The owner and his son gave me such excellent advise and service. Showed me exactly what product I needed for my jobs. They even loaded the car for me. You dont often find that level of customer service. I love browsing through the store as they have such unique gifts and garden items in addition to the hardware necessities. 6/15/2021Just came here for the first time after moving to Pismo. After entering theout side area to purchase a fountain I was approached by an employee and asked to carry my dog while shopping... My dog is a 14 lb service animal with a service vest on!!! Needless to say I left. I called them from the parking lot to let them know and they were dumbfounded! Never ever will I step foot in there again. Management train your employees on service animals.

He and the other employees have such a great attitude which adds to the experience of wandering down the aisles of the nursery. 10/10 recommend sneaking a peek in this place!

I just got home from my trip to Pismo from Washington, with a car filled with luggage, my cat, and a gorgeous bronze piece from Pismo Garden Art. I had heard about this place from a friend, and boy was I glad that I actually listened to them for once. I had a great talk with the staff, all of whom were knowledgeable about the items and plants they have for sale. This place is fantastic and I cant wait to come back on my next trip to the Central Coast.

This place is incredible!! It is one of the best, if not the best garden art shop that I have ever been through. Every aspect of the place made my eyes widen with pure wonder. While it appears to be a small little shop from the outside, when you enter that could hardly be farther from the truth. With every inch of the place packed with wall art, statues, fountains, succulents and just about any garden gift you could think of, this place is a must see for anybody taking a trip to Pismo, local or tourist. It was once a hardware store and so they still have a section in the back with your go-to items and a key machine up front where you can have a house key or even a car chip key made. Being a family business, the staff there is very welcoming and each employee has provided me with excellent service. While their hours do say that they open at 9, being a small run shop they have opened a little later on occasion, but are often open way past their said closing time of 6pm. This is the most amazing shop in Pismo, and I highly recommend that you stop in for a visit, as it has a gift for just about everybody.
