Very helpful and quick. Helped buy a new phone as well as answered and assisted in all my phone needs. I also was told that a T-Mobile customer can also come in. Pricilla was very helpful

Went this evening and representatives were very welcoming.....Sales representative Pricilla was very helpful switching me to T mobile and was very knowledgeable and informative on different plans and phones for me. Other young lady was very helpful as well. Only thing I would say is to have more spanish representatives since the area is mostly dominated by hispanic community and I noticed there was no one for the Hispanic customers walking in door.

I’m disappointed with my visit to this store. I was there a few days ago to get a SIM card for my phone. I walked in and there were 6 people behind the counter. Not one person greeted me. I then said “I need some help”. I walk up to the counter As I’m being helped and all they are doing is talking about what they are doing for the weekend all while they are sitting on the counter. Then someone else walks through the door (possibly a manager) that’s when they all change their attitude and what they are doing. I understand they are all young but they have a store to run. Customer service is key to keeping your customers. I won’t be coming back to that location. Hoping some changes happen.

Worst Sprint store ever!!Negative stars if thats an option.Bait, hook, and switch tactics and dont take responsibility for their actions.Please people, go to a different store.Short version.......I ended up paying off a device to get out of a contact they told me it was free.I had to do it through Sprint care because the store did not want to take any responsibility.Long version......I went into the store to pick up six flags friends passes and they insisted that they needed to check my account to give me the passes.Ok, understandable. Take a few minutes to get 4 free friend passes to six flags.Then, thats where everything turned sour. What a nightmare!The store employee with the manager right next to him offer me a free Safe and Found tracker and free monthly service fees saying that AAA membership get the device and the monthly service free.When my bill came, I had to pay for the device and the monthly service on my own.Also, I was told that the device was mine and because its mine, once I leave the store, I can cancel the monthly service for Safe and Found tracker anytime I want to without any penalties.Of course, the way Sprint has it set up, your items show up on the following month and its hard to dispute charges because you dont know what its going to be exactly. And when the next bill comes, its usually past the 30 day return policy period.I call Sprint care and they cant do anything because its after 30 days and that the device is set up as 24 monthly payments and that the service agreement is for 24 months. If I cancel, Ill have to pay early termination fee for the service and payoff remainder of the device balance.So, I call the store and spoke to their manager.He tells me he will contact the employee and figure everything out and that I will receive a call back and everything should be taken care of.Wait a week, no response. I call the store again, the manager tells me he will scold the employee and get back to me and handle the situation himself if things are not resolved.Wait another few days, no response. Call the store back and the employees tell me the manager is not in and will be in tomorrow.Called the next day, the employees tell me that the manager is in training and that he will be back following week.Call back the next week and still no manager. Assistant manager calls and tells me he will try to get a hold of the manager.Wait another few days, still no answer.Finally, I gave up waiting for any type of resolution from the store.I call Sprint care and asked for their supervisor.I explain my situation and the Sprint care supervisor says only thing they can do is they can let me out of the device contact as long as I pay off the device. Even after all discounts, the device and service is $7.50 a month. For 23 more months, thats $172.50.They tell me that its better to payoff the device and that would save me more than $100.So, I had no choice. Paid off the device and got out of the 24 month contract.Thats after spending hours on the phone with Sprint care.I still havent heard anything from the store manager or assistant manager.If you are willing to go through this craziness from this store, good luck to you.Otherwise, stay away as far as you can from this store.

Its OK but the employees need to be more customer oriented after all its the paying customer whose paying their paycheck. Without customers theres no company income and with no company income theres no money to pay employees.

At this location you can ask for Reynell! Great costumer service, offered us the best deal they had and just kept continue to talk us through what plan or devices we were getting into. Explained in great detail what the benefits of staying and keeping Sprint. The only thing was when everything was signed, it took too long to transfer info from one phone to the other. But overall all experience in the store was great!

When I walked in the girl ran to the back of the store to answer her phone. She didnt ask me if I need help. She needs to be trained on customer service. This is reason why I gave 3 stars.. The young man from the back was excellent.. She needs to learn how to greet and help customers from him.. I hope I dont ever experience that again.

Do yourself a favor and run not walk away from this store 1 star is being generous. Long wait times, inexperienced employees,and fees for everything 40 just to activate your phone which you can do yourself for free online.we were treated with disrespect and several of the employees had horrible attitudes. We asked for a manager and they all just looked at each other the customer before me asked for a manager and was basically told that they would get around to it at their convenience. Worst experience Ive ever had at any store.

Im sorry I dont normally write negative reviews but this is different. I called this morning and asked about exchanging a phone. I asked how to figure out which amount of memory I have. She gave me an incorrect answer. I said thank you, kindly, and she hung up without even saying thank you. They are know for their poor customer service. This proves it. Sorry Sprint. This was at the Pittsburg, Ca Century Blvd location.

This store SUCKS!! Their employees all are rude and not helpful. I called to see if they new the closest store to have my screen fixed the idiot lady told me it was in San leandro. Which is completely wrong. The closest is Fairfield in case you were wondering. I then went in yesterday to have a new screen protector put on my phone and the guy there said the person who normally does that is out today but will be back in the next day. So went in today and another guy says that cant do it because its a third party screen protector. And they would be liable. Which if they had one for my phone I store I would have had no problem with buying it there but they Dont! So how is that my fault and with that said you would have thought the guy would have told me that yesterday. All the people who work here suck buy your phone and service elsewhere . Will never go back to this store I regret ever buying my phone here.

My experience with this store is horrible ... it seems like they have no clue what theyre doing ... they have horrible customer service ... while attending customers most of the employees are texting or looking at their phone ... out of all the employees theres only one guy that seems to know what hes doing and takes his time helping the customer. .. if you go to that store make sure Mario is the one helping you

This is an awful store, the employees are misinformed, the short woman at the counter kept texting on her phone and making side conversations instead of trying to move things along for me since I had already been in there over 45 minutes, I had a very unprofessional experience. At this point I am done with the company all together. Just awful.

Transferred services from Sprint to ATT. I had a $86 bill outstanding. I tried to make payment over the phone, via mail, and store. On the phone: Account no longer exists because I transferred services. Via mail: rejected payment because they couldnt find my name and phone number in the system to take the payment, despite submitting it to their headquarters with a previous bill. Via person: rejected to accept my payment because they refused my form of ID, since it wasnt a drivers license? apparently a passport is LESS secure than a photo ID or drivers license.Three months, 6 tries, all failed. Sprint reported me to a credit collection agency during a time when I was trying to purchase a home. It dropped my credit score 32 points after 1 month. It disqualified me from a conventional loan. Sprints employees and headquaters for the way they accept payments cost me a home to live in.For those who dont know: When you have a debt show up in collections on your credit report, it can stay on your credit report for 10 years.This is why your company gets sued. Ill be talking to a lawyer about your collection and billing practices.

Sprint is the worst of all carriers!! They lie about your bill, charge you extra fees they never tell you about. customer service sucks, coverage sucks and cant use data while talking on phone. This location in paticular lied and stuck me with three phones and three lines I did not want or need. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND!!!! They make Metro PCS look like verizon wireless

This store is terrible. I went here to inquire about an upgrade and was treated like a second class citizen. The individual who serviced me had probably the worst customer service attitude I have ever encountered. She seemed annoyed by my questions and even more annoyed by the fact that she had to actually help a customer as opposed to continuing a conversation with her co-workers. I took my service to the Sprint store in Concord off of Ygnacio Valley Rd where I was treated like a valued BILL PAYING customer! I will not be returning to this store ever again. This Sprint gives Pittsburg a bad name.

SLOW AS HELL!!! Dont go unless you have at least one or more hrs. I went to exchange my case that I bought from them and it took almost 45min and I went in morning around 10:45/11:00 ish there was only 2 other customers besides my self WTH WDT they have to do better

By far the worst Sprint store I have ever been to. I went there to pick up a phone that I ordered online. 1st customer service person that helped me, didnt have a clue what I was talking about and then the manager didnt have a clue either. I wasted an hour of my time even though I had an appointment. Since then Ive made the switch to Verizon and have never been happier.

They sold me modem land line without telling anything about service and said very good quality but its very bad u cant hear anything its very bad never go for that n never sign the agreement because to disconnect services they charge you $200 all scrap . manager is very disrespectful . i give that store - 10 star . bad service .
