Not a bad market for the location. The parking lot is dark, lights are missing. Besides that, well organized and descent selections for the size.

Great atmosphere. So many cool products to choose from. And my favorite part is that they have the most fresh salmon, shrimp, and pork tacino that I have ever found. A little pricey but well worth it. Once you buy their fresh seafood you will have a hard time finding anything that good somewhere else. You would definitely have to search. But locally within 75 miles they are the best I have found so far, unless I go to San Francisco then there will be competition. And their hot food section is amazing, again pricey but well worth it. Love that market.

Nice place for a variety of seafood, groceries, Vegetables and greens. I also buy some beef hearts here as well as Body, facial soaps and cleansers I used to use when I was younger, My joy when I found them here. Theres also an Asian restaurant in here. Cool staff as well.

Friendly, small market, but packed with a little of everything you might need.They have a good selection of fresh fish and seafood, as well as meat department,which was well stocked.Theres even a little space in,just off to the side of the cashiers,where you can wait for your to-go items,or to sit and enjoy any of the great variety at the hot food buffet, located just inside store entrance. This place is pricey especially the vegetable and meat, when you ask someone they just ignore you and walk away pretending that they didn’t hear you. Like to talk to each other’s one thing we noticed all the cashiers and some employees.

Really great, moderately sized Asian market with fresh seafood. The smells at the front deli can be a little overwhelming when entering, if youre not prepared.Be prepared. 😆I didnt realize there was a fresh deli so I was caught off guard.The smells are great, just strong.My young gourmet chef was able to find everything we needed to make Pho, Pad Thai, and all the other Asian dishes we love.Prices are reasonable and the staff is very helpful.We will definitely be back.

This place is fantastic. I was fooled by all the beef and pork I saw there also. The price was more than fair for the raw products I purchased. The next time I purchased cooked food at their deli style area. The food was fantastic and made me want to return for more. I think the price was fair also. I loved my experience both times I was there.

I live close here it convenient to me. Hot food is good. One thing I mostly didnt like is the dried fish. How we know not good when cooking it fully apart. When the fish is fresh new it stays most well. They should check it to make sure removed not able to sell. One more in vegetables they do not remove the bad part like looks yellow and soggy. If you a shopper you able to observe it.

Its hard to find a good fish market out here in East Contra Costa County, this one is one of the better ones!They also have a food court in the front!

I usually come here once or twice a week just to get my craving for filipino dishes fixed. They have a deli on the side where you can pick different cooked dishes or get a combo meal.

Island Pacific is a superb market for fresh fish, as well as their array of Asian foods, predominantly that of Filipino cuisine, often, not found at the local Safeway. I like the local bakery breads and pastries and that I can order hot, prepared food, from a separate section, located at the stores entrance. EBT is accepted for groceries, and non-hot food (unsure if accepted for any prepared food from counter in front), in addition to the variety of standard payment methods, suitable for all purchases. The store is clean and the staff are courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.

The store was well stocked, produce looked very good and fresh didnt really walk around meat dept. but they looked like it was well stocked. The store was very clean and also had a place selling food too. Didnt try any but looked delicious. Also the clerk was very friendly and helpful.

I dont shop here much only when Im looking for Asian ingredients for my cooking like today I went for curry paste & coconut milk & rice vinegar which their prices were really good & when you walk in the food theyre cooking & selling smelled amazing. I want to go back & try that also the fresh fish that is available on ice was very impressive to me. Ill definitely go back for my specialty items & try the food.

This place has a lot of seafood available in many different forms. However the staff could be a little more friendly and actually help their customers. Went to buy crab, they werent even busy and stood there asking for assistance. After what seemed like 5min I left my basket and left to Winco next store.

The good: Seafood seemed very fresh. Surprisingly no fishy smell considering all of the fish in the back of the market. The bad: The hot food was way too salty for my liking and 4 small pieces of crispy pork belly was $14. But the other hot food was reasonably priced. Its great to have a proper Asian market nearby.

Love their prepared food and fresh fish. The butcher will cut up your fresh meat if you dont mind waiting. Good service friendly staff.

The place is great for hot food, or if you are looking for seafood. They have a great selection of pastries and fresh veggies. I enjoy the Filipino food and variety of other items that you cant get at the regular ol grocery store. Also the food is great, we ordered party trays for a function, pre pandemic mind you and the lumping was delicious and the Adobo and pancit were big hits. I would so recommend them. I gave four stars because sometimes the price is a little high, but worth it for the portions and the taste.

Beware buying the fried fish here. They will not give you the whole fish and they will wrap up and package half of your order (Of course theyll give you the heads and keep the fillet portions).... What a bunch of scammers. Should be 0 stars.

Make sure you smell the fish you are buying first! I had a bad experience here when buying some salmon. After I reported it they came and took every package out of the display, they were all spoiled... I then went on to a couple other things shrimp and some other fish, it looked okay maybe a little grayish but it smelled bad also. I have had a hard time communicating with some of the workers so, know what you want. I have to say they had some inexpensive and really good hot foods.

I appreciate the selection of pan asian items, but the employees never seem to know if they have certain items. I have to look high and low through out “their” store for what I need and I usually by happenstance find it. They need to work on educating their employees and customer service.
