Usually takes a few minutes for an email to get to them for printing, not their fault, just email issues we all deal with. However! Knowing thats the case and that i was in a hurry, i called ahead to get the email so it would have 15 minutes to reach their email. It did make it to them, but when i went in and said im the one who called and emailed you they found an email from me from 2 YEARS AGO, printed it out and sent me on my way. It was car registration so it looked good at a glance, so i left. Got to my mechanic for inspection.. this is expired... so instead of printing the email i sent him at 10am this morning he found an email from me from 2 years ago with the same kind of document and gave me that. Even after i told him i email you this morning. I had to cancel my inspection appointment and rescheduel for two weeks from now! For which time ill have no car! To top it off i went back there to get the right one printed and they acted like i wasnt even there. Then after i told them to print the one from this morning not two years ago, the guy prints it out without saying anthying back to me then walks over, puts the paper down and points to the date on the registration and asks me if this is right... as if he was blaming me for not looking at the date on the first one. I wanted to answer him with was the email you printed this from recieved today or 2 years ago? Then barely a sorry bout that as i walked out. They screwed me over on my appointment and they seem so bothered by the fact they might have to admit they messed up and caused me to have to push my appointment anothet two weeks and look like an idiot bring in a two year old registration. Ill never NEVER go back to these people. There great when they do things right but when they mess up dont expect a heart felt sorry or anything. Just eh stuff happens, deal with it, attitude.

I was very impressed with the staff and how nice they were! Im normally not the one to procrastinate, and unfortunately the work I have done took longer than I estimated.
