The problem is with them as they don’t answer the phone and you’re supposed to make an appointment why can you make an appointment they don’t answer the phone finally finally after 20 minutes of waiting someone answered and I didn’t make an appointment the following day but then I couldn’t keep it because I had to work later and I tried calling back to cancel it took me three times the next day in the morning to finally finally get a hold of someone they need a secretary or they need an assistant to help with their answering of the phones it’s ridiculous they’re very nice the workers are very nice and I was happy when I did get my tires a couple years ago but their phone situation is the

Came here for tires… service was quick… but personnel customer service is terrible! I was notified my car was ready and came to pay … only to find that they didn’t have my paperwork ready and I had to wait 30 minutes to get my paperwork and keys back. Do better Walmart!! Have some consideration for your customers time!!!

Purchased 2 new tires (mid tier $80/each) with mounting and balance, drove on the freeway, car started wobbling hard at 55+ mph. Took it back, 2 CSRs said I have to pay another $50 to balance them again!?! After a 10 min argument, I gave up and had them charge me AGAIN for balancing the tires that were not balanced correctly, deciding never to return again. After completion I took my paperwork to one of the mechanics and I told him my story and EVEN HE said that I shouldnt have been charged?! Im in shock! So he talked to the manager and was able to get me a refund. Still not sure if this will fix the problem though, but Ill find out tomorrow while on the freeway again (scary scenario but thats the only way to find out). Still will never come back to Walmart for car services ever again. Definitely worth it to take it to the dealer, at least everytime I got new tires there it would never feel like this!

Pulled up and and some young man walked up to me and I asked what I wanted on the car I told them him one of my tires felt off he asked me if I had warranty on them I said yes then he made me go inside the register to verify I did have it once I did and they gave me a print out to take to him I handed to him only for him to take it with him show it to the crew and then came back and asked me if I had warranty and I told him bro I gave you the paper with the warranty on it and he stayed quiet and then after proceeded to ask me what I wanted like bro we went over this already. Anyways I waited 20 mins before he signed me up to get serviced and remember for one tire I asked how long will it be the time was 9:00am literally 3 other cars he said 45mins to a hour like huh and it still wasn’t ready by then.. don’t go here take a drive somewhere else

Seriously what is going on here, I have come over twice to get an oil change and they turn me back because they say is closed. Online said 7 pm, I go in at 5:45 pm, they said we close at 6 pm. Today I go in at 4:45pm, and they say again we are closed. When outside it says 6 pm. I walk in, they say we will do it, wait outside. The 2 young mechanics say no we are closed. These kids now just want an easy check. Never again. I used to come here all the time with my previous cars and is was cool ... No trouble!!! Please make up your mind or hire other people!!!

Got to the shop at 10 to 7am did not open until 7:25. Then was told by the ambassador working there that there not suppose to open until 8am, yet there own website from the walmart app saids 8am. Then it took another 30 minutes for them to actually get me settled and my car in the bay. So basically be prepared for a long wait even of you get there right when they open. Let the main office no what happend supposedly someone was gone get with me. Been a week and still nothing.

No service writer, got completely ignored when we pulled up. We went in and waited for a good 20 minutes just to be told I needed to go out and talk to a tech to get 2 flat repairs. Got a text my truck was done, just to have a regular cashier just tell me the cost and not even talk to me at all about what happened with my truck. Had to go out and question the techs to find out anything. Horrible experience, worst shop Ive ever used. We stopped here out of necessity because I couldnt make it to another shop.

I been coming to Walmart Auto service for a couple years now since moving to east la and I gotta say I been very satisfied with the service done. I havent been there a few months due to closure of the pandemic but I went yesterday was helped by a guy name of JESSE on Friday afternoon he was great very friendly and was very punctual service was 100% he said it br about a hour wait but within 20mkns he was done very friendly service all the team ask for JESSE

I came at 4pm on a tuesday for an oil change and they told me they’re not accepting no more cars because they had to many call-offs from employees it’s not my problem they were just working on two cars and they close at 7pm i don’t mind waiting this is the 5th they done this to me walmart employees are lazy!!!

I give five stars to the tires supervisor who helped me with my tires purchased and the lady supervisor who took the time to resolve the issues I had with the male cashier who had a really bad attitude he wasn’t helpful and looks like he was ashamed of working there as a cashier but when you don’t have skills what else would you do and a job is a job no matter what kind of job you’re hired to do, I don’t spect to be treated like a king but at least to be helped and information about the purchase you’re about to make, when I go back to the store I’m going to get the supervisors names who were very nice and the bad attitude cashier in the auto center and make sure I put it in my reviews.

The staff was friendly and quick to help me. My oil change was done in an hour. They didn’t call me when my car was ready but when I came back in an hour it was done. Would definitely recommend this shop.

I’ve been here a few times and yes it usually takes a while but I don’t mind waiting. The reason I’ve returned is to previous good experiences with another technicians on a different day. But today was just very unprofessional...I’ve worked in customer services and I understand being busy and understaff. However, I patiently waited in my car for a technician to have a moment to acknowledge I was there and nothing. Most of them saw me waiting and some even walked by me and didn’t say a word. I figured I’d go inside and maybe someone can help me, I spoke to a young lady who said she would notify technicians I was waiting. I returned to my vehicle and waited and still nothing! After waiting for 15-20mins with no acknowledgement from anybody. I decided to come to the Santa Fe location and they were great! !There were a few customers before me. They attended to me right away and I was in andout of there in now time!My recommendation is checking out the Santa Fe location! Much much better experience than this location!

Take forever to do the bare minimum. I went to get just one tire changed with only 2 people ahead of me, one of which only needed their tires changed. They told me it would be 1.5 hours max. I walk aimlessly for 1 hr and 20min and I come back to see that my car is already done and off to the side, they didnt bother to call me or anything. Receipt says they put all of my tires to 35psi. I get home and check and only the tire they changed is at that tire pressure, all other 3 were completely untouched. If you value a cheap price, go here. If you value your time and proper service, dont go here.

I called ahead of time to see how long the wait was for oil change. Operator said 45-1.5 hours. I arrived about 30 minutes later, nobody was in the lube stations (3 of them) and they still said 45-1.5 hours. Final receipt said it took them about 25 minutes start to end, but they dont call you or message you when theyre done. This does include an inspection check of your vehicle though, which is a nice touch. Of course no evidence how detailed or thorough it is, but I do my own anyway.Also I found out that our conventional oil change (its actually mid-tier) qualified for a free vacuum and free exterior window cleaning. They did neither.Also on car pickup, they handed us someone elses keys.Still, the price cant be beat. We got our service done. We paid just over $30 for Pennzoil name oil change, interior vacuum, exterior window cleaning. I think we got the oil change, but not the other two services. If that were the case, we could have got the Pit Express package which was just $20 - and easily the best deal around with no coupon.Wed come back for the cheapest oil change for our 10 year old Honda if I got lazy again to DIY.

Experience was terrible. I was Told that my car was next and it would take an hour to install 4 tires. Instead when i returned back after 1 hour they had not even started on my car yet.... it seemed like they were all just standing around and having a good ol time... Instead it ended up taking 2 1/2 hrs to install 4 tires that were sitting next to the car the whole time.

I bought 4 tires 4 months ago . Was a great deal for good brand and price . Today I made the oil change and at the time to make the tire rotation we found 2 lug nut improper installed, they suppose to be hand-threaded first to ensure they properly attached to the wheel stud . This happened to the first tire, we desided to don’t touch the other tires. Tomorrow morning I’m going to this place to get my wheel studs replace. I don’t know about the other wheels. But tomorrow I find out . That’s why u have to check Your car before u leave. Or if u have time put attention when they installing your wheels, ur will see if they doing it right

After waiting 2 hours for 2 new tires, not only did they lose my order, these people added on tons of extra fees that they said were necessary. They took the bill from 110 to nearly 200! I felt very pressured to buy all the necessary add-ons. This is the last time I visit a Wal-Mart Auto center.

I was there two weeks ago or so. When I arrived there were eight individuals already there. The Walmart employee, Dante, pronounced something like Dante told me I will be with you. Another car pulls up bext to mine. A young female exits her vehicle, calls to Walmart employee & says,Can you take me first? He politely states, Its first come first serve. She continues, Come on. You can say I was here first and left because I forgot my wallet. He looks around and states, OK, you can be first. I then asked, I have been waiting where di I fit in? He stated, As soon as I write her up, I have all those other people to write up and then it is you. My 9 month pregnant granddaughter was sitting in passenger side of my car and heard and saw everything. She commented, I am glad I dont come here. I waited. My primary reason for being there is that rear tire has two nails in it. I pointed out the nails and stated, They are Walmart tires fully covered with everything. The employee asked, Do you have the paperwork for the tires? I stated, Its in your computer. He stated, Its takes time to look it up. It did not bother him to take up my time and rhat of eight other individuals with the twenty something female who drove up last, called out to him by first name, flirted with him and in return became the first to have her order taken. When I & my granddaughter returned the two nails were not removed from the tire. Work ordered read, Flat repair declined. Tire not leaking. This is the first time I have received this type of satisfactory service. The other eight customers before me are probably unaware that they can log their experience at Walmart Tire Center as I am doing. Some time ago there was an Afro American Manager at this auto center and the service was great. He retired. If this manager was still around people would not ve waiting around wondering when their service request would be taken.

Horrible service. I got here at 7:10am to get new tires and 2 cars in front of me. Female Walmart employee tells me it will be 90 minutes. So far, my car has not been touched at 830am.When I complained that there are now 3 cars in the service stalls they told.me 2 cars ahead of me also.getting tires. Well the 1st guy to pay and leave tells.me he got oil.change. Rude staff and no action taken. You get what you pay for I guess....Walmart = poor service

The car is not safe at here, my car change oil today, the key to them, my car is good, the oil change ended, When got the car, the trunk recessed in, I asked them, the service staff said irresponsibly, they do not know, nothing to do! I will never come back again!
