Jośe was super nice, definitely the best one there. the furniture is cute and the atmosphere is amazing comfortable and lets you decide with making you feel nervous and or rushed.Make this place a stop when moving into a home or if you even want to upgrade your home.
First off the customer service is amazing. Jose greeted us immediately as soon as we walked through the door, listened to what we wanted, and provided it perfectly. They two movers the younger white & black dude were absolutely amazing too extremely fast, kind, & respectful while being in my house. Will continue to come back for future buys.

Checked out a lot of furniture places, came here looking to get furniture obviously. Jose was top notch, he was not pushy let us walk around without hovering. When we found some furniture we liked he went above and beyond to find it and get it to us promptly. Even went and found the tables we wanted, I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman, or store to walk in to needing furniture. Rent King is a very good place to shop. Excellent customer service. The people dont pressure anything on you like other spots and actually cares about you and what you like. José tybro is the general manager there and if you want something, you should talk to him. He greeted me as soon as I walked in and asked what he can do to help. Great personality and motivated. The people there are also like this too. Highly recommend.
Personally the idea of renting something other than living space is always sketchy to me, But I needed a laptop for work. Jose really eased my suspension and doubts with great vibes, accurate suggestions, and fast, friendly service. Highly recommend

Me and my husband went to a couple furniture rent places for the first time, to purchase things for our new move in august, hadnt found what we were looking for so we went to the next store and started getting discouraged, then we tried rent king. And Jose from the very start was so extremely helpful, helped us find what we were looking for, we fell in love with a couch that was already sold and he went above and beyond to try all he could to find us one just like it. Kept in contact with us the entire time, and is even working with us on keeping our stuff safe until we move. The Manager and guys in the store very helpful and very gracious. We have had a lot of issues with the treadmill but this will not stop me from shopping here. Great people I love them.

Today I had to have a tv stand swapped out and Bruce and Chris did an awesome job, they were very kind, respectful, and showed up early. My experience has been terrible. First my experience with Chris the manager was awful he lies and when I caught on to the couch not being cleaned before delivery he tried to send people to my home to spray the couch. He is rude and unprofessional. He tried arguing with me for over a half an hour about how he’s been in this business for so many years and have seen people like me. So I asked people like me he said yea people from poor neighborhoods just trying to get over. When I asked for corporate number he laughed and said those guys love me. SMH this whole experience would be one thing in its self but the way he talks to his staff is even worse. Poor gene behind the desk has to be the nicest person in the store yet every time I’m in the store Chris is either yelling from his office at gene or making weight jokes about him with customers. I hope something is done to help the next person I personally will never do business with rent king again .

Jose helped my daughter and I find the perfect couches for our living room and pups. We are very happy with the couches and comfort they provide for us all. Bruce and CJ delivered them in a timely, I’d say quick, manner. They called to let me know they were on their way, roughly 20 mins later they were to my home and within 5 maybe 10 mins it was so quick I had both couches placed in my living room. They never once dinged a door or wall. Very happy with the quick and effort service they provided and the cost which is a steal for what we got. Would definitely recommend them and will be using them again for other items we need

He really works with you with anything you need and truly goes above and beyond!!The staff is AWESOME. I love working with them. They not only take time to explain every detail of your contract and product, theyre very attentive and give you a recommendation for what you need. I needed a laptop a while back, I was looking at an expensive one but a member asked what I need it for and directed me to a cheaper computer that fits my needs. I wanted a tablet for art, they went out of their way to get me the next they could offer. I love it there!!

They had a manager that no longer works there that I turned in a big screen TV to. The manager never put it in the system and gave me credit. They demanded after he was no longer there and a new manager started to pay a settlement on a TV that I no longer had. I had brought several items with them prior to this incident, never again. What a rip off. Im sure I wasnt the only one that had issues with this company.
