Went here for the first time. Very pleasant experience. The 2 ladies there were very helpful and informative. They have a large selection of boots and work shoes. Very reasonable prices and all good quality brand names. I ended up buying a pair of reebox steel toes work shoes which are more comfortable then my regular shoes. As I was checking out I couldnt help but notice a very nice display rack of Benchmade knives. So I picked up a knife as well. The knife was 360 dollars. This may seem incredibly expensive to most but I trust me its worth every penny. The reason I point out the price is because they are actually cheaper then buying direct from Benchmade. All in all Im incredibly happy with my purchases and will return again! Thanks for a great shopping experience!

I have been purchasing boots from Dibs since they opened their doors...Never Again!Recently purchased a pair of Keen Outdoor shoes, they fit horribly and caused pain while wearing.Called store, they said bring them in. In addition I called Keen direct to learn that they have a 30 day UNCONDITIONAL return policy, Dibs Work Boots will not honor it and I have to deal with Keen instead of them.

I have bought my work boots since they moved to plumb burro. And they just lost my business. I just bought my son a carhartt jacket and that will be my last purchase. No sales person was wearing a mask. And the one places his on his chin when we were making the purchase. If zero stars were available I would have chosen -5 stars.

The employees are why: I found the boots I needed, not the ones I wanted, because of the manufacturer. Paid way more than I wanted to however I needed them today. Plus, I got better service than the internet ever could provide!

There is no false advertisement with their name since they have boots on 3 out of 4 walls there. They also have fire resistant clothing and other garments for anyone working in a heavy duty environment. The staff was friendly and helpful. They let me know where everything is and even took things up to the register for me once I made my selections.

Tony and Jared helped us with my husband work boot sale today. Definitely priced a lite high but they have quality work boots. Tony and Jared were very helpful and gave my husband a bunch of free merchandise which was very generous of them. We purchased the Carolina boot which they told us was a #1 selling long lasting boot. Nice to know they carry size 14s! We appreciate the kindness that these two showed us in the store. Also it would be nice if they had discounts for people that own their own contracting business and offer discounts for mass boot sales for employees . Thanks for your help!

In January, after driving by your store multiple times my husband and I stopped in on a snowy Saturday afternoon. I had a difficult time choosing a pair of boots. I must have tried on at least 5 pair. And the gentleman that was helping me was very patient and knowledgeable about each boot I tried on. Customer service was excellent and will definitely shop here for my next pair of boots.

Save yourself the time...go somewhere else. I was there for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledge I was there, even though there was 5 employees and 3 customers in the store. Employees were completely clueless about the inventory and prices were overly expensive. Had I not been in a dilemma, and had to buy steel toe rubber boots that only they had. I wouldve left with my money in my pocket. Wouldve given no stars, but 1 is the least you can give.

I have found over the years the boots and work attire comfortable and durable. Their reasonable prices have allowed me to obtain different attire for different seasons and work environments. I have a very wide foot and D.I.B.S. employees have been the only ones who have taken the time to truly fit me. I once took back a pair of boots that at first seemed fine, but within a few days did not to fit well. D.I.B.S. let me trade them in for a different style. Id give DIBS 10 stars!!! I called on short notice looking for a very specific type of boot for women and initially was told they didnt carry the boots in the store. While on the phone with another boot store on a desperate search, DIBS called me back to tell me they might have an option that would work. Not only did their staff go above and beyond to call me, but they agreed to stay open past their closing time so that I could come try on the shoes. Best customer service Ive ever experienced, hands down! Ill be buying my boots from DIBS from now on.
