I went in to buy a portable air conditioner because I was having trouble online. Turns out that if the store carries the item, you cant order it online and they were out of stock. The girl at the service desk was very helpful and very patient. She helped me look up other ones then placed the order for me. All the while she was efficiently multi-tasking. This wasnt my first trip to this Home Depot. Ive gone there several times. I chose this location because of their great costumer service.

Good place to find the home improvement items I am looking for. On there website it will show you what aisle the product is on. My wife likes to go there for their plants. But sometimes it is hard to find someone if you have a question.

Bad customer service. couldnt find anyone to help me find item for bathroom. Had to ask to get a manager with an attitude to go with him his name is Rafael.. Better service in the whittieronr. next time I will go all the way over there just for the good service Thee get a zero rating. Had to give them 1 star to get move on.

Great place to shop. Majority of the people inside are knowledgeable and have great attitudes. Next year they are closing this store and moving next to the 60 freeway.

Adrian had just ended his shift but was such a professional helped us with our ordering doors. I would also like to mention every single sales associate that I encountered during my visit acknowledged us with a good morning and were able to answer questions .

This is one of the best store Ive visited. The service is great and for all your needs theyre really patient. Everything is well organized and if you have a question, theres always someone nearby.

Home Depot Pico was always there for me on those emergency fixer uppers at home even though I live a lot closer to Lowes but I do enjoy going to Home Depot Whittier when I did have the time. So with all that said Pico home Depot is closing if you havent heard yet.. theyre moving into a new building in Mtb/Monterey Pk. So Lowes is back in the mix for me.

Well its the best Store where u could find anything u need when your fixing up the house, plus it has reasonable prices,and if u have a close (PET) 🐕 dog u could take the pet dog in the store with u,thats COOL they always got good Sales.good Luck Shopping. GREG NEGRETE.

Customer for over 30 years only because it is close to my home.(Spyglass Hill Estates). In the last year or so, I have noticed serious improvement in what used to be a LOW class store. New management? Keep up the good work you are doing and thank you for your dedication..

The store itself its a good place to shop everything you need for your house. The only but I found its the customer service. The do not ask if you need help.

When it comes to projects around the home, its hard to beat Home Depot. And they got good people at this store.

Funny how their website has over 4 stars and under 4 on google. I wonder why?? Over 40 minutes waiting to get someone to cut some rope!! Go to Lowes. Much better customer service. Employees look away here when you make eye contact, cause they know you are going to bother them. To manager Brenda!!! Look and you will see that most of the complaints are for customer service.. do something, the attitude of your employees is a reflection of your leadership.

I dont know why on TV they say we can help you, I ask a question to three employees and I couldnt get an answer, in my opinion this employees are so unhelpful.

I will never shop at this Home Depot ever again, Sunday the 14th of January at 3:50 in the afternoon, my work truck cab was broken into and everything taken in broad daylight, of course the cameras dont see the full parking lot, the cameras only see out 20 yards and thats it, poor on Home Depots part, I warned all contractors not to shop there and leave your truck unattended in that parking lot, Pico Rivera Sheriffs Department officer told me there in that parking lot everyday writing up a report, just be aware all the contractors that use that store

The Pico Rivera Home Depot has friendly staff and willing to help or assist in your needs . I needed a replacement cord kit for my Makita 7 1/4 inch wormdrive skillsaw and they were kind enough to take the time to make sure I got the right cord for my saw . it dissent sound like much but as a contractor like many others in this world we dont have to time to waste the help I got was prompt and curtious thats a big thumbs up for Home Depot of Pico Rivera thanks a bunch its well appreciated

Cold and unhelpful customer service. I went for wire and a heater thermostate to help my parents get their heater to start again. I asked the electrical assistant for wiring and he was sarcastic and angry I asked for help. Too bad all the small hardware stores are gone, it would be worth the extra money to get actual help.

Service is horrible. You never find anyone here to help you. You always have to find them and when you do they normally tell you theyll get someone from that department there to come help. A lot of times when you see someone pass you by they look at you and dont even ask if you need help. No one seems to know anything. I once waited 20 mins to get someone to bring out a pallet of tile out so I can reach it safely. I almost left to lowes

I didnt like the fact that they close the aisle where you need supplies and you have to wait 20 or 30 minutes to get your things. So a trip that would normally take 10 min has now taken 45 min.🙁

Head of security, Robert Gomez, Had me escorted out of the store because i confronted his security of following me. He then insults me by saying that maybe i think the security is following because of my insecurities.

First and last time I ever buy a washer and dryer from here the men in the department awesome awesome guys but once you get yourself involved with a female that works in the appliance section your order is going to get messed up my washer and dryer got delivered but my dryer was not drying it was not heating I call Israel did an amazing job he said that he put the order in so that I can get my dryer in ASAP because it was in the 48 hours how is it that I waited 2 weeks for myself to get a new dryer I dont understand whats going on never buy from Home Depot let alone Whirlpool youre better off going to Sears they stick to their actual s***
