Staff is super friendly. Have bought 6 cars from there and get them serviced there as well. Awesome dealership and very clean service department.

Rude uncaring sales people. Judgemental about people and they are not professional at all. If you are freaked out by spiders then dont step into or around their offices and waiting areas because the place doesnt look like it is cleaned or sprayed for spiders or other bugs. They dont even deserve one star. They make fun of people and how they look and if you have any concerns they dont care and just laugh and walk away. They need to be shut down and treated the way they treated us. All of the people that work there need better skills and manners. You all need to learn how to treat people with respect and treat them how you want to be treated. We only say how we feel and rate businesses and people that work there. You disrespected me so be happy with your self. I will not be sending any business your way. You rate a zero on our test scale.

They said it would be a week to fix his vehicle. Its been two weeks and they still havent fixed it. They said they didnt realize to work on one part of it that they would have to pull the hybrid battery out. And that it would be another day. They didnt call him, so he called them again. Then they told him that they didnt have the gloves they needed to take the hybrid battery out and it would be until Monday before they were done. He called Monday they said it would be today. He called today and they said Thursday.

I would recommend to anyone needing a new or preowned vehicle. Service is great too! Ask for Hank if you want to drive home in a new vehicle!!

Bought a 2018 F150. I couldnt be happier. I did months of research for what I needed before going in. Thats how I knew I was given the best deal I could find anywhere. I still look to see if anybody can beat the price, nope. On top of that, Chris Casteel went way above and beyond being a salesman, even after the sale was done. I feel he genuinely cared for more than just simply selling a truck. He stayed late, he came to my work at my request to accommodate my schedule, and he even came in on his day off a week later. I honestly cant say enough about Trotter Ford and Mr. Casteel. I am one happy customer. Do yourself a favor, skip all the others, and go see Chris Casteel, employee of the year in my book. You wont be disappointed. I wont buy from anyone else.

Customer friendly and great service

I went to Trotter Ford October 26th for a tune up on my 2006 Ford Expedition and the mechanic ended up breaking my spark plug off in the engine block. After I left it with them to remove the broken spark plug I was then told that they couldnt remove it and that if I wanted it fixed it would cost me $5000, or $8000 for a newer engine with fewer miles. I was floored that I am being charged for the fault of their own mechanics. Be careful when taking your vehicle to this place they dont take responsibility for their actions

Im guessing that Covid-19 has become the default explanation for why everyone has poor turn around times on repairs and customer service. Trotter Ford is no exception. This is worse than having a personal illness and having your doctor tell you that she cant see you for a week. Pre-Covid was not like this. Different protocols need to be established to facilitate better and faster customer service. Rant is over.

Called the morning before to ask to make an appointment so I would not have to wait and was told to just come anytime before 7:00pm. Arrived at 5:40pm and entire department was closed, doors locked and lights out even though the sign clearly posted on the door said open till 7:00pm. Arrived the next morning at 7:45am and was the first customer of the day. Still took them over and hour just to change my oil. Ridiculously slow service. Was almost late to work because of it. Would not recommend anyone going there unless they have several hours of free time to waste in their waiting room. Not sure why they have Quick in their name. Other places usually talk less than 15 minutes for same service and have a better price point. Will not be going back. I could have googled how to change my own oil, gone to the store and done it myself in an hour. If you value your time, go somewhere else, anywhere else!

Excellent service! Fast and very accommodating. I called Trotter about getting recall repairs for my vehicle and was given an appointment that fit my schedule immediately. This was after being given the run around by the dealership in Monticello. They wouldnt even schedule me in to see if my vehicle was affected and needed repair. I took my car in to Trotter and was given a loaner car so that I could get to work that day. Repairs were completed at the end of the day with curb side service to boot! I am a very satisfied and relieved customer, especially after getting such poor service at the other dealership. Good service definitely makes a difference!

I used to dread buying a new vehicle due to the sales pressure. But, I have purchased 3 vehicles from Trotter Ford in the past 5 years, and every purchase has been a great buying experience. The first was an Explorer I bought from Glen M., and the last two from David V. They asked all the right questions, found the right financing, and delivered the perfect vehicles. Plus, I have always been impressed with the customer service I received “after the sale”. If I had any questions or warranty work that arose, I just called them and it was taken care of immediately. That kind of personal service is rare these days.

We pulled up and there was a salesman just standing there not doing anything but there was another salesman helping another customer who was so kind to stop and tell us that he had a customer but would set us up with someone. Although they couldnt help us. We thanked them just the same.

I put in application to finance a vehicle and my fiancé was there to help expedite the process when a finance or sales rep come out and told her that they wouldn’t finance me $10. Beware of this place rude customer service and not very professional will be contacting BBB about their slander and actions

CONS: I received horrible service from the Service Advisor (Sam) My car sat at this dealership for a month before they had done anything, and not to mention that they had the parts to my car just sitting there as well. When they were finally able to get to my car, (Sam) did not call to let me know that my car was ready to be picked up. She wasnt much help to be honest with you. Im sure she was just sitting there with her feet kicked up on the desk like she was when I first came in about my car. She (Sam) was the main reason for my bad experience here. Had it been a more professional person Id been working with, I would have given 5 stars. I felt like with me being a paying customer that I should have been treated with more respect than I had received. She needs better training on how to treat paying customers. I could say a lot more within the whole month of my car being here, but I think I have said enough.PROS: They did an awesome job on the car. Its running like a brand new car again.

We took a truck to Trotter Ford to have the breaks and air conditioner worked on. “No problem. Won’t take long.” Three and a half weeks later, we finally get the truck back. Constantly called and was told Chris will call us back. Never did; he had the secretary call us. The delay was caused by their air conditioning machine being down. Then why would you even take the air conditioner in the truck apart if it was down! Finally, when we went to pick the truck up, she goes with Chris to get it in the lot. He hands her the key, and he just walks off saying “Have a good day.” She has to shimmy to get in the truck because it’s parked so close to someone else’s vehicle, and the truck won’t start. She walked back in and told them it won’t crank. Sent a guy out to charge it, he took one look, and went back in. Fifteen minutes later, six men came out to look. The spring lock came off, causing them to have to take apart the whole air conditioner again to vacuum seal it again and get the moisture out. “It’ll be another hour if you don’t mind waiting.” Also, supposedly someone left the key in the vehicle and on, and that caused the battery to die. But, she had to get the key from the service department to get in the vehicle, so it died between them parking it in the lot and is picking it up.We will never use Trotter Ford for any services again, and we will never buy a vehicle there, especially since we were shopping for new vehicles. Shoddy service and shoddy customer service.

Ended up costing me nothing... Came to PB to help my cousin move into her dorm. My tire pressure sensor fault light came on. So I took my vehicle to Trotter Ford. End up being Right Rear passenger sensor. Have 2 separate tires with nails in them. They were able to plug both of them. Then my vehicle wouldnt start.Need a new battery...

Traded for a used truck and they worked harder to get me the price and trade value I needed to get the right financing than I would ever have expected for a used car purchase. Chris C. was my salesman and instead of pushing me to something I didn’t want he found me what I was looking for. Cecil is the used car manager and when I told him the payments I was looking to stay under he went out of his way to pressure the lenders to get the rate and payments where I wanted. Can’t say enough good things about this dealer. Will definitely go back for my next purchase.

I traveled to pine bluff which is my place of birth from South Carolina to attend a funeral when I arrived my truck started giving me problems it would not start at all I had to get my car towed to trotter after hours I came in the next morning and they were all booked, after learning that I was a traveler as they call it they immediately brought my car in and began to find the root cause of the problem and fixed it in a timely manner and I was able to get my family home safe they really went the extra mile to get me rolling again I am forever grateful

I cannot say enough good things about Trotter Ford Lincoln.We were traveling from Illinois to Baton Rouge Louisiana for a graduation ceremony of our niece when I suddenly lost all electronics on our pickup. I pulled into the dealership and explained our situation and time constraint.The service manager was so gracious. He managed to get the truck in immediately on a day the shop was obviously overwhelmed. They fixed the problem with the wiring harness and had us back on the road in less than 2 hours. We were able to make the ceremony right on time. I would like to say again, thank you for your prompt assistance and understanding. Great people.

We always deal with Kim Anderson. She knew we were coming to buy a new Lincoln, but didnt know she might get a 2 for 1 sale. When we told her we might also buy a new truck, she was very happy with that. Said it didnt happen often. Kim is well versed in the products she sells for Trotters, and always a joy to deal with.

Friendly, good people. Took a bit longer than expected but work was good. We been with them for decades and have been fine..went back June 2019 was informed of repair needed, quoted, gave go ahead and then was told could not complete the work. Was disappointing and s bit frustrated. Now have to look for someone that will repair. They could not even order the part and say when it would arrive. Not the same as other visits, did discount some of the labor though. Do not k ow where to get repair for this Ford sport Trac.

Had the works done on my 2012 Explorer, everyone one was friendly and the new building was very nice. Very pleased with work that was done. I had asked to have a couple of small things checked, that dont appear to have been done. I looked over the work sheet and saw no mention of them. I will return for another visit. Overall I like dealing with Trotter Ford.

It was an experience! I did get a luxury ride. And after my purchase. I had questions It was like pulling teeth from a fish. To get assistance. My sunroof stopped working it was 3 days after I got the car. Cecils sales Manager his answer was DONT USE IT... . Or it would cost me about $3,900 to have them to replaced. Went back because I had a noise on drivers side back tire the same Credit manager in the front office to your right said it would cost me to have them look at it and this is what you run into when buying a used car. And then he says his wife has a sunroof and cant us it. My second key pad is held together by tape. Then the white guy that sits in front office to the right. Said my credit score was low. I said no if it was like that I would have never came. At the time it was 690. But, of course by the time they were done it dropped. Tried to contact my sales agent I guess she blocked my number. The white guy in the contract office his office behind the Reception desk lied and I had to correct him i said you can add the sales tax he said no the system wont let me. I got up walked around his desk and saw where it asked if he wanted to add sales tax.. I told him now why you tell me that lie. He didnt respond i told him so go ahead and click yes to add my sales tax. Then I had to pay $5 for service fee for using my bank card So, then he says well he would pay the $5 and a few days later my account popped up on my phone he had used my card information to get his $5 back. I went back to talk to someone and got no where. its alot that goes into it . I get it but then I dont. I guess its like this with TROTTER FORD if your no one well known in the community which was the same community that made them successful! There mind set is (I will be nice to you to get what I want then after I get it. I am done with you... Dont get me wrong now. The spirit of God told me where and who to ask for. Its all an experience. But, I thank God for my being Obedient through it all. Its just disappointing 😕. And even with my review no one has attempted to contact me to correct the way I was treated.

Enjoyed my first visit to dealership to purchase a vehicle as I encountered a smooth buying experience. It took a little time to complete process, but that was expected. Not so happy on return, as I was told that I could replace the car in a year with timely payments, but upon arrival I was told that I could not purchase another vehicle at that time, even though my credit score had increased, and so had my income. So now I have to drive a family around in a not so family car. I have to take the car in for oil changes, and usually have no problems with results, but the wait time can get annoying. Imagine waiting 2-3 hours for an oil change.
