Terrible Service! Took forever to get my release from contra costa sherif and they were not helping not even tomorrow a tool selfish people

Been in business since I was little, in the same place I can remember when I was a teen. Always straight up with you about the answers given

I was told to come & paperwork to surrender my car and pay $195 and that the paperwork will be waiting on me on Saturday because that was the only day I can come when I got there the person at the desk told me I had to come back on Tuesday because he had no paperwork he didnt know what I was talking about and Monday was a holiday and they are closed on Sunday so I wasted my time going there horrible experience

All of my belongings were left intact in my car (other tow companys in the past have stole my belongings)thank God there is finally a honest place. The service is good as well Mario the owner helped me & insured me that my car is safe.update later...to be continued...

When I went to pick up my vehicle, the cleaning was not performed well. Areas of my car were not wiped down, cigarette ash and cigarette butt still left in my car, just to name a few. They were also supposed to top off all fluids. When I checked the oil dipstick, the oil registered low, so they didnt even do that. Yes, they offered to come and pick up my vehicle to rectify the situation. Nevertheless, they did not provide quality workmanship. They should have got it right the first time. So I dont recommend them. And this is just the short version of the story. But you can take your chances with them.

They are thiefs! Do not trust them at all!Last night i had an accident and i had to get my car twoed unfortunately by them.It was Saturday night and i was totally in shocked!!! He did not let me to go with him to the tow yard and he said i could not go any further. So he dropped me about a mile before there.I had to come to them Monday morning dince he said they are closed on Sundays.Now here i am and looking at my car that got brutally ripped apart. Many items has been missed from my car!! Like my amplifier and FM transaction !and so many durable stuff!!!I made a complain to the manager and she said it is impossible! She said they have a lot of camera inside the yard.I am still waiting for the police to come but i am pretty sure he robbed from my car before he came to the yard.

Called for a tow and was told the truck would get to me in 45 minutes....truck never even showed up and had to call another tow truck after waiting for 4 hours !

They are very unwilling to help off hours and used the days they are closed to jack up the price and keep your car in storage at the tow yard longer. Most places have a gate fee so u dont have two pay 2 extra days days of storage, but no one will do that there
