I’m sure you have read the other reviews and let me reassure you — yes, they’re really that bad. They left my new stove sitting in foyer because they wouldn’t wait for me to take one door off its hinges because they said they had to go to another delivery, even though I was hours within my time slot. Left and it took me 5 minutes to get the door off. The number they gave was some corporate general number. It took me ten minutes to finally reach the men who left — and they said that they were already back at the warehouse and clocking out. So they literally lied and said they had a delivery because they didn’t want to deal with it. Got my delivery fee back from Home Depot and just moved it with a friend instead. Completely unacceptable.
This company deserves negative stars. 1 star is way too generous. This company was sent out by my home warranty company to replace my cooktop. My old cooktop had a burner that would not work but it was useable. Two young men showed up in a semi and stunk of marijuana. They were obviously high and were unable to get the new cooktop to work. He told me that I needed to contact an electrician because maybe my electric is different from new electric......yah ok...I told him that either his cooktop is faulty or he did not hook it up correctly. He stated that they were just installers not electricians....absolutely the worst customer service and personnel that did not know how to install an appliance. Now I have to wait for a call from a senior technician to try to finish the job. Meanwhile I have a cooktop laying on my counter that does not work. Thus company is like a ghost. No website, numbers from various locations, BBB cant even find them according to their website.
RAS delivered our new dryer and “broke it down” in the middle of the street in the pouring rain when they could have simply backed into the driveway and broke it down inside. They then refused to install saying it’s not their job and Home Depot always lies to get the sale. The men did not wear booties or masks (covid 19). Home Depot was called immediately and they apologized and said a complaint would be filed. The delivery guys ended up calling their boss and he said “ya I don’t have any issues with you guys installing”....needless to say the installed it very rudely but wouldn’t hook up the vent and also couldn’t level it correctly because they didn’t have any shims and said that was our issueSTAY FAR FAR WAY FROM THESE DUDES
Negative 10 stars. this company is truly disorganized and incompetent. avoid at any cost or be prepared to deal with shady people and spend lots of time making phone calls

The WORST service company I have ever dealt with. They have been to my house 5 times and still no install. I now have a dishwasher sitting in my living room. I bought the dishwasher from Home Depot and will never buy from another company that uses RAS for delivery and install. There is no excuse for such horrendous service or lack there of.
Delivered the wrong stove, never contacted me to schedule a delivery and just showed up unannounced while I was out of town, didn’t wear the protective booties to keep our floors clean and tracked in dirt, salt, and snow into our house and didn’t clean up the mess and they left for my wife to deal with. They told my wife they didn’t have to booties for their shoes when she asked them to put them on prior to entering our house. Also, they installed the oven so that it wobbles when touched. Didn’t even install it correctly!!! Terrible experience.
Quite possibly the worst company that you will ever be forced to work with. Twice my appliances went missing there after being shipped from Whirlpool / Maytag. Neither time did they bother to contact me to let me know. I only found out on delivery day when I called them and they informed me that they didn’t know where the pieces were and then told me it was my problem to solve. Thank goodness the Home Depot store manager took responsibility immediately and agreed to ship his floor models via his guys and his truck. I’m not sure how this company is able to stay in business. If your forced to use them my advice is run before your stuff goes missing !!!
Absolutely the worst customer service.
RAS Delivery was the worst experience having multiple appliances delivered. After the first reschedule they only brought a dishwasher leaving off the washer and dryer. RAS was supposed to install the dishwasher and they did not send certified installers with delivery so I had to install myself. After RAS did not deliver the the washer and dryer they were conveniently not available for another 2 weeks to deliver and install after it was their fault for not delivering 2 separate times. You would think when you botched a delivery 2 times that you would make it a priority to deliver and hookup the following business day at the least. Home Depot manager had to pick it up and deliver himself and they were not certified to install a gas hookup. Home Depot is at the mercy of RAS because they have a contract with General Electric and GE uses RAS to deliver products. Both GE and Home Depot needs to terminate this relationship as they are horrible. I purchased these appliances over a month ago and I still dont have everything hooked up. I will not make any big purchases from Home Depot again or until they replace this outfit. I suggest anyone to strongly consider an appliance purchase from Home Depot because of RAS. I do have to say that Bill, Home Depot manager, has tried to rectify the situation by delivering himself but they are not certified to do gas hookup. He is now trying to coordinate a contrator relationship to install dryer.
