had a problem with my water cooler and the repairman came out the same day and replaced the needed parts. When I have dealt with customer service on the phone, they have been very knowledgeable and willing to help. The truck driver that delivers my water (Derrick) is always willing to answer any questions I have and suggest helpful answers. I would definitely recommend this company. I have been a customer for less than one year.

I really like this company. The delivery people are all very friendly and go the extra mile (bringing the water into the house). I like that they remind you both via email and a phone call each month, so even the most absentminded of us can get their water without delay. Highly recommend!
Yikes, wouldn’t want to purchase water from here. Rude service. Young man at the register was very abysmal in offering help. It’s real expensive anyway, may as well go back to deer park

Unreliable and unfriendly. Overall, I believe I received abysmal customer service. I had to withhold payment to try to force them to contact me to discuss service issues after having multiple delivery problems. Instead of trying to resolve the issue after I withheld payment, they merely showed up, took back the dispenser and water, and left. I tried to resolve the issue even after that incident and was only met with contempt. The general manager even called me a cyberbully when I threatened to leave a bad review. I immediately called another supplier and found that the service was much more flexible, friendly, and inexpensive. I would definitely steer folks away from Tyler Mountain to find another company- chances are youll get a much better experience at a fraction of the price.

The drivers are always super friendly and polite. However, I have had to call into the office in Pittsburgh 3 times during my 2 year service for general questions and all 3 times the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. She talked to me like my questions were stupid and irrelevant. AWFUL customer service. You should consider hiring one of the drivers to answer the phone. I discontinued my service after 2 years because of this. I will go with a company who is better with customer service. I Do not reccomend this company to anybody who has to call in with a question or concern!!!!!!

The spring water is delicious, the price is great, especially considering the convenience of home delivery. Why did I suffer through drinking Pittsburgh tap water for so long?
My low rating is for the phone customer service. I just called to ask for an update on my water delivery (for the business I work for). I wanted to know when it would arrive. The woman I spoke to was very rude and not helpful. I had to call back about 5 minutes after I initially called because I had to look up account information, and when I called back to speak to THE SAME WOMAN she acted like she forgot that we had just spoken on the phone. This was my first time ever calling for help from Tyler Water and it was very unprofessional.
Tyler Mountain Water used to be owned by PWC but was sold to Aqua Filter fresh in 2018/ Since then they have become a completely different, non-caring company. I had my business with Tyler / PWC for years but was immediately forced to make the decision to change water vendors due to Aqua Filter Freshs terrible customer service with Tyler Mountain Water. If you want to feel like your water vendor cares about your needs at all and appreciates your business, IMHO you will not get that from Tyler now that Aqua Fresh owns them.

On time every time, owner personally tends to customers, great prices. My wish for everyone who suffers as a customer of Crystal Springs-- as I did for a year after I moved here--is that they discover this company. Water service as its meant to be--and beyond.
