The two mangers here are wonderful but the other gentleman theres is quite rude. I understand that there is a paint shortage but there no reason to be rude when people are asking questions over the phone trying to locate product. I was told by the Broadway store to call pinole to check for a product that I was told they have. The gentleman (who didnt care to give his name) was rude and just dismissive. He didnt want to help me locate the product or tell me when it would come. Train your people better or you will lose customers.

I would drive across the Bay to get my supplies from Sahel and the crew in Pinole. Very knowledgeable on product, no bs or unnecessary upselling, helpful even in the paint shortage, and great folks overall. If every Sherwin store was run like this it’d be even better. I’ll be coming here for all my paint needs. Thanks, guys!

Love Sherwin-Williams. Im very picky about color and SW really accommodates that level of care. and I think their paint quality is fabulous.the sales help was so sweet and encouraging, willing to step in to help with just the right amount of advice. had a really great experience at this store. makes me think about starting some new paint projects.

Hard to believe the previous comments were as good as they were. Went in today and were completely ignored by both the counter clerk and the gentleman who came out of his office when the door buzzer went off. Never got waited on or acknowledged. Took our business elsewhere. Shopping local is tough when you get treated like that.

Called ahead for concrete stain and asked about tinting colors. Person on phone told me they could do this. Drove there and they said they wont do it. Total waste of time and extremely poor customer service.
