Excellent experience, he opened up the hood and lifted the car to thoroughly explain the issues and relative urgency of each part so I could make an informed decision on the repair work he was advising. After I chose which repairs i wanted done he even knocked off an extra $50. Theres a shopping center next door with a movie theater and lots of restaurants to chill at you while you wait but he got all the parts delivered and repairs done in just a couple hours so I didnt even need to be occupied all that long. If i lived in CA i would come back here every time.

Went in to have work done that a mechanical friend told me to have done and when I went to this business,the short man with glasses scoffed at me for telling him what needs to be done. Said his mechanic would have to check to see if was something else instead. I knew what needed to be done, and his tone and remarks were dismissive. Being a female, I would Never trust this person or this business ever.i highly recommend to avoid this business at all costs.

Went for a smog. Quick easy painless. $59 + Cert fee.My families been going here for awhile. Does good work. Head gaskets, valve bodies, etc. Haven’t had any trouble with repairs and the price is reasonable. I usually do my own work all the way down to engine rebuilding. But I trust them here. Chevy, bmw, Nissan. Vintage or new.

They Worked on my 2009 528i BMW, now if you know about cars you know BMW is not only expensive but you also have to know what you are doing. I don’t trust any one with my car. I always go to The dealer for services or do them my self, but given the fact that my starter gave out on me and I had to work the following days I needed some one else to do the job. The AAA towing Service driver recommend this place, JOHN the owner, was very Professional, straight forward not only gave me reasonable pricing but also went above and beyond by checking the rest of the components in my car as he made his way to the starter. Stayed in constant contact with me via phone and, provided me a list of things that would need my attention sooner than later and asked if I wanted him to work on them, to which I agreed and granted permission, I am please with the service, presentation and quality of their Shop, service, and work. Take it from a Former Infiniti Service Manager/supervisor I know what I’m looking for when it comes to it.

Impeccable service and attention to details:I have been bringing my car to Pico Rivera Auto Clinic for maintenance and service repairs for greater than 5 years. This garage is the cleanest and most organized I have ever seen! Jon maintains a good relationship with businesses and is always able to get parts needed and replaced in the same day, exceptional service even during the COVID-19 epidemic. He always takes the time to show the customer the parts replaced and takes the time to explain the operating condition of the car relative to what needs to be repaired. All services are not completed until authorization is given by the customer.

My sister recommended this spot and super glad I listened to her. First time at this auto shop with NO appointment made, I just showed up, and was taken care of right away. John the owner is an awesome guy. He’s super nice and approachable. Very honest when he broke it down for me; my car had issues that I wasn’t even aware of! Luckily got everything taken care of that same day! Oh and I also got a discount because I was referred by my sis! John said he lives in Glendora but drives all the way to his shop in Pico because he’s been in Pico for 22 years and has built relationships with his customers. That is the kind of guy I want taking care of my car. Definitely will be bringing in my car exclusively to this auto shop. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family too!
