Holy cow!!! Most expensive shipping EVER. Couldnt print from UPS so stopped by. Online quote from UPS for international shipping was $70, at this shop they want $253!!! What the heck?!?!?! Avoid this place! Go to the post office around the corner.

I love this store. I wrote a review before on my other account but I had to give another 5/5 stars. Super fast service and all the employees are polite and informative. Im thankful my packages go there instead of my front door so they will not be stolen. Thank you UPS Store! You all are great people!

I love this UPS Store. The women who work there are always super kind and always have a smile on their faces and are super helpful. All my packages are always there on time theyre safe and its always enjoy seeing the employees since I keep winning books and they keep getting sent there LOL.I started going there because it was near my my location where I live and I didnt want my packages stolen and this is the greatest store that I have ever been to for package holding and Ive tried to get a lot of different locations and this is the only UPS store that receives all packages. They also have other services such as notary, faxing, copying, Amazon returns you name it they do it and they do a lot of stuff for business signs cards etc. This is by far the best store for packaging.

If I could, Ill give this store no star. I was on a business trip so my package was sent here for in store pick up. I sent my daughter to this store to pick up the package for me, a female associate there refused to give my daughter the package even after my daughter explained to her and showed her the invoice with pick up address and my name. My daughter called UPS for the package to be delivery to a different address instead... Someone there named KEVIN promised it will be sent out tomorrow which is 3 days ago...Today I tracked the package......turn out they sent it back to the merchant. I had a package sent to another UPS store and my daughter picked it up with no issue. WHY couldnt my daughter pick this package at this store? Why did u guys have to be rude and so difficult??? Very disappointed!!

Each employee has no clue what the next one is doing. Each employee has a different story everytime you need a service done. Theres no uniformity in the decision they make

I was in I believe Tuesday and recover some of the best customer service Ive ever received had to mail out broken sunglasses and Im not the best with technology the young lady with short brown hair was so patient and very helpful thank you for being patient with my stressful self I highly recommend this location

Its a UPS store. They are all about the same. If you dont tape up your return packages they will charge you a buck though.

I want to express my appreciation for the professionalism, work ethic, personableness, and all around pleasure of dealing with Nicole at store #5510. After two other stores had failed miserably in their attempts to produce the desired results for my complex print job, I decided to give this store a try. Very fortuitously, Nicole waited on me. First thing, I emailed her one of the letters from my phone as a test copy for color. When it came out exactly as needed, we agreed on a plan of action, and I returned home to email the sixteen letters, along with several additional documents, properly formatted for reproduction. While a few hitches along the way required some additional back and forths, the ultimate finished product was exactly what I needed. One of the aforementioned hitches was the mysterious and inexplicable inability of her computer to receive two of the letters, despite several repeat transmissions. Weird to say the least. Her ultimate solution was to transmit them to another store in western Seminole, where she stopped by the following morning.....getting it done, as is her M.O. Sadly, this kind of experience has become more the exception than the standard of present day customer service. Go there with every confidence of being treated well and a job well done.

I absolutely LOVE the new lay out inside the store. It flows so much better than the old one. Also the employee that assisted me this afternoon was very helpful and friendly.

I have never had a worse experience than the one I had today with Nicole and Lindsey. After I mentioned that Lindsey was being rude towards me because I asked about the difference in pricing, she told me to LEAVE the store, she laughed in my face and then Nicole came up and was just as rude. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!

This location has always been a great place to send out packages from! Upon entering was cheerfully greeted by Felix, went through the customary questions when sending out a package, options for additional insurance and if I would need faster delivery and received a thank you! Always feel confident when handing over items that they will be handled properly and reach their destination.

Every time I go in this store to ship items out every week they are always super friendly and helpful . The ladies that work in this store are very friendly and have great customer service.

By far the best UPS store location I have been to, I embarrassingly forgot my wallet and had to scrabble for change to pay for a small fee to send out amazon returns, the staff (lady with tattoo and glasses and her younger coworker in the back)made the printing of the labels and getting me out the door with my packages shipped an amazing experience where I hope all ups stores can follow by example!

Thank you to the person who helped me curbside today so I didn’t have to go inside with a toddler! She wore a mask! I wish I remembered her name!! So courteous including a gentleman on the phone.

Nicole Dennis mgr was so patient with myself and my mom. We needed help a few times sending a package back by ups.helped us print return label and get packages sent back. This relieved my mom as needed to get refund Nd time was limited. Thank you . She is an asset to ups .

I was there on Friday to ship a item in Fl from fl 8 Inches by 14 inches by 36 inches and it was 72 dollars are you crazy . dont go there. I use to go there and shipped a lot other owner was better never again if I do please throw me out I am done only in America. 35 shipping and 21 boxes and 13 to pack it gold plated boxes

Nice store and staff . Negative review is for the company itself. Wanted 250 dollars to ship 5 books to Ireland. Prices are so high you wonder if people actually use them to ship or just buy supplies there. Seriously if you cant offer a service at a reasonable price then just dont offer the service so i dont waste my time

Best printing service ever! This app, not so much. When I changed my mind about adding a picture, it wouldn’t let me post. I had to come back in and start over. I’m on an iPad.

Nice young guy gave me advice on insurance & safety using a UPS Box.He gave me feel my package would be safe and it did arrive as he stated.Always have had good service at this UPS but shipping expensive items,I felt more assure and the time taken to explain the shipping process andsafety. THANKS

The store manager, Jacob, was incredibly helpful. I needed several copies of a 200-page document, binding work, and email done, and he had completed the job in a matter of just a few hours.Everything was perfect! Well done!

Extremely helpful but they need better handicapped parking. Also getting into store is a little difficult. The young man who helped me enlarge some charts was so patient and friendly I asked his boss to give him a raise. I dont think he followed up. They seldom do.

This is a great store. They help with everything from bringing your stuff in raw boxes and packing it to getting your Fed Ex package delivered, even though it is not a Fed Ex drop off. Alex and Jennifer are the best! Kudos to this store.

If you want your package stolen ship with this store..someone who works here took advantage of my 70 year old mother and now Im out 800$ .Management wont even give a copy of records so manager is probably in on it. Use a real Ups hub ...Ups stores are franchise and you have no recourse if your package disappears. Users beware Google it, it happens all the time!!! Go to a real hub not a Franchise! Taking advantage of the elderly .shame on you ! Go to ups hub no recourse from a franchise you will loose your valuables ...google it!!!

Service at this UPS Store is far and above my expectations. They get the work done and they do it right. Very pleased with the quality and price.

I went to this store on Monday June 24th to mail a new cell phone, new phone case, some new jewelry, hummingbird nectar (3 bags), and the accessories that went with the new phone to my mom in North Carolina.My mom received the package today it was crushed because the customer service rep said the box I had was fine for shipping, stuck the sticker on the box and that was it.The UPS driver that delivered the package said that she wondered why it was not placed in a corrugated box for safety, I insured this package for $600 never thinking I would need to use it but due to a lazy rep I now am going to have to make a claim. The phone case was missing gems due to the box being destroyed then there was 2 bags of nectar missing.Jennifer is not a good customer service rep, she was rude and due to other people coming in after me I was given poor service.Dont ship anything from this UPS store they dont care about you or your things.Worst service I have ever had.

My package was shipped and it took almost 6 days to get to Pinellas Park (not the stores fault, the type of shipping it was to be expected and whatnot), it took more than 4 days past the expected shipping date to even update to awaiting delivery okay, could have been processing w/e, with the tracking saying dropped off at the store, awaiting delivery for more than a week past the expected delivery date. I know its near Christmas and whatnot but come on, theres no way you couldnt fit the tiny package onto one of your trucks in at least ONE of the loads if over a week of it sitting in the office. Pinellas Park isnt all THAT big.

Poor service. I used to love this place to send package or drop off a mail. I used to like the one lady and a guy that used to work here but now they hired people who doesnt know anything and the young guy who is very rude and he thinks he knows everything. Not a good example of customer service! and theres one older guy that look at you like you are from another planet and he doesnt even smile or greet you. Just look at you just like that. Now, I dont even bother going here anymore. Waste of time, money and energy.

I walked in the store to apply for position, since they have a sign advertised outside Now hiring full time,part time, I asked the elder lady at the front for application, and before she even talks, she looks at me from head to toe and proceeds to say They aint no application and aint hiring, are you even fluent in English I couldnt respond quick because I was speechless of what I headed her tell me (I mean I hear stories of discrimination and racism but never thought it would of happen to me ), I asked for application in English as if my first language isnt English, umm hello Im an American citizen born and rasied in state of Florida just because I look Spainsh doesnt mean I dont know English, any who I proceed to tell her, actually I do speak English and if you arent hiring no more, take down your sign outside and on all social media as thats false advertisement and turn around and walked out. I understand if ups isnt hiring anymore but my problem was why did that old white lady had to sized me and ask me if Im fluent in English, maybe ups should talk to their employees on how not to be rude, rascits, and hurtful,and hire someone that loves working provides great customer service and that is bilingual since America is mix not just one language spoken.( Keep in my mind.... I was dressed professional, I had my resume in hand, i smilied,I have college education and I DO SPEAK ENGLISH)
