A garage that stands behind their work. Dave and Mark are tremendous to deal with. I had some exhaust fixed and brought it back to look over showed me what they did and showed me the noise was a new hole on top of the muffler. Honest and great to deal with.

As always, great service and no up-charges on services that need done. Every item they find something which needs fixed they actually mean it. No trying to find an extra dime. Cant ask for more than that. Been going in for years and they have never made me feel like I was not respected for my issues or that they went searching for problems. Will always recommend

Poor customer service. Not very helpful or actually interested in doing the repair work I asked for. Ive heard really good things so it may have just been a one off, so Im not going to knock their service, but my experience didnt make me want to return.

I moved to the area in October 2017 with very limited contacts here. I chose McNeilly Automotive Service because it was conveniently located. I cannot say enough good things about this business. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, trustworthy and flexible. Communication is always key when obtaining vehicle maintenance and/or repair and McNeilly Automotive Service communicates with you and treats you the same whether youre getting an oil change or having major repairs done. I cant recommend them enough.

These guys are the guys that do a great job. Dropped off my car by tow on a weekend and picked up a working car Monday. I was happy!

Drove in shortly before the close of their work day and asked if someone could please check my AC. Having multiple medical conditions does not allow me to be in high heat. I know no one likes the high heat. My AC had been working 10 days prior. But due to covid19, my medical conditions and age, I dont drive much. This was a day I was heading to a doc appt. Thought the air would correct itself and it didnt.The folks at McNeilly Automotive did not hesitate when I pulled in unannounced and close to closing time. They checked the AC, charged it up and my car is once again feeling like a meat locker. The way I like it.Not only did they cure my problems, they were most courteous and thoughtful, and the price was right.I would highly recommend McNeilly Automotive to each and everyone of you reading this. I have been using them for 3 years now having lost my faith in the Subaru dealership who was trying to screw me. Great service at reasonable price! So relieved and happy! Took my car in for PA inspection after my dealer (who I had first taken it to for a Free recall fix and Free PA inspection, costing me a non- free $168 for brake diags and emissions inspection) wanted a ridiculous $1k+ on rear brakes... fixed those elsewhere.. McNeilly Auto discovered other big issues that the dealer and other places completely missed, a rumbling the car has had for a couple years. Fixed a hub and broken motor mount and others, and now runs and sounds almost new, and I saved a bundle. Thank you Mark and mechanics. Nice people for sure!

Honest and trustworthy! I took my car in to be inspected and also asked them to look into my AC. They were amazing and honest. My brakes passed inspection but are starting to get low and they told me this without trying to be pushy to put new ones at that moment; they were honest. As a female, I know that sometimes automotive repair can be challenging as it seems that many times people try to get over on females. In addition, my year of car a problem with AC and it is costly to repair. The shop told me about the known problem so that I could make a decision on whether or not to just trade my car in of fix it.

I worked with Dave step-by-step through the entire process of having the needed work done. He could not have been more knowledgeable, professional or kindl. He explained to me what needed to be done, the estimated cost and kept me informed throughout the process. I realize some mechanics/garages have gotten a bad reputation (of which I have personally experienced) but this is not the case With McNeilly. Ive found them to always be very honest and charge reasonable amounts. I took a vehicle in for inspection and they recommended that I just get rid of the car as the repairs were much more expensive than the vehicle.Ive also had a minivan and a different car serviced there several times and been very satisfied.

I was given an appointment fast. Went there then when done man said there was a bad wheel bearing.but did not ask if I wanted to have it replaced. I wish I was given a estimate on repair. This was a first for me when going to a shop and more repairs not offered when a problem is found. this was the first time I tried this shop.
