The only thing that I can say is that they are downright rude. I have a special order. They dont know when it will be in. They do not want to call to see if it was shipped. When I was talking to them they walked away and waited on another customer. They will not call the shipper. They will not call the vendor. They are rude.

Locke Supply is a smallish chain (less than 10 stores I believe) they have electrical, plumbing, and HVAC supplies for contractors and do it yourself types, the staff is knowledgeable and frindly, and more than willing to help you!

I can always find what I need here and questions get answered correctly and in a way I can understand

I waited almost twenty min while they talked about what they did last night and what they were doing this weekend. I asked for help from did people and got the same response we will be with you in a min as I was they only customer on the premises it showed me how important my business and future business was to this location. This location is a prime example why people order online now. So I ordered 1826.00 including shipping online. What a waste. This is a small town and usually that means great customer service what a shame

I have been shopping at Locke in pitt for 12 years. The plumbing and electrical depts. are pretty good, sometimes have stuff home depot doesnt but the prices are comparative. The hvac dept however is a different story. I agree with David Bryan, the guys are very arrogant and more concerned with divvying up their sandwiches than they are about helping you, the customer.And holy bank robbery batman! what was I thinking? they sold me an electric motor for a condenser for 244$, yes that is $244.00! when I checked out the price online I could get one for 78$ at amazon, even grainger had it for 85$. jeez really, and you wonder why no one buys local anymore. thanks a lot for taking care of your people, at a price hike of 300% Locke, thanks a lot.
