Be careful buying gift cards from here !! My son got a 25$ gift for toys r us as a present and we went to use it a week later and the cashier said it doesnt work thats its an old card !! I didnt understand how can you guys sell these cards then if there old and cant use it !! I called customer service and there not much help either..... I called them and explained to them what was going on and they said that someone would be contacting me soon after a week they sent me an email saying theres nothing they can do if I dont have a recipe!!! Wont be going here any more !! Thanks for the help toys r us

They do not understand on-line sales. We were shipped the wrong product and then instructed to take the item to our local TRUS to return it. If this inconvenience was not annoying enough, they then sent us the correct item and 2 weeks later informed us that we were being charged for not returning the original misshaped item,of course we had done that the same day that we had received it. We must now send our receipt to prove that we returned it. Avoid Toys R Us they do not understand or appreciate the values of direct shipping.

I was greeted and asked if I needed help by 3 workers and ultimately helped by 4 workers. They were all helpful and got me on my way to the baby shower I was running late to.

This Toys r Us is smaller than most of the ones I have been to but the location is good. It is right off the freeway and has a ton of other stores around it.

Its a Toys R Us! They got allllll the toys you want. Some items are well priced, others overpriced. Video game selection is hit and miss, call the story if you are looking for something specific. Probably better off at Gamestop for video games

I can seriously look at everything here. I take my boyfriend,nephews & niece here & run with them. I looove the hello kitty area with all the cute things. Also I love the area with all the collectable action figures.i would have killed for these rare finds I find here( Godzilla, AVP,ALIENS,Spawn...list goes on) they have lots of cool things & sales on out of season items.

Worst place ever waited 1 hour for a pinball machine and online it said it was in stock. I drove 2 hours to get the pinball machine for my little brothers birthday. If I could give a 0 star I would.

Very friendly and my siblings go nuts looking at all the toys. Its like a heaven for them

I cant remember the last time Ive come here and found the toy Im looking for. You would think Id give up even trying, but I keep walking in with high hopes... This is a toy store, all they do is toys, theyll have the toy you need. But alas, I walk out every time saying of course they dont have it, they never do, stop coming back. For example, they dont carry anime toys, so dont waste your time if you need one of those.

Like every other toys r us, waaaay overpriced. Definitely a last resort spot.
