Family owned and operated wonderful small business. I was driving trough the town and I had a blow out tire on my truck. Pulled on the next exit and started to search for tire repair/shop called few known businesses unfortunately didnt get any help. Than called Harmar Tire & Service. Wonderful young lady Sam started to help and provide the best help I could get. Amazing staff professionals and smooth. I cant end this with out mentioning Chuck the owner. Super knowledgeable about hes business and gave me some wonderful tips to be more cautious with my tires since I do lots of highway travels. I m very grateful for everything you guys done. Will stop by to say hi if ever drive trough again. 🙏🙏✌✌

Got a tire leak fixed within 30 minutes of a walk-in… Staff was friendly and explained the issue and how they would fix it very well. Pricing was very good and appears competitive for other services as well. I, for one, will be returning.

I had a flat in the morning on the way to work and couldn’t make it there until 3. I normally only use one garage but I needed the repair right away. They got me in that day. The staff was so friendly and the place was neat and clean. I would definitely recommend 10/10 !

I have been looking for an auto repair shop that I trust. I have found it here. Took 4 cars for various inspections and/or repairs. They took the time to explain all of my options and give me the best price possible. Also, they sent in my tire rebate forms so I didnt have to send them in myself. I will take all my cars here and recommend this shop to others as well.

I purchased a new vehicle from Carvana and had 7 days to make my decision if I wanted to keep it, so I thought it would be best to have it looked over by a mechanic. I decided to go to Harmar Tire and Service because they had great reviews and I wanted someone I could trust. They were great! When I picked up my vehicle, they explained everything to me and spent a good 10 minutes speaking with my about my vehicle. I will certainly give them my business again and recommend to others!

Great service. Have been dealing with them for a few years now since my lifelong mechanic retired. Sam the receptionist is very pleasant and knowledgeable about the services offered.

Sam was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle. She helped me to make informed choices. I will definitely return to this business for my tire/repair needs.

Have taken my car here for tires and alignment and a few other things. Each time they are more then helpful and have done great work. Today I had a issue w a tire and even though they were closed the owner said he would wait. He fixed my issue and even with a few extra snags that came up he helped me and took care of it.

Professional, courteous and friendly. I cannot say enough about how well this business treated me when I went in for a new tire. They pointed out a safety concern which saved me from further aggravation down the road. Highly recommend checking them out.

Horrible customer service. I am 6 months pregnant, had my 6yr old son with me and unfortunately broke down in front of their shop. Walked in to tell the woman my story and asked if it was ok if I left the car in their parking lot (in a space) for a few hours until the tow truck could come.. I got a one word answer.. yeah. Unfortunately the tow truck company didn’t show until the next morning and I got a call from the same woman stating my car would be impounded at 1pm. So much for being understanding and kind.

I cannot say enough great things about the work and the people at Harmar tire and service. Samantha is always helpful, courteous and prompt in scheduling our vehicle maintenance. We trust Harmar Tire & Service for our entire fleet of service trucks and will continue to take our vehicles there for years to come!

They do great work I have brought both my vehicles for tires, brakes, and Inspections 3-4 times over the last year, while the work completed on my car was excellent, I wasnt happy about the circumstances of my latest appointment.

Gave this place a try last week, and so glad I did. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was put at ease about my car because I knew they were being transparent. They actually exceeded my expectations as far as their overall service and my experience went. The prices also were very reasonable, so I didn’t feel like I had to break the bank. I’ll be coming back again and recommending to others in the area.

I have been to this shop twice now for my car needs. First visit was for inspection, oil change and tire installation. They were able to do it without any issues. Second visit was for oil change and A/C recharge. They werent able to fix the A/C issue but Samantha (i hope thats her name) was nice enough to contact my dealership to see if my warranty would cover further AC diagnostics. She was very nice about the whole thing and seemed to genuinely want to help me out as much as she could. I plan to make this my go to repair shop.

They treated me right and took care of my car. They gave me a free alignment and said it didnt need adjusted...they could have told me it was out and charged me. They are honest and better prices than anyone...I called around!

I have nothing but great things to say about Harmar Tire and Service. They were extremely courteous and professional, plus I got my car back in a very reasonable amount of time. I will gladly go back to them again and they did a great job fixing the rotors on my car.

Tough to find a mechanic you can trust. The owner Chuck is honest and upfront, great guy. Dependable service, experienced mechanics and transparent about issues and cost. Highly recommend this business for regular maintenance and any issues you may have.

I had a tire puncture that left me stranded on the road at 5:30 in the evening. The closest tire shop to me was Harmar Tire. Although they were getting ready to close, Chuck offered to come to me instead of me doing more damage to my wheel base. He made 3 trips and got a new tire on my car that evening so I didnt have to have it towed or even deal with putting a spare on. Other than being incredibly affordable, he and his staff were kind, patient and willing to help outside of their normal business hours. They have a customer for life!

Great place!! Staff was friendly and helpful. I was looking for two cheap tires for an older car. Even though they were busy they took time to help me find the best possible tire at a price I could afford. I will definitely be back!

Had my car inspected and oil changed, no issues, and very punctual service. Even educated me on my engine type as to not overpay on certain services. Overall great experience. 👍

We stopped in last minute because we realized our valve stems where bad on our camper tires. They where ready to close but stayed to help us. They did an awesome job and was back on the road in 20 minutes. Highly recommend.Thank you Harmar Tire and Service for the great service!

We have used this shop twice now. The first time was for a last minute request and they were able to squeeze me in for an oil change, new tires and brakes pads! The service is great! The gentlemen are very professional and polite.

Terrible customer Service. The girl who works the front desk is rude. I walked in and asked if they had time for an inspection and she curtly replied “No!”. I said ok.. & before i could ask her when they could do it she said “thank youuuu..” like she was soooo busy she couldn’t even check the her calendar.

They did me a huge favor fitting me in same day. Great service, friendly staff, and very reasonable pricing. I’ll definitely be going there from now on.

Decided to try this new shop since I live close and like to give business to locals; they put on my winter tires which was easy enough [besides a couple upsell attempts]. They indicated my old tires were worn down and not worth keeping for summer; I then realized the worn tires had an 80k mile warranty and I had less then 40k miles on them. Went back to shop with receipt for the tires along with the mileage written on it and you wouldve thought I was asking for a bucket of gold! Service guy was nothing but attitude and after we measured the tread said you couldnt pro-rate a tire warranty...after I told him you can because Ive done it twice before (with exact same tread measurements) and my old shop even had it detailed on my receipt I gave him, he said maybe you should go back there. He then relented and said they would call me back once he heard from his guy re the warranty... and of course, I never heard back. This is after giving them a $20 tip the day before! Dont worry buddy, I will go back to my old shop and will make sure all my friends across the river dont waste their time with your poor customer service.UPDATE:Since the owner decided to leave a pathetic response below, I will follow up:1. I didnt know there was a time limit getting back to you this asinine comment speaks for itself.. but your employees stated theyd get back to me the next business day....I still have not heard from them.2. I advised I would provide all paperwork necessary by Bridgestone as soon as they got back to me on what I needed to provide....see #1.3. Bridgestone allows 1/32 difference in tread to cover via warranty; all tread was actually the same and there was no alignment wear; I just had the dealer check the alignment a month earlier.3. Its a lot of work! BINGO, we have a winner - if filling out a couple forms to save a customer hundreds of $s is too much customer service to provide then why would anyone use your business? I offered to buy new tires from your shop as soon as the warranty issue got handled.4. This isnt my first rodeo - I have had tires covered by warranty 3 times before with zero hassle; your shop just doesnt want to deal with an extra step so I will go back to my old one.5. Offered old tires back to me what good is that? They were already off my vehicle with winter tires put on...was I supposed to go to my old shop and say hey warranty these tires, not on my vehicle, but I swear they were!6. The owner also owns Oakmont Automotive for years - so his implication that shucks, were just a new mom-n-pop shop learning the ropes is BS7. the bottom line is this shop cost me a lot of $ (each of my tires is $250) because they didnt feel like getting back to me and filing a page of paperwork with Bridgestone; and instead of the owner making it right, he comes up with the lamest response possible below....purchase tires from them at your own peril!Another Update:The owner keeps wishing to change/add to his story & original post (and he wasnt even there) so I will continue to respond:- I posted a 1 star review after waiting 3 weeks to hear from your shop on what you wanted provided....crickets.- As you know, once the tires are taken off the vehicle, they cant be taken to another shop for warranty so why you keep stating I offered to give old tires back is nothing but BS. I have had tires warrantied multiple times with zero hassle from old shop.- ONCE AGAIN, I had all the required paperwork (that no one called and asked for), the tires WERE worn evenly, and NO ONE called me back at least 3 weeks prior to me writing my review.- I dont want anything from you (suggesting I expect free tires from you is as moronic as your changing story)….but I do want to warn the consumer that your shop obviously doesnt want to deal with warranties and they should go to an honest shop that doesnt mind the minor work necessary to save their customer hundreds of dollars. I wish I never cheated on my old shop trying to give someone local a chance.-

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable service. Presented options, educated me about the problems by showing me the worn parts and kept me well informed about progress in completing repairs.
