We travel. I love it mostly because Walmart is just about everywhere. And you have what I need. Today, it was string!

It was brilliant! Indeed you need to request to have the clothing opened, bother. However, the woman who looked out for me was exceptionally kind and accommodating even after I lashed out at her. I was sorry immediately. Then, at that point I needed to utilize the bathroom the front was being cleaned I needed to go to the back one, swarmed. Then, at that point saw a worker subsequent to doing her chance in slow down, she got waste on floor as she was leaving then, at that point cleaned up. I saw her later as a clerk. Everybody was buckling down. I truly liked it.

Walmart always have good prices and a fun area to walk around in and see all the new things to buy a one great.

Nice service but dont go there in the morning because it was very hard to find someone to help you now they have installed a button so whatever area youre in someone will come and help you good job ☺️

I just buy a 50 lb bag of dog food I cannot lift it I couldnt get it in the cart and one of the gentleman help me put it in the cart didnt know how its going to get it out of the car but another gentleman come and help me get it out of my cart that is a wonderful thing for me cuz I cant lift it Ill keep going to Walmart for dog food

Great selection but, waiting for assistance to retrieve item is a problem. Items are locked up. At other stores, same item you can get off shelf yourself. Conclusion is must be a high thief store which I wont be shopping at! Lines and wait time is unacceptable.

Cashier short changed my friend 10.00 but when the manager came they found the 20.00 bill hidden under the 10.00 dollar Bills. Cashier also was soooooo slow. We were in line for 30 minutes with only 2 ahead of us. Also they keep tide detergent locked up so u have to pay for it before they will give it to you. Insane place! Ill never go back there

Few cashiers for a large store! They should pay them more so that they have a better attitude

45 people trying to check out of the 3 open lines. Seems like if they have 16 registers and 3 lines of people trying to check out of the store that almost reach the back of the store that you would open more lines.Instead I got to watch a stocker stock clothes next to me, got to see the supervisor tease me by standing next to a register talking on her radio for 20 mins. Got to watch 3 different guys moving inventory around the store and my favorite got to watch the lady that checks your receipt at the exit hang out with the security guard at the exit for the whole time I was in line apparently its a two man job checking those receipts.

Theres this young female employee named Susy or Susie with attitude and poor customer service that shouldnt be working there. She never makes eye contact, she wants to dismissed you at all cost and she always runs off without answering to your polite Thank you which I said even though she didnt deserve it. I have encountered her three times now and she still looks at me and treats me with disregard. The nicer Walmart employees are the ones that have been there for a while. Like the two Almas, Maria and the manager I think his name is Jaime.

This place is terrible. Idk if they need to hire more people or train the ones they have better. Every time I come here the lines are ridiculously long and it always takes a long time to get assistance. Honestly don’t come here if you can avoid it.

I went to the electronic dept to try and buy a fine. Asked for help in makin a decision about reception and memory and the guy said, its all over there theyre all the same. I asked him if he was goin for employee of the month. They had no display fones to look at and I found the whole experience pitiful. The guy was lookin at a clipboard and tryin hard as he could to ignore me. When he realized he couldnt he looked up with a little fire in his eyes that was easily extinguished. Just pitiful

Ive been to this location 5 times. 3 out of 5 they got my order wrong. After getting home I realized they gave me completely the wrong order so I called to speak with someone about the mixup. The phone rang no less than 15 times; no one picked up. In fact they picked up and promptly hung up the phone without a spoken word. That happened 3 times in a row. It was confusing because when I was handed my order at the drive thru, workers were standing around laughing and joking not working. There were 3 at the pickup window literally doing nothing at all!. The next time I came by, I told them about the mixup previously (receipt in hand). They offered no apology and asked me if I still had the food from 3 days earlier. I told them no. Why would I keep 3 day old food? They made me what I originally ordered and handed me the bag. I looked inside and the order was wrong again! Crazy! Every order comes with no napkins in the bag and taco sauce only comes if requested. Regardless of how many items you order you get 3 small pouches of sauce. My drink was a small instead of the large I requested. It was a Pepsi instead of a Dr. Pepper. When I asked to speak with the manager? Everyone inside acted like I was invisible. After a 7 minute wait at the drive thru window, a young man came to the window, he could barely speak English. So I asked him his name in Spanish. I explained the mixup, again no apology given. This place sucks!

The worst service and the people that patron this place must make the Yahoo, you wont believe it to you see it list. No one that works there is helpful except electronics. All the rest should just, you finish this statement.

Need much more variety of products. This store has gotten more organized but need more customer service agents at the registers and on the sales floors

Its gotten a lot better. Store is a lot cleaner and they dont seem to be using the floor for keeping pallets of merchandise.

Store is overall okay. I find pittsburg WalMart to have more clothes in stock, even cuter clothes the Martinez WalMart usually.

Its walmart, what do you expect. Spend a extra $2 and drive to Lone Tree Walmart. Larger store, better employees and self check out, not just 1 but 2 shelf check outs.

They had what I ordered. I purchased things on their site and picked it up at the store. Awesome young man brought it out

It was wonderful! Yes you have to ask to have the underwear unlocked, hassle. But the lady who waited on me was very kind and helpful even after I snapped at her. I did apologize right away. Then I had to use the restroom the front was being cleaned I had to go to the back one, crowded. Then saw a employee after doing her turn in stall, she picked up trash on floor as she was exiting then washed up. I saw her later as a cashier. Everyone was working so hard. I really appreciated it.

Its was well stock but the Walmart app was unable to tell me the price because the system thought the store didnt have it. That made it difficult to shopped.

I absolutely hate Wal*Mart. They do not and will not back their advertised prices. I simply went there to walk around in an air conditioned building. Its been hot lately...

All good. They were out of some neon work shirts in the size needed. Other than that, all was good.

I had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to help me get into their locked case. After all that they did not have the correct item that I was looking to purchase. Wrong one in spot. The Associate that tried to help me had no clue what they were doing. The item was for a $8 item. Which should never have been in a locked case in the first place. What is going on with walmart?

There is no curbside pickup in this place. I received an email saying I could drive and have curbside pickup. The email asked me to checkin through the app. I did. The instructions said drive to the curbside pickup area, but there are no signs of curbside pickup. The app says its right in front of the store. Nobody showed up. Then I drove to the place where it says Pickup in front of the store. But if you wait there you either block the traffic or you block the pedestrians. Although the email said no need to call, I decide to call. I pressed 3 to talk with Pickup. Nobody answered. I tried to press 0 to talk to a representative. Nobody answered. I tried to call again. And again. Nobody answered. That was around 9:30 in the morning. The pickup is supposed to be open at 8 am. I asked someone from Walmart about the pickup area. They told me you have to go inside. But I had two babies inside the car, and I didnt even brought the stroller. So after waiting 30 minutes there, I had to go home without my product because there is no curbside pickup.

I tried to return my two items that I bought online at the customer service. The shift lead was surprisingly rude. She had her earpods on while I was talking to her and she was talking on the phone at the same time. She told me she could find my items to return. She told me to call customer service. Customer service told me to go to another store because they think what she told me is not true and she didnt want to help me. This is a new low for walmart. I would not suggest this store at all its like a county jail in there. Very disappointed this was at 5:10 pm July 15 2021. Dont come to this walmart at all! Go to Antioch better service they actually helped me there. I guess even corporate knows they have bad customer service and suggested to go to another store very sad .

To many items behind lock and key. Having to wait for an associate to unlock a case for a product you need is to time consuming.If you grab a case of soda off the bottom shelf notice the filth on the floor underneath the shelf. The extra star is for the friendly cashiers. Good customer service matters.

The socks are locked up in a glass cabinet like bullets. I had to wait 10 minutes for the sock lady to come unlock the cabinet, get my socks, and escort me all the way across the store to the cashier. Because Im obviously a sock thief. Probably wont be shopping much at this Walmart anymore.

They were short staffed, but when they do get to you the staff have always been, in my experiences there, very helpful and never rude regardless of how busy they are. And I have always left there with what I went in for. And many times they are items that are popular or ones not all walmarts would have . I really should give a five star but im hoping management sees this and will start putting more staff on.

I went to pick up something that I ordered, it was for curbside pickup. It was my first time and its not very clearly marked where to park for the pickup. Just to let everybody know curbside pickup is over in front of the garden center theres orange cones in front of the parking places and their marked by number. Curbside pick up for pharmacy is in front of the entrance, on the right side if youre facing the store.😊 Also the app says you dont have to call to let them know youre there, but the customer service person told me to call.😁

Its a Walmart. Nothing special about this one. The down side of this location is that it doesnt have a grocery section, it locks up its haba area haba is health and beauty area. Theme store is yes a general Walmart.

No self check out line. The lines are always ridiculously long but only 2 or 3 employees in sight.I asked an employee a question but he ignored me and continued walked because he had airpods in.

The money center closes at 6. I arrive at 5:10 and it was closed. I ask someone in the customer service department why and she said, There isnt enough staff. Sure there is.. There was nobody in the customer service line and 2 were behind the counter. 😐 Walmart never fails to let me down. 💯

Absolutely horrible. Go-back carts everywhere! We counted over 70 of them! The aisles are barely big enough to fit your cart through, and as a result the store is nearly impossible to navigate during the busy hours.I hate this store so much. We only come here when it is for something necessary that we cant find elsewhere. Their shelves are also completely in disarray - the staff basically just lets customers break down displays and pile missmatched things in the wrong places and puts forth absolutely no effort to organize things again.In the clothing section, there were hangers and sharp metal bits all over the floor. Everywhere. Extremely dangerous slip-and-fall hazards, someone could easily slip on the plastic, and once again not a single employee makes an effort to clean it up.Disgusting.

Take a long time to get service to unlock caninet

Ive always loved Walmart, I went inside Walmart after taking a friend there to see what was taking her so long she was checking out as I walked in we walked out together and she got caught shoplifting I too was escorted into a security room and advised not to come back for one year this was very embarrassing, humiliating, and I cant believe it happened to me .I dont steal I can understand the lady getting caught stealing but I did nothing and I had no knowledge beforehand good job Walmart. I still love that place

I dont like is how they keep the soaps and certain other products in a locked glass storage that requires an associate to come open it. They then hold the item by the register until you check out. I had forgot to even go back because I wasnt done shopping at the time I was trying to get the soap. I was so annoyed! I get why they do it, and Im not condoning theft, but people take these things because they need them clearly.The only soaps that were not locked away were the other brands that people hardly use because they arent really a good brand to begin with, and they are heavily scented often causing skin irritation. So basically its ok if folks steal a bar of Irish Spring soap, but not equate or dove soap? Im aware that this is a bigger issue than Walmart, the fact that people steal these personal items, but the lock up is still ridiculous to me.Its insulting to shoppers.

Im pretty much a huge fan of all Walmarts. Ive been on both sides as an employee and as a customer & I dont have a lot of bad things to report.

Staff not really friendly, not helpful at all. So many everyday items locked up. You ring the bell and no one ever shows up.

It was nice shopping here. Shelves are well stocked except for some canned cat food.

Cheap prices, but no customer service! The insanely long lines are a joke, and finding an employee to help you, or be willing to help you is like finding a needle in the haystack! Even when you are super nice and courteous, some of these employees dont even make eye contact! And some cashiers are super slow when ringing up your items! I try to go when is not crowded, and we downloaded the app to check the prices our selves, since no one seems to carry a handheld price scanner here.

I noticed that there was no line for this area store so I decided to go ahead and take my chances this store had no Frozen items, no lemonade it only vanilla ice cream had no shakes I dont know why theyre open I thought it was very poor the only thing that was uplifting was the customer service but they had nothing to serve the customer!!!

I really like the Pittsburg Walmart. But every time I go to use the restroom there they are filthy. I hate using especially when I have to bring my children inside the restroom. Not only are they still there but they are falling apart

Good shopping experience right up to check- out. I was very unhappily surprised to find they did NOT HAVE TAP N GO PAY OPTION! The Antioch store does and Ive used it many times, especially during the pandemic shopping, but I was very disappointed that we only had the option to pay cash or insert a credit/ debit card into dirty machine. I never saw any cashiers cleaning the key pads or anything else :(

Basic Walmart complete with extra loss prevention security features, such as a make-up and product section complete with its own check stand. Great for those few beauty product purchases. The Walmart financial area and eyeglass store are also sectioned off from the rest of the store. Each have different hours from the main store. Staff are friendly and helpful.
