Ive been coming here for years, since I started driving. They are trustworthy and honest. There have been times, especially when I was a college student, that my old beater car needed a lot of care and they were willing to work with me and put me on a payment plan. Being a broke student, that helped me so much.Whenever my car needs work, they dont sugar coat it. They tell me whats wrong and the cost. They dont pressure me or try to sell me on extra work. I always feel comfortable and safe when I take my car to the shop.My second car had 40,000 miles when I got it. Its almost pushing 200,000 miles without any big issues. I take good care of my car but a big part is that Perfect Auto and the mechanics take good care of it. Since my first visit, Ive moved to a different city but I still come here whenever my car needs a little love because I trust them.This is a popular shop and they do get busy so come in early if you cant wait. There have been times when I get lucky and only wait 30 minutes but there also have been times when I wait for hours. Not a big deal for me because I always have a book with me.Everyone here is nice and just want to help you with your car needs.

These guys are straightforward and very honest, bought a new/used vehicle, brought it in for a oil change and transmission service. These guys told me that the fluid in the transmission was good so no trans service necessary. Just went with the oil change and it still only cost me $25.00. It cost me more money just to change the oil myself. These guys are very reasonably priced too.

If you ever need anything for your car this is the best place to go to, they are good mechanics and they are honest. I wont go anywhere else 👌👍

I really like these guys they’re very nice.the waiting room is very comfortable and nice. I usually wait for my car so that helps. my first visit was pretty good last year but this recent visit I waited from 9 AM to 4 PM. People that arrived after me were leaving before me and I didn’t understand what was going on.I was only there for valve cover gasket‘s to be replaced.I later find out that after they replace the valve cover gasket‘s they couldn’t get my car to start.I was so upset .I was having a bad day already, then they go back and keep trying to see why it doesn’t stay running.This is at 4 PM he tells me this. so I’ve been waiting because they couldn’t work something out.They wanted me to leave the car there so they could find out what was going on and I was like, no I can’t, I need to take my car with me.I’ve been here all day.I can’t do that.that’s when they went and tried to work out what was going on and discovered, the valve cover gaskets were not placed on properly which could affect the timing and everything ended up being OK .he knocked $50 off because of the wait but I was there for seven hours. when I got home I realized that another estimate I had from somewhere else was a whole 200$less(and their a higher end place)I was charged $330 in labor and 60 for parts I was there seven hours( it didn’t take seven hours because they let it sit there.they couldn’t figure why it wasn’t starting for them,their fault.)they had put something back on incorrectly and I got charged for it,waiting 7hrs.so I don’t think I’ll be returning.the car is still leaking some oil,they wanted to start from the top see if that stop the leak and then look at the oil pan gasket later but since I was charge more than I should’ve been I don’t think I’ll be going back for the second repairs. really friendly people,Really nice but after that 7 hr. Wait I don’t think I’ll be going back.

I found out about this place years ago when they used to have coupons in the mail. Wish this was my first stop for all automotive repairs. Took me a long time to find a decent honest shop. Repairs are done right the first time and they show you the work and issues with your vehicle. Also the owners are a pleasure to do business with. Services are quick and efficient. What I really like is you don’t need an appointment and they give an honest estimate of time required. Prices are also great. Lastly they don’t have a large parking lot full of unrepaired cars to look busy like a lot of independent shops do. Finally got my Ma to start bringing her vehicles here. Thank you perfect auto!

They were very thorough and honest. A major bolt that holds the motor was missing and bend in frame caused a weak spot. They told that my vehicle was not safe enough to drive and wasnt safe for me nor anyone else should i happen to get into an accident.No other mechanic ever told me this and i spent a lot of money on repairs too. Even though it wasnt the news I wanted to hear about my car, I still appreciate this type of honesty. Other mechanics just took my money without regard for genuine safety. Thank you Purfect Auto!!!

Ive been coming to the brothers that run this shop for the past 6 years now (my wife has been coming here even longer than that) for oil changes and general maintenance. Not only does the team at Purrfect Auto know their stuff - their customer service is amazing. Ive worked in hotel hospitality for over 10 years, and these guys provide service that Ive never seen given in the auto repair industry. I made the mistake once of going to a Jiffy Lube on a Sunday (since these guys are closed on Sundays) and they messed up my vehicle after a simple oil change. The guys at Purrfect Auto rectified the issue and I learned my lesson. Dont question coming here ever - the price is right, and you couldnt ask for a more honest mechanic team.

Cars are worked on quickly, the staff are professional, courteous, and the prices are very reasonable. Once you become a customer, you won’t go anywhere else. I took my car to have my freon recharged, the A/C was not cold enough, I knew it only needed to be refilled, the took my car in, after 30 minutes or so, I was called and I was told that my A/C pump needed to be replaced and that it would cost me $900.00 dollars, I knew it was a bunch of BS!!! I told them no thanks. They wanted to charge me $100.00 for for the so called diagnosis, which I refused to pay. I took it somewhere else, where they told me that the A/C pump was good, nothing was wrong with it, it only needed to be refilled, just like I thought, it was done for $ 120.00 dollars, this people are a bunch of thieves!!!!!!

Complete Rip Off .. told me lies about my car.. got a second opinion and found out they were lying to me, they even forgot to connect a vacuum line. The mechanic who gave me the second opinion found all the real problems and charged me less!

I went in there about a week ago had my transmission and engine oil replaced had my throttle body serviced great price and great service . Also very quick to get the job done. Will be taking my cars from now on.

Been going to purrfect auto for several years began by my parents going there for smog checks, then repairs first noticed they are extremely pricey! $1600 for European car repair. Last three visits work was not done correctly returned cars 3x, cars required multiple rows, intimately after months of car sitting in driveway they finally redid repair correctly at an additional cost of $500 for addititional small repair. Recently took grandmas original owner car for simple seal repair paid for repair car was running poorly worse then prior to repair, returned car was told there is motor damage & returned car with oil leaks in all four cylinders. Didnt bother to steam clean. Now my 4 banger is runnng on 3 cylinders, they left the valve cover leaking all over he manifold causing excessive smoke. I will have car repaired and settle matter in court. This was the last time I will ever take or recommend anyone to Purrfect Auto. In the past there have been news reports about other Purrfect Auto scamming people for unnecessary repairs, but never believed it. Ive invested a lot of money to have cars left useless. I have no faith in this shop only that they charge an arm & leg and leave you walking.

Good place to take your car for your Automotive purposes

The guys at ImPurrfect Auto are complete shysters. They had replaced my grandmas radiator, and they either installed it improperly, or installed a bad radiator. 5 months later, it blew, so my grandma returns to them to have diagnosed again. They tell her a faulty headgasket now is another issue on top of the bad radiator. They had no proof of BHG.. They didnt even run a compression test to test the compression in each cylinder. Liars they are. They clearly didnt want to take fault for not properly installing the radiator... Im a mechanic myself, and made time to replace the radiator myself, and head and block were fine.
