I have a 2008 Prius and my catalytic converter was stolen. Finally got my car back from another Auto Body shop that my insurance sent me to... and I did ask that shop if they would install a Cat-Shield after they installed the new Catalytic converter, but they dont do that service. So, I bought a Cat-Shield on-line and, I Googled and called a bunch of mechanics around the east bay to install it. And, majority of mechanics, either dont do Cat-Shield installation or they charge way too much for labor.I heard that Castle Auto Body did Cat-Shield installation for a fair price on a Facebook forum.. When I called Castle Auto Body, I got their voice-mail a few times. But, an hour later I got a call back and I made an appointment. Went in the next morning and they installed my Cat-Shield for less that $80... they said they do the service, because they dont like thieves and they want to help people prevent their catalytic converters from getting stolen. And they did a great job too!!! Definitely recommend this place!!!

This body shop is the worst. My mother brought our car to Valerio and it took weeks until he finally touched the car. My mother had to complain until he finally got to it. We had a hit and run and we unfortunately didn’t have insurance at the time so we are paying out of pocket. You would assume a good body shop would give a better or more accurate estimate of the cost. There is so much he didn’t include! At this point the cost to fix the car is way more then how much the car is worth. We don’t know where we are going to get the money to pay for the additional costs. Our church was kind enough to give us money to help pay. This doesn’t feel like good business.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience at castle body shop. Valerio painted my cover mirror for far less than It would cost,I would recommend anyone to stop at castle body shop great and friendly customer service .
