The employee was super friendly and helpful. He came over and asked if he could help me and proceeded to do so with humbleness. His simple interaction with me, made my day. People are so busy now days, its rare to find someone wholl stop and take the time to help, and do it happily. I appreciated it.

Horrible rude customer service. Card readers were obviously not working properly. Kid was rude and arrogant mumbling under his breath about how it was my fault. Didn’t hear him once say thank you to anyone. Horrible experience. Left my cart and went to Lynn’s. At least they say hello.

Used self check out cause close to closing time and only checker had a line also was told over the speaker that if not checked out by 11 they would take items back and id have to buy another time. Self check out gave me my 9.00 in change in quarters and dimes. Staff was rude and inconsiderate of a handicap gentleman as well.

This store locations targets and follows the POC. I saw the greeter let nunerous people of no color go out the exit without checking their receipts, he stopped me to check mine. Not very friendly feeling.

I had a very negative experience with a team leader being rude and sarcastic. I have worked in customer service 15+ years and #1 rule is never argue at or with the customer. When I asked questions the lady said dont tell me how to do my job! And then when I called back to speak to the manager I was asked WHY I wanted to speak to Kyle... the store manager and was placed on hold for well over 12 minutes. I dont know if we were treated so rudely bc we are a minority or bc the worker needs more training with customer service. Either way... I DO NOT recommend THIS Walmart bc of my very negative experience with their employee. When I finally got to speak with Lori-a manager... I got the exact same attitude and was blatantly turned down on my request to speak to the store manager Kyle. She said I can speak to her (not asking a name of the employee) and will handle it. I have to wonder how SHE was going to discipline the female employee. (i never told LORI the employee was a SHE) The manager was just as rude as the employee. Again... I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place as a place to shop due to poor customer service

One time 9:00 at night i found a 5yr boy riding a bike around walmart(barbie) HE was also wearing a ninja turtle healment(good for him) and the place was empty we got some drink(banna) and then one of freinds had to go to the bathroom and we heard viloent noises so he had to poop in the fresh produce alise. The little boy was lebron james.

Helped us with a medication for my dad from out of state. He forgot his meds at home 400 miles away. We had a funeral and couldnt go back and get them. Best service ever.

They are generally short of cashiers, which seems to be a problem nationwide, but the staff that is there is very helpful. Customers need to remember they are just employees doing their job and to not get grumpy with them.....I have seen it many times.

Customer service clerk Ashley was spot on when I asked for the portable hand warmers. She took me to the sports section and showed me where to get them.

Often has issues with having enough employees and turnover. Has trouble keeping common items stocked properly. Workers rarely wear PPE properly and rarely see any cleaning done.

This store is usually very good, but today the help way way off. We were trying to use a online Walmart gift card and couldnt figure it out. The card has over $100 on it and were trying to use 14$ and we got it to work but it only took $1.80 off the card and said to buy a card off shelf. They had no idea how to fix said problem. You are supposed to be able to use this app and card with barcode at any Walmart store or Walmart gas station. End of story.

If we had more shopping in my town and I didnt live so far from the next largest town which is 95 miles away, I would have left my cart of merchandise and walked away. Waited in line twice in the last month for well over an hour to check out. Will try to do more online shopping for the things I cant get locally. Walmart takes in enough money on a Daily basis that I would think they could have more check lanes open....everytime I go through the self checkout there is a problem. Very unhappy customer!

Not happy with this walmart. Store is clean. Staff can be very rude, stock is way down. The enforcement of early hour closure could be done much better. Didnt matter if its a phone call or in the store.

I bought tea, drank it, found out it was expired, and got sick shortly after. General on the floor workers are good. Theyre short cashiers, but thats a nationwide thing. Management is nowhere to be found when you want to talk to a manager. When you call, it takes forever to get someone to answer.

We would like to Thank Laurie and her staff in the Tire & Oil service area. They went above and beyond for us. We were traveling from Sioux Falls to attend Kool Deadwood Nites with our 55 Chevy. On our way we had a tire blow-out. We did have a spare in the trunk so we changed the tire and started calling around to find tires for a back up. We called several places and no luck. Come to find out, tires size for a 55 Chevy are hard to find in an emergency. We could hear that another tire was starting to separate. :( We called Walmart and they had 4 tires that would work and their prices were very fair. We arrived around 4:00, they changed 4 tires with ease and we were on the road within an hour or so.The Manager Laurie was very professional. She has excellent customer service skills and she takes pride in her job and her staff.We appreciate you Laurie. Thank you so much!!!The Walmart Manager/Owner should be proud to have you as an employee. Larry & Jackie

The workers are always helpful, they make sure to get the right things for you. The only small downside is the check out people, only a couple are open. Thats just a small downside.

Lots to.look at decent prices

Staff is great. Shopping is good. Store clean and organized. However we may not return. It is the holiday season and check out does not meet the standards of the store. Two checkouts when there is set up for several more. Obviously, the store is attempting to force shoppers to utilize self check out. This comment is directed to the management as the employees are great. Dont be surprised if full shopping carts are abandoned in the aisles as that is what occurs to people have to wait an excessive amount of time for check out. We have spent hundreds of dollars at this store, but will be shopping elsewhere.

They Always have what I need! This is a great place to shop because the employees are Always eager to help.
