I greatly appreciate you taking the time to reply.I used to spend lots of money here from 2017 until yesterday. The cashier with the wild makeup opened a second register to get the line down. She rang out the person in front of me and the person behind me who rudely skipped me. (I thought we were going in order of who had waited the longest, silly me.) The first line was taking so long that I decided Id go to the other shorter line. The cashier waited until I had already lost my place in the original line to tell me that she only opened up to take two customers even though there were still multiple people in line. So essentially, I would have gotten skipped by a THIRD AND FOURTH PERSON. I felt like I wasted enough of my time there. It really made me feel like my money and time isnt as important as all those other people. I set my 12 pack down and went over to The Beer and Lotto Store. I absolutely love their employees. I will be going to Pittsburgh Beer and Lotto in Monroeville regularly. They have a much better selection of specialty beers and much less rude employees. I am going to go give them a five star review. Maybe the girl with the crazy makeup needs some better customer service skill training. Ill be sure to spread the word around town about how unprofessional this place is. Shame on you.

Hey now hey!!! They o so pleasant and a plathora of beer and ales the biggest bags of ice, and air-conditioning!!! Social distancing and arrows. I went thru every aisle. Bought something from each. Strategic thy have things set up. Shop you right out the door with the arrows. Words cannot describe the NEW NORM.

This is my preferred store to pick up beer on the east side of Pittsburgh.Between the competitive prices and the great variety theres no other store equal to Beer Minimum. Plus, they sell snack and a wide variety of tobacco products! Its always busy there when I make a trip and its no secret why.Only complaint is a few times the 2 liter pop was expired and still on the shelf and I didnt realize it until after I bought it or it was flat.

The manager is horrible and she is very rude! I bought a black cat vapor from there on 8/15/16. It broke on 8/18/16. Mind you, I never dropped it, used it twice, took it back on 8/19/16. She wouldnt even look at it, just kept saying theres nothing that she can do. The fluid was actually oozing from the glass, no visible cracks. She was very dismissive. Mind you this is the SECOND time that I bought a vape from them and it broke within a matter of days. NEVER again!

Yes check dates!! I bought a mixer there that had an expiration date of two years! And it tasted like chalk so I called the store and she tried to say it should still be good because they arent expiration dates but just best by date...umm really? I wont be back!

Close to home so I often shop here, however most of the beer is outdated, prices are standard not cheap nor expensive. Its a middle ground beer store.

They are always helpful and have great prices.

If a business is listed as being open until its closing hours they should allow patrons to enter the store until that that time. I had the doors closed in my face with 10 minutes of time left. Im from the area and used to shop here frequently now Ill be taking my business elsewhere. This to me is bad business.
