He came out once gave us a good quote. Sadly i was not prepared with enough money. Called him again to get the job done and we both had lost the previous quote. He comes to my house again and measures. We keep trying to get to his show room but he does not answer. When i get a hold of him he tell me its better if i do tile. I tell him that we prepared the bathroom to the specifications he wanted so we could do marble not tile. Now he does not want to do the job cus he seems to have quoted me too low i guess. So now i have to spend more money on preping for tile taking sheet rock off and so on. Not the right way to do a client.( update11/24/2020: he is now closed out of business and not a surprise) seems he lost passion for his job and needed to retire.

The work performance was great! However, we were priced verbally one price after reviewing the work order noticed the price was higher by $100.00. We called Juan twice, he said he would credit our credit card and never did.Now we are trying to get an estimate for damages that was done to our vanity by another company and Juan wont talk to us nor do the people Ive spoken to follow through with my request for a new vanity cost to replace the old one. Its really unfortunate because their marble selections are beautiful and we still have another bathroom well be remodeling.

So far Ive been here twice with an appointment from my contractor to pick out stuff for my bathroom and both times no one was there at all to help me. Its very apparent they dont care at all about the customer or making time for them
