Carstar Superior Auto Body was recommended to me by a friend. I had been rear ended and was in need of an auto body shop. I dropped my car off on Monday and it was ready for pick up on Saturday. They did a superb job! They also washed and waxed the exterior and cleaned the interior! I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing auto body work.

We were in an automobile accident and our insurance sent us to superior auto body. We were totally blown away with how thorough Michael served us. They did a thorough investigation of the car and he treated us like family. He took the time to research things to give us an estimate and would call back regularly to update progress. Ultimately the Car was totaled so no work needed to be done. We would highly recommend Superior because the service WAS Superior!

From the time you walk in the door everyone is very professional, courteous and friendly. They explain everything that will be done and what to expect. The rental car company was going to be a little wait, so they had a driver deliver me to the rental company. The owner was on-site and very excessable to anyone, especially customers . Got rear ended and brought it here to get fixed instead of the recommend shop by insurance company since Ive had good experience here before at superior. They couldnt match the pearl white paint on my Acura TSX rear bumper to the body of the car. Note: car was never in an accident prior or had previous paint work done.

I made an appointment to have my car worked on and was told it would be ready in 3 days. On the 3d day I called in the afternoon to see when to pick it up. I was told Missy Hunter was taking care of my car and was at lunch. I was told she would call me when she got back. I didnt receive a call so I went to Superior Auto Body. I waited around and finally had another service advisor Ron tell me that it would be worked the next day.After being pressed for a time, he did after lunch in 2 days. I explained this put me in a bind and he said 7 workers called in sick with COVID. I called in at 3 that pm to see when it would be ready and got a call back at 4 that it was done. The actual paint job done was good. The lack of communication from their personnel was inexcusable.

They have the classic perfect formula of delivering more than promised. I had an appointment for an estimate, which was done on the spot. I left with a detailed printout, and a link I could follow to retrieve it online. The work on my vehicle was done ahead of schedule, and when I went to pick it up it had been cleaned inside and out. Quality of work was no less than perfect. Communication was timely and efficient. The staff members I encountered were organized, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I hope to never need body work again, but if I do this is where I will go.

The basics first: 2014 Toyota Tundra double cab, long bed traveling at 38mph. Hyundai Sonata pulled in front of me, causing about $10,000 of damage to my truck.I had it towed to Superior. They handled the estimate, and made my side of things easy. They had the truck for a bit over a month, and for good reason. The results speak for themselves. The itemized list speaks for itself. I couldn’t be happier. I went to two great body shops to have my Dodge Viper worked on. They both said I should take it to Superior. They were so busy, but the owner, Ron, took the time to sit down with me and get a good idea of what I wanted done. He was very clear and straightforward. It made me very confident and clear on what I could expect when the repair work was done.Then when my car was getting repaired, I mentioned it to one of friends with a Ferrari and Lamborghini and a Viper. He said, “where are you having it worked on?” When I told him, he said, “Good choice. They do the best work.”It reassured me. Now that the car is done, the body work is 100%. Picked up my car after dropping it for a 4.5 hour bumper replacement. They didnt start the repair until I called around 3:30pm. Bumper replacement was not complete until the next day an hour after they opened. When I was dropped off after work to pick it up, the bumper was damaged, and there was rub marks all down my drivers side that was not there when I dropped it off. Ron(the owner) came out to fix the problem. Was not happy with how he handled the situation at all. He told me he could order 3 more bumpers and they would all show up damaged. Argued with me that they couldnt have left blue rub marks down my drivers side. After I got it home. I was checking out the bumper in the sun and noticed black over spray all around my bumper, and front drivers side. When I called back questioning this, they told me it is from my exhaust. I have never had this problem before and it wouldnt just wipe off. I didnt have a good experience with anybody until the gentleman who brought my car back out to me after I stopped back by for them to get the paint off my car. He noticed how much more you could see after it was brought into the sun as well. He actually listened to my concerns. If he starts working for another body shop I will go there. I will never use Superior Auto body again. Learn how to treat your customers!

This place rocks! I got my Infiniti corrected here because the last auto shop could not match the color of my bumper. Not only did the pearl color match exactly, they were also able to replicate the soft golden glow that the rest of my car has. Superior then went around my entire car and lighly dabbed paint on any grey dink or scratch from normal wear and tear. My car looks fantastic and even better than before the accident. They ran a full report telling me what codes my car is showing and even recommended people who could help me with them. The owner was very personable and hardworking and you could tell he trained his staff to follow in his footsteps. I am now a Superior Auto client for life!

Superior certainly lives up to their name. I got 3 estimates for body and mechanical work after my car had been hit while it was parked, which blew out the bumper.Their initial estimate was middle-of-the-road in terms of cost relative to the other 2 shops. There was one additional item they had to add on after taking a closer look at the vehicle, but the total ended up being around the same price as the most expensive of an initial estimate I received elsewhere.What sold me on them from the jump was the appearance of the shop, the professionalism of the estimate handler, and the genuine cheerfulness of the front desk staff.When I got my vehicle back fully-detailed by them and on time, I couldnt have been more pleased. My vehicle looks and feels like new again; I highly recommend Superior and will be going back if needed in the future.

I had a person run a stop sign and completely damage my right side of my truck I was recommended to Superior Auto body.They took their time with my vehicle, I was told by a friend it could never be the same but have noticed no lasting damage from the collision .It looks and drives as it should. Good as new. Excellent work.I am going to have to go back because unfortunately due to thunderstorms a tree branch fell on my truck wow lucky me.

They destroyed my car. The drivers side sun visor has a huge finger sized hole in it and the head liner is hanging down. The worst part is they somehow destroyed my DVD nav system as well, which i need to find my way around. When i asked them about these issues i was told the vehicle is old.... WHAT??? that does not explain the total lack of care they showed the vehicle.

I came in because someone hit my car and someone elses insurance was covering it. The fact is i get my car back and they messed up my hub cap on the passenger back tire. Than the back bumper on the driver side by the back left tail light isnt completely connected. Than driver back door has cement or something from when they did the quarter panel on the drivers side. I know how the car was when i dropped it off and come back with other issues. Has nothing to do with the spray paint that was already on the car when i purchased it. Now they are proceeding to say they didnt do the damage. Ready to get a lawyer over this.

Ive been going to Ron & his Superior Auto Body shop for many years. Id always been treated right and had good reason to put my faith in Ron and his work, referring many friends and associates to him. In the past dealing with him was a pleasure, it was something having to do with my car that I didnt dread (like dealing w Bert Smith BMW) and his work was even better than new in ways so I didnt even mind paying his prices.This time I saw an such an unfortunate and completely different side of him and his operation to the point that I felt I had to make it known because evidently Im not the only one receiving poor service and even worse repairs.He took 3 days longer than I was promised, not counting the weekend. I never received his promised text updates and it took being on hold for several minutes when I did call in to get any information. On the final day I called in since I hadnt heard from them eventually being told I could pick up my car but I had to hurry in before closing...so I did. The work that was done was either well below (anyones) standards or incomplete, simply not done, not started or not finished - one example: there is an area where paint was simply brushed over deep gouges from a parking stop and left.When I arrived to get my car I immediately noticed a different area, the rear bumper, and the poor reflection/work. I said something about it and Ron immediately went on the defensive saying it just matches the rest of the car....huh? I couldnt believe I was hearing this right. I can promise you this - RON is the only one to have ever done anything on the rest of the car and its beautiful. He was obviously irritated but I asserted myself as I had had this appointment for 2 weeks, Id driven 3 hours to get there, stayed in a hotel (an Extra 3 nights) and I still had to drive 3 hours back to the east coast that evening. Ron yelled for someone to run out and buff my dull bumper better, but he couldnt actually buff it out as it wasnt just the paint that was done poorly. Seems everything under the paint had been done poorly too ie., the crease that runs the span of my bumper is now more round, even wavy in one side. This fellow also noticed then tried to buff the trunk lid where Ron was supposed to have also removed sap, but he ran out of time before it got dark.Having that time to wait though gave me the opportunity to witness 2 additional customers who came to get their vehicles being treated like I was, insulted, dismissed and pushed to the point of even getting irate. One man was even yelling, Ron was arguing with him too, saying he couldnt see anything wrong. Ill tell you this, the jumpy and confrontational way he now seems to go about making sure no customer is happy is bad, bad, bad and Im guessing this may be because he has a lot of irate customers to deal with. Ron knows his cars - he knows whats good and whats bad. Sadly though if his default is now to respond to customers questioning by being rude and in-your-face confrontational, where he didnt use to be, well...Ive never had issues with poor work from him so I cant really say but I think Ron may need to hand the reins over to someone else before he completely destroys his good name. Maybe old age isnt treating him so well which is sad to say but it happens, and Im no spring chicken.So, after careful consideration and another attempt at working this out failed Im writing this review because Ron is being patronizing and antagonistic, even lashing out at me. His is refusing to make an appointment to redo my car, which is supposedly covered by his warranty, due to what he calls my bad attitude. Now Im driving a beautiful BMW 6 series convertible that has body and paint issues...I couldve done better work in my own garage. Guess I need to dispute my charges and find a new go-to body shop. Too bad.

The work done was excellent. Second time I have used Superior. Customer service needs improvement. Keeping customer informed if delay in time car was to be finished changed. After voicing my complaint it improved.

Ron Valllario runs a tight ship and pays attention to detail. We were impressed to see Ron out front putting the final polish on my wifes Taurus SHO after repairs to the front and right front fender. Black metal flake paint matched perfectly. Awesome panel fit on doors and hood. To top it off, the car was delivered a day earlier than estimated.

Not only did they help me get the dent out, but they touched up the areas where the paint had been scratched off so that I wouldn’t get charged by the rental company. Went by to get a quote on painting a Ford f150. The owner was able to take a few minutes out of his day to talk with me. He expressed that it would cost a certain amount of money and when I gawked (I had gotten quotes much cheaper from other places), he actually took time to explain why. I have absolutely no doubt that he knows what he is talking about, and that if you care about your vehicles, the quality of his work, versus other cheaper body shops will be palpable. Im now saving up to go to superior. The receptionists were kind and courteous and the owner friendly.

I got into an accident few weeks ago, it was my first so I wasnt sure what to do but superior helped me through the process, during the accident everything got pushed to the floors but they detailed the inside also cleaning they waxed and washed my truck, Im happy with what they did also I left the rental truck with them so my experience was easy.

Such a great place!! I got into a car accident about 2 months ago & im finally writing a review. I was t-boned and the whole passenger side of my car was destroyed!! I was recommended to this place by my insurance, USAA & was familiar with the area so i decided to go here. My car was done fairly quickly and it looked AMAZING!! Even better than before. They actually used some extra paint to cover up some small damage i had in the the front of my car prior to the accident! Everyone was extremely nice and professional, especially the owner. They would call me and give me updates. They take photos throughout the whole process. Having your vehicle repaired is stressful but everyone here is so honest and makes you feel at ease.
