Awesome call center at Service department, easy to book a time, simplely drive in with no appointment needed for oil change and tire rotation, quick state inspection check. Safety plastic shields/dividers and obligatory face mask policy! Great all around!

Baierl has always treated me right, both Subaru and Toyota dealerships. Recent work done on my Subaru was hundreds of dollars cheaper than other dealerships and independent garages. When I mentioned the price difference to the other #1 dealership, they didnt believe me.Baierl has really earned my trust over the years. Ill continue to use them for car sales and service.

Fantastic service department
The service department at this location is frustrating. I bought the car here and have had all service performed at this location. Over the years they keep getting bigger and bigger and try to streamline the process but its counterintuitive/not working. I call the service department to schedule an oil change and they tell me i cant (when someone actually picks up the phone) -- they tell me its a quick service thing. So when i go to get said oil change without an appointment its a 2 hour wait. I try to be a loyal customer but you make it difficult. Sadly i will give my business to another location when the time comes to get a new Subaru. Love the brand just not this service department.
Terrible experience. The most disorganized dealership Ive ever seen. No customer parking, no logic to layout, like models not sitting together and extremely tight driving through the lot. Was told this was typical for a Monday. I didnt go in the showroom due to the mess in the lot.
I brought my car in for a warranty repair without an appointment (car had to be towed to the dealership). They provided me with a loaner car, and were able to fit me into their very busy schedule. It took a few days for the warranty company to approve the repair, and Baierl (Zach) called me each day to keep me updated on the status until it was approved. I have had very good experiences at Baierl Subaru and highly recommend it.
My air conditioning stopped working and I called for an appointment. The woman there would only give me an appointment for over 2 weeks from now. I explained how very hot the car rides were and almost begged for an earlier appointment.Seems they are busy with multiple recalls.Never asked for a favor from this business before, despite having bought two cars there .I definitely will never buy another
I went in for an express oil change, during the multi point inspection they noticed my battery was deficient. Since I am still under warranty, they replaced the battery at no charge. Even if I had to pay full price for a battery it would Be money well spent, not to be stranded because of a dead battery. A big thumbs up for a Baierl Subaru 👍 Customer service does come first at the Baierl Subaru.

The gentlemen who assisted me getting my car serviced were professional and courteous. They set my expectations appropriately with regard to how much time it would take. It helped me decide whether I would like the option to wait or use the shuttle service.
The associates were friendly, knowledgeable. The place was spotless! The waiting room was well stocked and comfortable. The entire experience was very welcoming.
They really “listen” to you. Maddie was excellent when I discussed my battery problem over the phone. Then Zack took exceptional care of me when I arrived for EXPRESS service. Zack also agreed to incorporate a needed H-K infotainment software upgrade while I was there, so I would not have to return in April for my pre-scheduled, separate appointment. Despite the added service, I was back on the road in about an hour. Fantastic!!
Without a doubt, the best Subaru service in the area! Not just quality work, but add in to the mix friendly and honest.
I waited for my car while being serviced, the waiting room was clean and comfortable. I had a free cup of coffee while I got caught up with my email. I only was there for about an hour and a half.

I showed up when service department opened first thing in morning and during a mad rush, I was quickly greeted and car whisked to be repaired. Repairs completed quicker than expected and employees were very professional.
