We are from out of town and stopped in to see if they could help my Mom with her hearing aids. They were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The staff at the Pittsburg, KS office we’re great!

As a retired RN it always brings a smile to my face to see young ones in the medical industry who not only love and enjoy their career choice but embody the role itself. Ms Erica is truly an asset to your company. She displays a wide range of knowledge and education in her field and teaches that to her patients and loved ones. Erica went above and beyond counseling my mother when she purchased hearing aids. I have taken my mother to many offices and she has had many sets of hearing aids over the years. However, Erica’s encouragement, education, and support are why we will never go anywhere else. It’s wonderful that during this pandemic my mother can talk on her cell phone with no trouble and be able to stay connected to the grandkids.Thank you Erica!

Erica Nelson in the Pittsburg Ks one is phenomenal!!! She is very thorough and thoughtful. Erica made sure to explain everything for me and gave me lots of choices, she also said that she would let me know if certain ones that I did like, go on sale so that if Im able to afford it then I would be able to get them at that time!!! She is a great asset to this company and knows her job well. Hope this helps anyone who is looking to get a hearing test or just looking for a new place to and lower prices to get some!!!

I have had ME hearing aids for 2.5 years with no problems and great experience. I have always been treated fair and kind. I recently upgraded to new rechargable hearing aids, Erica went above and beyond she is not pushy and really cares about my needs.

Was really nervous to have my hearing checked but I always have trouble hearing people and need to watch tv with subtitles. Erica Nelson made me feel really comfortable and was so informative. I left feeling really confident.

Bryan Matchell was extremely helpful. I was tested thoroughly and Bryan explained each test so I was clear about the meaning of it and how I could best utilize my hearing aids. This may save my marriage!!!
