Welch is where I bought my 1st new car. A 91 Stanza, a 2000 Infiniti I30, and 99 Sentra. Always enjoyed the dealership. Saw the salesman that sold me that first Stanza and he still remembered the car after 20 years. On this visit, I just stopped by the lot to visit some people that I know there.

I went in for routine oil change and inspection went great but as prices of oil keeps going up oil changes keep going up Great Service though. Realy recommend the mechanic shop manager. He is nice and friendly and had his staff in perfect order.

It was done extremely fast. I was surprised how fast I got in and out of there. I did have an appointment. I was told how to save money and the service manager signed me up for the money saving offers. Everything was great!

Please do not take your vehicle to Welch Nissan body shop, it is absolutely horrible. I brought in my 2021 4 runner to get two scratches removed and a tail light replaced. It took almost two weeks for the repair to be done, the Manager constantly lied like it will be ready the next day and it wasnt. When I picked the vehicle up it had more scratches than before on the bumper. The employees are not professional at all they didnt even ask could they fix the problem. They just came out yelling and screaming and called the police instead of fixing the vehicle properly.

Well, two W/M came outside to smoke i had to ask well yall on break or will one of you assist us. Test drove Mercedes asking $41,000 and cash price the same. But, transmission slipping. Needless to say we are going outside of Pine Bluff

The employees in the service department are great! I never feel like Im being talked down to. The work that is done on my truck is always done right the first time. When Im waiting for my vehicle, someone is always updating me or asking if I need anything. Very nice service!

The shop was busy but still made time to make sure I was taken care of. They got me in within a couple days of calling to schedule a service. It was done quick and I drove off the lot with a clean inspection, vacuumed floor boards, and peace of mind.

Received negative review due to length of time vehicle was kept despite repair being extremely fast and easy to perform.

They tell you one thing to get you there, but then when you get there everythings changed, different or they thought they could! But thats about how it is every where you go these days!

Welch was able to get me into a good vehicle on financial terms that fit my budget. The vehicle does have a couple of issues but they are making that right. I am thankful that Welch was able to help during a time when I needed it the most.

I went there to get some repairs, they told me it would be $110 to diagnose it. I dont need diagnosis. I know what I want to fix. My car is a nissan versa, I can go somewhere else to fix it. Plus I want to by a new wheel rim. They seemed uninterested in serving me. I can order the wheel on line. Thanks alot. I probably wont buy another nissan. I cant get the work done there.

I took my 2015 Nissan Altima there because my XM radio just quit working. They kept my car from open to close then told me theyd charge me around $600 to replace the XM antenna. I decided against that and about 6 months later my XM radio started working again. I dont know why/what happened but apparently the service techs never even checked it out or they wouldve known that it wasnt broken. It was probably just loose. Very irritating to pay them around $150 for absolutely nothing!

Long wait for paper work. Price of vehicle goes up $4000 dollars from salesman to final paper to be signed. Dont recommend this dealership! After got it home they sent out coupons to bring it back and get a new Nissan with lower payments. After the way they ripped me are you kidding. I want go through them gates again.

Took vehicle in for service. The serviceman Michael was who assisted me. I began telling him my issues. I told him that I had replaced air flow sensor and that I believed it was circuit range performance. I was abruptly cut off and told we do our own diagnostic and repairs. After paying $200 for repair, a day later my service engine light came back on. I called to speak to him about it. I was told that I shouldve told him about a previous repair. The same repair that I was telling him about when he rudely cut me off. When you go to the Nissan Certified service for repair you expect them to diagnose and fix the problem for your Nissan. I am terribly disappointed. 😔 😭

Fiance took our 70k dollar Armada suv which we purchased from here in for service close to a month ago walked in and one of the servicemen had a shotgun at the counter and had it pointed toward the door looking at it which was the door my fiance walked in carrying my 5 year old stepson my fiance said he was playing with it like a kid with a new toy! I hope everyone in town reads this and you all get drug though the mud this is the most run down over crowded rat hole of a dealership Ive ever had the disgust of dealing with!
