Hello! I do not recommend Rick Britenbaugh services at all. My husband took our pick-up to Ricks shop 2 months ago. My husband called after a month and he said that he working on it in between insurance claims. Well after the second month my husband just decided to pop in and see how the truck was coming along. Well, it wasnt! Our truck was tucked away in the back of the yard as if it were a piece of junk and was never touched. We wanted some rust spots cleared up before the winter. Now we are set back two months and still dont have the work done. Unless you dont mind letting your vehicle sit for months, dont go to this guy. Prior to taking it we had to wait a month before he could fit us in, only to let it sit for two months. This guy is unprofessional by far. No communication and when you call he lies about it. Use at your own risk.

Alexis O’Donnell was asked to moved politely and refused to move. Rick is very respectful and well mannered and does very good work

Parked in the wrong spot at his lot. He came out and screamed and mad us move. 0/10 would recommend, not a respectful person.

Terrible terrible service doesn’t communicate with costumer I drop my truck off the end of April 2019 here it is the middle of July I go check on my truck it in the back lot under a tree two months he had my truck and never touched he kept letting ppl he knew jump the line or if you were spending more money he took you first I don’t recommend this CLOWN
