I called the company twice to make an appointment. They told me both times they would call back within 2 days regarding appointment, but they did not. I will not try again !!

So, they installed a generator for my Dad. He suffered from progressive dementia with a paranoid element. I have had some indicate the generator was substantially larger than required. OK...he also had them install propane cylinders to backup the NG lines, I guess in case of an actual societal meltdown (LOL). On advise of realtors and property managers I am trying to get cylinders removed as they are not an attractive addition and, frankly, concern most people. Ive called and emailed repeatedly without any response. Guess they are too busy installing gas cylinders elsewhere. Shame. I am sure they were quick to get back to an old man with a checkbook...not so much anymore.

Something funny about how these guys do business. They refuse to be transparent in their pricing.
