My experience with them went like this: Every other dealership was selling my car with 25% markup, Beck sold it to me for MSRP. Other people across the country were waiting 18 months to get their orders from Chevy, Beck got mine to me in 3. Normally Im in a dealership for 2-4 hours when Im buying a new car, I was at Beck for 30 mins.I had a trustworthy salesperson and we did all the paperwork and negotiating over email/phone. When I got there I just took the test drive, got the new car orientation and drove off. Overall, probably the best car buying experience Ive had.Try them out, especially if youre looking for a Corvette. Ask for Amy Larson.

Great! Had an oil change on my 2020 GMC Denali. Everything was perfect. Price was normal, fast service, great waiting area and everyone I was in contact with was friendly and helpful. One of the nicest service departments Ive seen. I travel a lot so Ive seen several.

Very helpful! Even when I picked up my car after the oil change and it wasnt running well, they admitted a sensor hadnt been plugged in correctly (accidents happen!) and then found a pesky butterfly wing on the sensor and were happy to make it all right at no charge! I was on my way from Ne. to S.D. to visit family when my Yukon started having problems. I took it to Beck Motor Co. to get it repaired. I was frustrated and also a little worried because I was from out of town and unfamiliar with Beck. They went above and beyond! All the people were friendly and professional. The technician who fixed my car also took care of a few other minor problems at no additional charge. Although no one likes to spend money on getting their car fixed, especially on vacation, they made it so much easier. I was delighted with the service. I always enjoy the service personnel. They are friendly and efficient. I was in on time and got to enjoy a walk around your lot with my dog. We took several laps and then he was treated to a biscuit which he enjoyed immensely. Our tire was fixed in about 35 minutes and we were back on the road. As always a very pleasant experience. I had to get some parts replaced do to a recall on my car. I had to wait a little while for the parts to come in, but I was kept up to date with the progress. The service department called to make an appointment to take my car in, asked if I needed transportation.I took my car in, and in a matter of hours, it was all done.I am very pleased with the professionalism of the service department. Ross in the Service area was great to work with. He called me back after I left a message asking if I could squeeze my vehicle in for service last minute. They had an opening and I got in without issues. They had to order the parts for my vehicle, so I left with a loaner car. Its fair, the building is great. But they try to give you wholesale for your trade, and have you pay Sticker price for thiers. I left and bought the same truck at Billion for 5,000 less. Sorry Beck

Visiting in Pierre from Sioux Falls. My coolant light went on. I called them 1st thing Saturday morning and they got me in. Gave me a loaner to use for I was in town for the 4H Rodeo finals. It ended up they have to order a part and it will take a week. They sent me home in the loaner.I cant say enough good things about the wonderful service I got there. Lavonn Peters was great on the phone and at the shop. She got me in and out fast and with great attention to details. She took good care of me. I appreciate that because I was away from home. I had a tire blowout close to my home and took it to Beck Motor hoping they had the size I needed. I am new in the area and had not done business with Becks before. They treated me like I was a long time customer!! They had the tire in stock, mounted it on the rim for me and had me headed down the road in no time to get the tire put back on my vehicle, which was left sitting on a gravel road!! Ross, Greg and Lavonne are awesome. They are so friendly, knowledgeable, and they NEVER treat me like some dumb woman. They get you in and out timely and I appreciate that they bring me back to work and come get me once it is done. They have my family and my dad as customers for life. My dad drives 110 miles one way to have them do everything on his 3rd truck that he has purchased from them.

Got me in pretty quickly without an appointment for my oil change. Staff is always helpful.

I brought my car in for an oil change. When it was done, I was told there was a fluid leak under my car and I should make a separate appointment. No one bothered to even find out what the fluid was. also, they hadnt bothered vacuuming.

4 new tires was supposed to take an hour and a half and I was going to stay and wait. After an hour, he said they were having issues with the tire machine and have me a car to go home with. That was nice.

The service dept. gave me very professional service. They repaired my car in a quick and timely manner. Sooner than expected.

Well....$6500 later & my check-engine light came on within 50 miles of picking it up. No communication. No attention to detail. Not even a run-through the wash for $6500!!!

Great Sales Rep. everyone really good to us, until we took our vehicle in for service. The first guy I dealt with in service was rude and just down right awful. Made me feel like I was not welcome there and all I wanted was for them to find my vehicle so I could get out of there. The next person who found my vehicle and drove it up for me was very kind and explained that they were just trying to get a recall on the vehicle done while it was in for service. Left with very mixed feelings....
