Absolutely wonderful experience. I was a little nervous about bringing my Tesla in for this installation, being I only got it home one week ago... Everything went perfect and Ron is a wonderful technician expert that I felt very comfortable with leaving. Don’t forget the delightful lady you speak with as you walk in and wait... Good souls!!!

EVERYONE there has a bad attitude and extremely smart mouth especially the lady at the desk. First time there, not knowing what to do, got out of my car to go inside and she came to the door and screamed at me for me to get back inside of my vehicle and to not get out again until I am told. The device has caused nothing but problems with my car since it has been installed. Also, the device shut my car down when turning onto an intersection and almost caused an accident which has happened several times while driving. When I called them to explain what happened, I was told my car is broken and that the device wouldnt cause my car to shut down while driving. When I went there to get the device serviced I expressed my concerns and was told well dont drive it then. They dont care about your safety or anything else but the money!

These folks are wonderful. I go to them under uncomfortable circumstances after a horrible mistake during a bad time in my life and get treated like a respectable human being.They are kind, courteous, always helpful when you have a question or problem and put up with an awful lot of rude behavior out of some of the other individuals that are mandated to have an ignition interlock device.It’s not their fault that you made a mistake, and they didn’t write the PA laws. Treat them with the kindness that they deserve, because I certainly didn’t expect this embarrassing experience to result in being treated with the dignity that they are so willing to give out!

Out of the way but not treated bad. Very well informed every part of the process.
