Wonderful auto repair shop. Fair prices. They got the job done quickly on the new alternator I needed replaced. This is a family business who takes pride in what they do.

I have been taking my car to Broadway for years to the point they know my name and I know all the technicians as well.My entire family goes to Broadway they are always honest and their prices are verygood.

They told me exactly what was wrong with my car and how much it was going to cost to fix it. They also told me when they would be able to fix it. Great customer Service. I recommend this company.

I would give zero stars if I could. I read wonderful reviews about this garage on google and was excited to receive good service like other people had raved about. I went in to get my windshield wipers fixed (needed a new windshield wiper motor and linkage assembly installed), and they wanted to charge $480. I felt that that was an unfair price and decided to not have them go through with the repair. Not only did I leave without the issue resolved, I left with an even bigger problem— a cracked windshield (which now needs replaced to pass inspection). This is exactly why, as a woman, I have let my father handle my car repair issues up until this point because I knew I would be taken advantage of.

As a young woman with a vintage used car, I felt very comfortable going to Broadway. They were prompt and polite and helped me out several times before the car became worth less than the repairs. At no time did I feel taken advantage of - the mechanics explained things clearly and respected my decision if I didnt want certain work done. My new car hasnt needed any work, but I would still recommend this garage to anyone in the area.

Great, straight forward, no hidden agenda

When I first moved to Pittsburgh, one of the things I had to find was a auto garage/mechanic that I could trust to work on my car. I was referred by my co workers to go to broadway auto. Every time I got my car serviced, I never had an issue. Car gets diagnosed appropriately and fixed accordingly. Wont risk going to any other garage. Ask for Matt; really cool and honest guy.

I recently was in need of a mechanic for the first time in Pittsburgh and am so happy I went with the mechanics at Broadway Auto Parts. They were able schedule an appointment to diagnosis my car the next day, were very friendly and trust worthy, and were able to fix my car that day at a very reasonable price! As a young woman more unfamiliar with the world of car mechanics, I am so happy to have found a place that I can trust, with fast and friendly service, and at a reasonable price. I had a truly wonderful experience with Broadway Auto Parts and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of a mechanic in the East Liberty/Shadyside area!

I spent 2,700 or 2,800 in April. Only for a mechanic to check everything and say they replaced 1 thing that could have been worth $200. I have pictures and recordings from my mechanic that shows all of my factory parts still there. Im really disappointed. I would not recommend this place.

Excellent repair shop. I usually can get an appointment within a day. They get the job done quickly, charge reasonable prices, and dont try to upsell me.

We use Garage at Broadway for our small fleet of vans. We are a nonprofit and Matt makes sure we get taken care of without a high cost. They do great work. A few of my coworkers and I also take our cars there.

This garage has fallen off big time. They refused my business because my car was not currently on the road. They used to be a reliable, affordable neighborhood garage not sure what happen. I had to take my business elsewhere so I would not recommend.

This garage went down. They used to be good. I took my truck to them for brakes and rotors then slid into the back of someone now my truck overheats not to mention my wheel cap came up missing. Find another shop to go to this place is now officially garbage.

Dont ever NEVER go here! A HORRIBLE GUY. took my car for inspection to check if it needed any work besides body work, said there was no problem and I paid the inspection. Was told to come back after repairs for stickers for no charge. Came back after repairs, tried to charge me again for inspection. At this point I went to another garage.

This shop diagnosed a cars whining noise that eventually came to my shop for repairs. They said it needed a steering rack, alignment and a belt tensioner pulley all for this whining noise. The car only needed the tensioner pulley. Any good technician would have figured this out no problem. They were trying to take advantage of the situation by ripping the customer off. Your doing business wrong if you have to lie to make money!!!

I have been going here for years. They stand by their work and when we have had things fixed and still had a problem they figured it out without making us pay extra. Trust these guys with both of our cars 1 with is a Jetta.
