Always been a great experience when in here. Last night was no exception. Great customer service friendly. It’s only place so far that doesn’t trigger my anxiety. I was bragging to them yesterday evening about how I feel about the place and the one Grady asked if I was willing to let others know. Absolutely! So this is my honest feelings. Wonderful and hope that never changes.

Top notch staff and services! I have used this locations services on many occasions. They have an onsite notary which is very affordable and extremely convenient. Their package services are wonderful. They will assist to ensure your package arrives unharmed by helping you make sure its wrapped properly. All of the staff are courteous and professional while keeping the small town friendliness alive!

I have always had great service at this location . Everyone is always super helpful and friendly. Today was no different. When i arrived a gentleman was wanting to purchase some supplies. The employee nicely told him that they couldnt accommodate that request same day and in the future if he has a large order to call ahead a couple days and they would get in exactly what was needed and apologized for the inconvenience. He also told the gentleman where he would be able to get those items same day. This gentleman did not like the response and proceeded to say rude things to the employees and walked outside. Once he was outside he began yelling like a toddler throwing a temper tantrum. The employee handled the customer as he should have and was very respectful and apologetic. He even apologized to me for how the customer acted which he of course did not need to do. Will return here for all of my shipping needs.

I am new to the area and have been to a few different places for notary and shipments. This location has been hands down my number 1. They are always professional, customer centric, and fast! Today I was in and Rodney provided exceptional customer service. This UPS location has definitely earned my loyalty as a customer!

Came in the morning last week and the older gentleman named Jesse or Justin was VERY disrespectful. He was very unprofessional and made it seem like he was trying to rush me out of there, had an attitude the entire time i needed help figuring out how to email stuff to print.I walked out and came back in a few minutes later and was helped by a young man named Rodney who was VERY nice and helpful. I was very upset with the customer service i first received when i walked in. If you go to this store definitely try to avoid anyone in the morning besides this young man Rodney!!Although I won’t be back to this location I appreciate how nice and helpful he was.

This is a well run store from the customer service to shipping, mailing and notary public services. I have been a loyal customer to this location since moving to the area in 1998 and will continue to do so. Thank you for your outstanding service!

These guys are always incredible (and exceptionally kind, which can make a huge difference, especially on tough days) and today was no exception. Today, the owner, Ryan Payne, personally helped me and even made suggestions to improve the process I asked him to help me with. I am so thankful for this UPS-- it is the best in town. I used to work in retail and understand how being yelled at can impact behavior, and noticed these guys got yelled at right before I came in, but I otherwise would not have known any different. They opened the doors for and cheerfully welcomed customers and went out of their way to make my day. Everyone was extremely professional, pleasant and helpful-- from Ryan, the owner himself, to all employees, as usual (this was my first time meeting the awesome owner, yet I have consistently received excellent service here-- I mention this because I saw the review below mine mentioned that the service is only good when the owner is around, but want to share that has not been my own personal experience). Thank you for going above and beyond (as you always do) and for a memorably outstanding experience. Also Ryan, thanks for staying open during COVID-19. I do not know what I would do without you guys.

Very helpful getting items boxed and shipped out!!!! Glad I came into this location for the help

When the owner is on site the service level is very very good. However, as soon as he is not there, it is really really bad. We have been shipping a lot of packages lately. The cost of shipping the packages when the owner is there is about $5.72 each package. The packages weigh 6.2 - 6.5 oz in a box 8x8x4 and contain mask pieces. When he is not there in the evenings when there is just a couple of young guys working sometimes the shipping is the same.....Unless they dont want to do any work, then the same packages are $8 to ship. Today I took my 7 envelopes that were smaller in size and only weighed 1.4 oz each, the same two guys were in there and the packages cost me $7.71 each. I questioned the price and the employee said prices must have went up. Last night I purchased the same exact envelopes and paid shipping for this particular package size and weight including the envelope cost me less than $5.00 each. Funny, today I use my envelopes, same size and weight, and the shipping is $7.71 I would say either price gouging or just employees that didnt want to be bothered with packages from some old white guy.

I have to send out conference materials throughout the year and it is a bit complicated and I ask for return labels on some but not all packages. I appreciate that they manage to keep me organized when Im feeling the pressure of having to travel to different cities to receive the conference materials. Thanks to everyone at the UPS store!

This store has me for a forever customer. I used to go to the one In Canal Winchester because it was closer to my home. But I will make the drive to this store from now on. They were so accommodating with my Amazon return. I didn’t have a printer and they were happy to print it for me at no additional charge. Where the one in Canal was telling me they charge a $3.00 “Convenience fee”. I will be coming to Pickerington from now on!!

I walked in this morning with an Amazon return. As he hung up the phone while he looked at me with disgust cuz I interrupted his phone call. He just stared at me. I said good morning and he continued to stare at me. I said are you ready, he said Im standing here waiting for you. I said nevermind Ill go to another location. He said thats fine by me! Its the same gentleman Ive had problems with the last three times. I will not go back to this location!!

I️ go out my way to come to this franchise location. It is black owned and operated and we shouldn’t complain about others not supporting us when we are not supporting us! Staff was extremely rude when I was trying to return an Amazon package. Then the staff told me I needed to buy a shipping container to return the item which I know is not true! Use another shipping service when returning Amazon purchases!!!!

The owner is terrible, he is rude and very unprofessional. He is useless and nonchalant about issues, kind of a I dont give a damn type attitude, and after this experience I will never go to that ups location again. Don’t go there if you want things handled correctly, in a timely manner, or treated with respect. If i could give this location 0 stars I would, he doesn’t deserve 1. STAY AWAY!!

I carried a large box across the parking and when I got to the door, I had to set the box down so I could open the door. When I got inside I saw that there were no other custumers in the store, just two male employees watching me struggle with the door. I know they saw me because the front of the store is made of windows! Very rude!

My box was big, but light. The mailing cost would have been $30. The employee helped me cut it down and retape it to reduce the cost. Wow! What service. Thank you!

I was in the Pickerington UPS store today with several things including having something notarized. The staff was extremely helpful and patient. I would recommend this store to anyone!

Had a small balance from historical hair for somewhere in the neighborhood of 489 dollars all i had to do was read them the credit card number and we got it resolved real quick

I have been to this UPS a few times and have always had the same nice gentleman helping me. He is fast, knowledgable,and makes shipping easy. I much prefer going here over the post office!

Very disappointed to find store closed at 6:47p (sign on door says 7p). Saw 2 employees inside, tried to get their attention- they blatantly ignored! Guess mom wont get her package on time...thank you ups Pickerington

Went in to mail a box .. I asked if they could put tape on the top of the box .. He wanted 50 cent to put an 11 length of tape on the top if the box. That is the first time ive ever had a UPS do that.. Needless to say I just took my business somewhere else

Went in with a prepaid shipping box to make a return. The guy said I had to pay him 50 cents to tape the box shut. I offered to do it myself. He said its my tape, you have to buy it. paid 50 cents for three inches of tape. Extremely rude and obnoxious. Use fedex.
