They charged me 575 dollers to get my car back after Pittsburgh police had my vehicle towed when it was on private property out of nododys way took me to Crawford county jail where I sat in jail trying to get phone call to get bonded out I finally had to slam my own head on the concrete walls to have them respond and let me make phone call to get out they are all crooks

Larry barrett is one of the rudest guys I have ever met in my life. He is a complete hothead and lets his emotions rule is decisions. Charging $50 a day to keep it in his tow yard. Extortion at its finest.

The staff is STELLAR, kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They went the extra mile to make sure that my son and I were okay. They tried to minimize the damage to my vehicle after my accident. They even provided me with bags/boxes to move the stuff out of my vehicle. If i lived in the area, i would go there for any repairs necessary simply because of their customer service.
