Just made a visit to the Pinellas Park Florida store where I normally order from often and scored my free birthday gift. A dozen chocolate covered strawberries!! The staff was amazing and dipped a fresh batch for us on the spot. Make sure you sign up online. They emailed me my coupon which could be used anytime during my birthday month. To the store in Pinellas Park, FL,Your customer service, ability to deliver services after service has been paid for, and inability to communicate has placed you at the bottom rating. Your team and management has still yet to fulfill our order. Your delivery staff failed to answer after an attempt for delivery causing extreme delays. When the delivery driver finally answered there was an agreement to meet with our intended delivery customer. The delivery driver didn’t even have the product with them. I have called the store and spike to multiple people to include management. Very terrible customer service was displayed. We were told by one person that our money would be refunded and the arrangement would be delivered. We then received a call back by the manager who stated that she will ensure the delivery makes it to the customer. This arrangement still has not arrived. I have tried calling multiple times despite being told you were open until seven. No one is answering and the mailbox is full. This level of poor service is disgusting and should never get to this point. If I ran my business like you run yours, we’d fail miserably. Having a job and doing your job are two different tasks. At this point we will be claiming the money collected at fraud with our bank since we cannot get a hold of anyone. Your store will fail if not corrected.

Horrible customer service. I walked in 10 minutes until 5pm and the woman at counter refused to make me a smoothie because they close in 10 minutes. If you close at 5 p.m. that would mean you work until 5 p.m. correct? I will never go back here again so to Edible Arrangement at Parkside in St.petersburg florida again.

Ordered an Arrangement for my mother four days prior to delivery date. Was instructed on delivery date and the items will arrive sometime by 7pm. Not only did my mother Have to sit at the house all day on Mother’s Day and her arrangement was never delivered. We never received a phone call informing us of this even after we called around 4 o’clock to check the status. The woman Who answered the phone at Edible Arrangements would not even go on the back and check the status of our order. Do not not purchase from this place if you want your items delivered on time. I would have given at zero stars but I’m not able to

They ruined mothers day that was on Sunday. I tried several attempts to call them. The voice-mail was fill or the phone was off the hook.They finally called me Tuesday at 3pm to say they couldnt fill the order from Sunday. That I could cancel or it would take a few more days to fill. IOrdered cookies and flowers not even fruit. You cant even offer me a discount for the screw up. My 73 mom didnt get this gift and she was waiting.

Ordered a nice amount for my mom to be delivered on Mothers day she waited all day for nothing. Still no refund still no delivery and no one ever answers the phone common courtesy if there had been staffing issues let your customers know and stop taking orders you cannot fulfil. The worst experience ever! Never again will I rely on any delivery service.

Ordered for my Mom 1 week in advance for Mother’s Day delivery. Two days passed Mother’s Day and she still hasn’t received it and I cannot get ahold of a live person to get a refund. The recording says “no one is available due to staff shortages” and has for three day. I had to call the corporate office to have them intervene and help. Super disappointed!

Worst first experience ever.Ordered on Monday was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday to my mom.They were finally delivered on Wednesday and had a sticker saying they were delivered on Tuesday. Teied calling them 25 times and no one answered. Corporate even tried to call and they didnt answer for them. Fruit was not fresh. Took a bit and they were bad.Called corporate and they refunded money. Will not be ordereding from them again.

Ordered delivery for the day after Mother’s Day, hoping to beat the rush, never got delivered, never got a call to update me on my order. The store will not answer the phone so I cannot follow up on what is going on. I also live out of town so going in person is not an option for me. Super unprofessional, waste of money.

If it were possible Id give -5 stars! Horrible first experience with Edible Arrangements. I called on a Saturday, spoke to a rep and placed an order to pick up on Valentines day. I get there on V-day and they cant find my order. RUINED my V-day surprises! Absolutely insensitive to the situation with no resolution. Ill NEVER order anything from this location again! The manager didnt even have the decency to speak with me to try and resolve the issue created by one of their employees. Ridiculous🤦

Trash service, unprofessional and rude. I called to simply check the status of an order that was late and the associate answered, heard me say hi!..-and then hung up on me. I call back, and they send me to a voicemail that is full. It’s bad enough the order was late, worse they never communicate it, and unforgivable now that I see the customer service is nonexistent. How do you work at a place like this with such nasty people? Furious and canceling my order ASAP.

Horrible experience!! I was a repeat customer, but NO MORE!! Didnt deliver my PAID FOR (75 dollars!!) purchase. I called looking for my order at 2:30 pm...my office closes at 4. Manager (Shawny) stated she would rush order so I would get it before I had to leave work. Never showed up!!! I called and was informed SHE decided to cancel my order. You dont have the right to make me a promise for an important date and cancel my order!! I called a neighboring store for district managers phone number. This second manager (Lori, Laurie?) said she needed my home address and she would make it right and even told me make sure someone is home or they wont drop it off...so I go home and sit and wait....no arrangement! So I call Lori Saturday morninghe said after we hung up she decided not to...what???? So, they charged me, didnt deliver my order... twice!! And dont have the money back in my account to buy something else!! Ruined my Valentine weekend, and my hubby is not happy I dont have anything from him now...they had me waiting for them for 11 hours..and never showed.

Love this store, support and service. I had a special order and was greeted on the phone by a pleasant, courteous woman on my initial call. I was actually speaking to the manager, Shantell, and she helped explain the various options I had for this years Valentines Day present I was seeking for my mother and GF. She helped me choose the right gift for both of them. She made the process super easy and was very kind and helpful. When I arrived at her store for pick-up, her team was great. Everything was prepared and ready to go so I could get in and out quick. The Team was very professional and responsive. I ended grabbing some additional treats in the store itself, it smelled so good in there I couldnt resist! Needless to say, I was set-up for success and both Mom and my girl loved the gifts that Valentines Day. Thanks for the help, Shantell. Your owners are lucky to have someone like you on their team!

I paid well over $100 for a fruit basket to be delivered in Seminole Florida. I am very disappointed in what was delivered. Nothing at all like the picture of what I had ordered. When the basket was received it was very smooshed and I have a photo that I can send you to verify. I would never again order from this edible arrangement site. I feel as though I wasted my money and was embarrassed at my choice of a valentine gift

Ordered arrangement 3 days in advance for Mother’s Day. Was not delivered on time, status was not updated, and customer service was non existent. They say in their voicemail that they are short staffed, but that’s no excuse for running a business poorly. Don’t advertise Mother’s Day arrangements if you can’t deliver on Mother’s Day, and make me pay an extra $12 in shipping fees.

I wanted to share an outstanding delivery experience that I had with one of your people on Fathers day. Mike a driver from the store attempted to deliver my Fathers Day gift, yet no one was home. Mike called my daughter in Washington DC who tried unsuccessfully to reach me. She figured my Fathers Day gift would not be there on time. Mike saw a cooler on my porch, told my daughter he would get a bag of ice put it in the cooler and leave the arrangement on ice for me. Not only did he do that, he took the time to arrange the cooler in front of my door with the happy dads day balloon hanging out of the cooler. For a delivery driver to take that kind of time out of his busy delivery day and spend their own money for a bag of ice just to complete a delivery speaks to your organizations commitment to excellence. I have used Edible Arrangements myself on many occasions. Awesome product, awesome service. The Pinellas Park, FL store has always been helpful and spot on with its service.

I wish I could rate this place a negative one star. My boyfriend ordered an arrangement for me for Valentines Day. He was told it would be ready by 11am and would be delivered by 5pm to my job. The order never arrived and was an extremely stressful experience for him. He was extremely upset and this put a damper on our Valentines Day celebration. The customer service and management team offered no apology and stated that this day was the busiest time of the year for them. Duh! Hire temporary workers, drivers, couriers, etc. Do whatever needs to be done to make your customers happy. Dont make excuses for your poor service.

Knowing they are healthy for you in addition to looking beautiful makes me feel good about giving them. I have had wonderful experiences with the Pinellas Park store. Whenever I call in an order or run in for a last minute one the staff there is always extremely helpful & patient with me.

This company seems to only employ the most unprofessional, rude people. Absolutely no interest in working with you to put together a nice gift order. Their take it or leave it mindset is very discouraging. And on top of the extremely poor customer service, you get the added bonus of being massively overcharged for less than fresh fruit.Trust me, just go with Sharis Berries or a local grocery store. You really can not do worse.

Placed an order 6 days in advance for delivery on Valentines Day. 4:00PM on Valentines Day rolls around and Ive not received any updates on the order, so I call the store and ask if they have an estimated time for delivery. The woman was very polite and told me they will start on my order right away and call me when it is on the way to the destination. 8:30PM rolls around and still no update, so I call the store again only to realize they had been closed for an hour and a half. No update, no phone call, no apology, nothing. It is now 11:30AM the following morning and the only correspondence from E.A. was an email updating my order (to cancelled). Thanks for nothing Edible Arrangements.

Im not sure Ill order from here again. There is something about the delivery service thats not quite right. They are VERY expensive and for the price - I would expect more. Ive used them quite frequently but my last two experiences were stressful. Its a great idea but to be waiting and not have the gift delivered is disappointing. If it cant be delivered - a phone call would be nice. Of course, theres the chance of cancellation but if you cant deliver as promised - why shouldnt we be able to cancel?

Placed order with them at 11am. They guaranteed delivery by 5pm. At 5:30 I cancelled the order because it still had not arrived at the business and they could not say what time it would arrived. Have used other locations before with no issues. Will be sure to use another location from now on.

Delivery driver gave me the wrong address to pick up from - insisting he was right. Actual location doesnt answer calls. It took them over 14 minutes to answer the phone on numerous occasions. Ive never had this problem at any other locations.

The delivery driver stole my medication off my front porch! He denied it (of course) but no one else had come over that day. I asked that he return it & I wouldnt go any further with it but its been a week & still nothing. Very disgusted & would never recommend anyone to have anything delivered to your home!
