Came to look for parts again (last time they lied to me about not having parts) and I parked in an empty area far from cars but still close to the lot and they immediately swarmed me asking if I needed help and I said yes, I came for parts and when I said that they instantly told me I couldn’t park were I was parked even tho it was an empty space (4 spaces to be exact) chip shortage is why spots are empty. Came for parts anyways and still didn’t have the parts I was looking for apparently it wasn’t In The system. Never going to Pittsburg Honda again.Not to mention the time I tried to buy a car here and they laugh at me for getting a better quote from concord Honda

I’m rating winter Honda only one star because I can’t give 0. I have never in my life seen a worse dealership in getting pricing, as well as adding tons of stuff to the bottom line. I was going to purchase a new HRV, sport. The price of the car is 25,595, the dealership added $5000.00 worth of add one and drove the financing amount up to $32,000, of which I never agreed to. Then when I asked them to take those items out, they literally told me it was mandatory to buy the paint warranty (Zurich), when they saw I was asking them to take out what I didn’t want he raised the price of the car. Can you say crooked salesman, crooked dealership. They thought I would just sign off on that amount, by the time was paid off I would have paid $43,000 for a $25,000 car, can I say hell no loud enough

No one called or cared to bother to tell my mother-in-law that after the time got to 345 that her car was not even on-the-lift yet and would not be until 45 more minutes? Wth even make an appt then? Poor customer service. poor service poor scheduling.And Winters wants my mother-in-law as a customer for life? Yeah right. Shes handi-capped and 74...

Extremely poor customer service. The guy ran my wifes credit score without even properly negotiating and finalizing car price. And he wont even let me talk. I told him that my buying power is 20 grand. And he kept on saying that I wanted 27,000 car in 20,000 which was not true. Again very disappointed by their altitude. I wont recommend Winter Honda.

The person didnt balance tires right.The light was not on when I took car there.Halfway home the light comes on.Too late to go back.Had to go back to get them to balance the tires properly. This is very difficult and inconvenient I am not WELL very hard for me to get anywhere.I have no help.To have to go back because he didnt do it right was very difficult for me.

This dealership is probably the worst I’ve dealt with in the past 20yrs. I’ve had an Infiniti and a Toyota and after any service I brought my car in for they would wash and vacuum the car out. This place did absolutely nothing and when they where finished I had to play find Waldo with my car.

Super helpful, friendly and kind service staff. They go above and beyond to keep you and your car running happy at an affordable price. Before covid I almost never needed an appointment and even now they are as accommodating as possible in emergency situations. They arent the closest Honda dealership near me, but they are by far the best when it comes to helpfulness and friendliness. Pradeep and Vin are who I have most recently been helped by (both service superstars), but everyone in the service department are fantastic. As long as I drive a Honda (most likely forever) and as long as I live in contra costa (most likely forever) Winter Honda is my service center of choice.

This place ruined my transmission!!!! Please think twice before bringing your car here! I’ve only ever gone to Honda of Oakland for years and never had an issue with them, but since I moved to Antioch a few months ago, I figured I’d try a new spot out. I have a brand new car and went it for a simple oil change, and all of a sudden my transmission is done! While driving on the freeway, all the lights on my dash went on (I’ve never seen that before), the car stopped accelerating when pushing on the gas, and when I was finally able to pull the car to the side while still being in the freeway, the car was having trouble switching gears! I had to tow my car to a shop to get looked at for them to tell me that whoever worked on my car, put in the wrong fluids and it fried my transmission.While Winter Honda did the oil change, they called me and convinced me that I needed a new battery. I explained to them that my battery was checked a week prior and was told that it was still a very good battery with a lot of life left in it. This place was really good at convincing me that they are just looking out for my safety and that I should get it replaced. I paid for a new battery, but regretted it after.ALSO!!!! A few weeks ago i broke my glass mirror on my passenger side door. I called Winter Honda to get an estimate on replacing the GLASS ALONE and they told me it would be OVER $1,000.00 because they would need to run all these types of tests. After laughing at the price, I hung up and called Honda of Oakland and explained the exact same story. They told me it would be about $50.00 for the part alone, and about $60.00 for labor. What a ridiculous difference!!Please do some research around the area and try to avoid bringing your car here! Every experience I’ve had with this place has been odd and I’ve gotten a sketchy feeling about the services provided. They will rip you off if you don’t know much about cars, which I don’t.

Kyle and Eddie were above and beyond what I expected. They did not have the exact car I was looking for, but they did have it delivered for me. They met the price I was looking for and gave me a really fair trade in value on my existing Honda!!!I was a little upset at the finance manager for his hard-sale tactics on over selling the Low-Jack (which is the only reason this is not a five star review) I am actually furious about it, but I am not going to hold that against Kyle and Eddie.(He kept telling me that every Winter Honda came with the Low Jack installed, but seriously, you had to get the car from another dealer! Are you telling me that that car just so happened to come with a Low Jack installed as well? Come on man, dont insult my intelligence!!!Seriously, I know Hondas get stolen, but I have insurance for that!!! Also, the theft prevention Honda has on the car is already second to none. I have also bought five new vehicles from Honda since 2006 and never had one stolen...)Anyway.. Kyle and Eddie, thank you!

I had a horrible experience so i wanted to post this review and avoid this happening to anybody else. After spending hours at this dealership finally we got to a point where we start signing the contract on a lease, however the dealer told us that they can deliver our desired car but this was just a lie. All we accomplished that day was a credit inquiry and lower credit score and no car.I would very caution you when working with this dealership.

Hands-down the best customer service I’ve ever received from a service center. I had a time when I needed to get a quick oil change and they were busy with a few people out sick so wrote a yelp review that wasn’t so impressive. I was impressed that somebody took the time to answer and asked me to give them another try….So I did and I was amazed how awesome my experience was! They definitely won a customer for life with how they treated me and how quick, affordable and great the service was.

The best experience I’ve had with Honda’s service department since I got my car. Pradeep was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything I needed was taken care of. My car had other issues that he took notice of with out me having to say anything. My gas door made a loud noise whenever the door locks or unlocks. I was always told it wasn’t covered by warranty but he took the time to check exactly what warranty I had and to see if it was covered and it was. The service was quick and he kept me updated throughout. He even accommodated my son and made sure he had something entertaining to watch while we waited. If I could choose to work with Pradeep exclusively I would. He was that great.

I would highly recommend to double or triple check every thing that was promised to you by this location. I found out that the folks working there do not know what they have in their inventory and after promising you a car and making you sign the contract and running your credit report they cannot even deliver.This is very sad and poor customer service. After spending 2 hours at the shop and trying to close a deal on a lease, all we accomplished was a credit inquiry and lower credit score.I will take this all the way and file a BBB report on this incident to avoid this happening to anyone else.

I shopped around at a few spots but didn’t like the prices they had, from the first day we met and he showed me the car he was very transparent with my purchase. Ive been taking my car here for service for the past 4-5 years. The service managers and overall customer experience is top notch. My service manager this last time, Nelson, really went the extra mile. And on top of that, they have a shuttle service for rides back and forth to your home, even when just waiting on an oil change. I have had such good luck with Honda vehicles over the last 29 years that it was simply a decision of where to purchase my new Honda Pilot. Even though our 2004 Pilot was still running great with over 220,000 miles we decided it was time to buy a 2016 model. Winter Honda offered a great price and the best buying experience ever. Our salesperson, Matthew, was friendly and informative and took the time to explain all the new features. He paired our phones, filled up the tank and we are loving the new Pilot. We drove a little out of our way, but it was worth it as the people at Winter Honda are great.

I brought my crv in for service to have it looked at cause it was making noise and for an alignment. Ask them to let me know what was going on. I dropped It off in the morning got a call back like around 4p.m saying that the tension pulley and belt were the problem that the alignment was fine. I told them to get the pulley and belt done he said it would be ready at the end of the day. I told them there was no rush, as I had another car but I got a call back at 6p.m saying my car was ready. I went to pick it up and right before they closed. Drove home and still had the noise it was a little quieter but it was still making the noise. So annoying, but any way beside the point. I took it to my old mechanic in S.F. which mind you hes an hour away. He tells me that the tension pull was not changed it just looked like they oiled it some and the belt was not replaced either this was all the old parts and the alignment was off. Ridiculous I hope other people service there cars with caution. I will never get service there again. Not the way to treat people.If you ask why I didnt go back well from the get I felt like they were selling me a bunch of baloney the service manager was overly trying to be friendly and not listing to my concerns.AnywayGood luck to all you Honda owners if you go here

Today I went to this dealer ready to trade my car in for a new Honda Accord. My company sent out an email saying that there are great offers at Honda and I spoke to a couple of gentlemen from different dealers that made it sound intriguing.Since this dealer was close to home, I wanted to try it out. Once I got to the dealer I asked for the gentleman that called me but he was not in. So this older man said he would help me. So I said ok. I told him what I wanted and he walked me around. Every time I asked a question it sounded like he did not want to be there or he was grouchy. I excused his attitude for the mean time while we walked around the lot. I saw two cars I liked and we went back into the building to talk numbers.During the meeting, he asked me for my information, which I provided. Then he took my information about my trade in and went away for awhile. He came back and asked me How much do you think your car is worth? I responded, I dont know exactly. but had an idea in my head that it was worth about $15K-$16K (2015 Mini Cooper 4-door). The salesman responded I will give $6K for your car. and smiled. I felt disgusted and annoyed that this salesman was being a scum bag and had the nerve to disrespect me and my time.I was looking for an honest experience and I got a disrespectful, dishonest, and the worst customer service experience in my life. I left very upset and quickly. I dont like starting a deal with a salesman that disrespects the numbers.Watch out car buyers, you are likely to get swindled or worked over pretty hard at this place. This Honda dealership cant be trusted. If you want a Honda, I had a great experience at Oakland Honda back in 2005. They gave me top dollar for my trade in and honored there offers.Trust, respect, and honesty is key to any relationship. Even a short one during a car buying process. Dont expect anything less.

I bought a 2008 Honda Accord here a few weeks ago. This is the first time that I have purchased a car at a dealership of any kind, and I was prepared to deal with the stereotypical used car salesman types. Instead, I dealt with Mitchell, who was very informative, helpful, and personable. The 5 stars in this review are due to him, as he made this an absolutely pain-free buying experience. At the end of the day, I was able to leave in the car I wanted, and I didnt even have to stop at the DMV. The next time I buy a car, I will have no reservations coming here again.

Service is so bad I got a brand new car and found out that the back door has some problem then they told me to take it home and come back tomorrow cause they are close... found out the next day they have to replace a part(new car) then gave me a second hand dirty and out of gasoline car. I bought my 2012 honda Odyssey used from here for about 28k out the door. I realized a few days later that one of the window shades on the passenger side was broke and we couldnt raise the shade I came back to Honda and spoke with the salesman Ceasar who sold me the van. Which I had bought in the evening and honestly didnt even think to check all the van shades. I asked Ceasar about the shade he stated I had to wait 30 days for warranty to kick in( because I had paid extra for warranty) I said ok and left. When I brought my van in due to a clunking noise, which needed up needing a new steering column. I asked about repairing the shade and was told it wasnt covered by the warrant. I extremely upset and disappointed in Winter Honda as the car should have been thoroughly checked before reselling especially for the amount I paid. Ceasar was reminded of the incident and stated oh well she can talk with my supervisor. I was in aww. Needless to say they are not replacing the part for me and are stating that it is not covered by my warranty so I am pretty much on my own

Just bought my 2019 honda insight and the car is already showing defects and services in this place is awful. It is NOT true what they say that they value their customers after you buy a car here and you need service loaner car they cant provide it. So bottom line when your car have a problem and you need immediate vehicle you’re on your own. Wish never bought a car here, go to Antioch or maybe Concord any place than here.

The salesman (Matthew Curren) was wonderful! He gave us a good deal, much better than anyone in San Leandro, Oakland, or Richmond.Unfortunately the finance manager was a real snake. He tried to finance our purchase with the cuddle program even though we already had financing lined up through our credit union. If it werent for our credit union representative literally screaming at him through the phone, he might have cost us another $400. If you have financing lined up, make sure you have your financing rep on the phone with you through every step of the way, and youll be good!

My Accord service light comes on, so I go to my regular mechanic. He tells me that the parts that needs to be replaced are under warranty so I should go to a Honda Dealership. I go to Pittsburg Winter Honda, they charge me for Diagnostic and gave me a quote for over $1600 to replace the parts. They have no idea why my mechanic told me the parts are under warranty. My mechanic then tells me go to Walnut Creek Honda. So Walnut Creek Honda CONFIRMS the parts are under warranty and services my car at NO CHARGE. Good thing I have a trust worthy mechanic.

Hi guys I need some help!I’m a new driver and car owner. I recently bought an older 2001 Honda Civic LX 100,000 Miles from a guy who bought off an auction. Bought car fax and it seemed perfect condition still, wheel was a little shaky, but still seemed nice so we bought it.Couple of days ago I fell asleep at the wheel, running over the island curb busting two of my left wheels also damaging both rims.On Friday I had it towed in to Winter Honda and my dealer was very friendly, and polite, he said everything should be alright they’re going to check the car to see if any other damage. I was planning only to get 4 new wheel, 2 rims, and an alignment. However, today the parts came in and he calls to tell me that they checked the car and visually it’s fine but inside there’s a lot of red flags. Honestly speaking I know nothing about cars except to get a regular oil change. He’s saying I need to talk to my insurance company to see if they will cover the costs of them to continues looking at the car or I might just need a new car. Now please someone tell me this sounds right or not? My mom thinks they’re lying, but it’s an old car it was already shaky at he wheel when I bought it. Maybe someone might have some information to give me about this please? ThanksssI have decided to get done what I originally planned, and go to my god parents trusted mechanic. Thanks tho 🙃 I don’t agree with paying for things my car doesn’t need.
