They do an amazing job and are very honest and up front. Zack has never let me down with my car and prices have been super reasonable. Receptionist can be hard to deal with.

I had a wonderful experience at this auto body shop. I called in and schedule an appointment that same day. When I arrived, they were punctual and friendly! There is a small waiting room if youre going to stick around and wait for your vehicle. I highly recommend this place and will bring my car here for everything.

One of the best experiences Ive ever had with a mechanic (Zach). Living in the neighborhood, I would often stop by and he would always seem to be able to make time for me, explain to me things in details I would understand - then usually fix the problem with whichever car I brought by at the time (domestic and imports). I have used Zach several times and have never been disappointed with the work he has done for me. I recently had a flat tire and Zach was the closest place I could go for the repair. He was busy working on a car, but took the time to put my spare tire on my vehicle at no charge. He even went as far as to order me tire, since the my tire could not be repaired. He asked me first if there was someplace else that I wanted to get a tire. I said, no. I would prefer Zach to order the tire, because he is fair and honest. Zach will do what is best for you and is very professional. Yvonne is also very professional and helpful. I have made Zach my mechanic and appreciate him very much for all he does. Zach and his team were very responsive to a quick tire service I needed ASAP. The night before I ran over a nice sized nail and the next morning they took me without an appointment to change the tire. Zack came back to me and recommended it could just be plugged, which would save me from having to use my extra tire. They had me in and out within a half hour! I was also happy to see that everyone was wearing a mask when interacting with other customers. I brought my vehicle in to Zach for an inspection earlier this month. Not only was Zach friendly, prompt, and professional, he went the extra mile to help me save some money on some repairs I needed. I checked my tire pressure as always before a longer drive, and noticed I had a flat!I called AutoSmith immediately hoping they could fit me in last minute, and they did! Even on a busy day for them right before they take a well deserved break.They got me in and out in well under an hour, and they did it for free as a Christmas gift. 07 Hyundai Sonata would not start had to jump every time I would leave. Went to Autosmith explained my issue Zach got me in Monday morning. I was told several times by auto zone, advance auto parts and AAA that my battery was “good”. Got the call and I was furious it was my battery the whole time. Very satisfied with customer service. No longer looking for a mechanic I found one. Very reasonable if your looking for work to be done this is the place five stars.

I first found him when I moved to Swissvale almost 3 years ago and even though I have moved further away every year since then, I always get all my car needs taken care of by him. I had some strange noises coming from my brakes and brought it to my dealer, who told me nothing was wrong and all they had to do was clean my rotors. I went to Autosmith for a second opinion when the issue persisted, and Zack found all sorts of damage that the other mechanics had missed, and damage caused by the mechanics attempt to clean! He took photos for me to bring back to the original shop to show that they had messed up and should pay me back. Zack provides upfront and honest service, and does an excellent job with repairs. I will be going to Autosmith from now on!
