The testing Dr. Tim Lii did was very detailed, in comparison to my previous visits. However, the sound booth was not soundproof. I could hear the AC and it was very loud. I did mention it to him during our talk. Hopefully they will get that figured out as they are in a new location. Great service though from Ange and Tim

I couldnt have been more at ease. The receptionist and the hearing specialist were curtious and friendly and all i couldve wanted.

This is a very great place that is organized, open to listening to their clients, and where everyone is friendly! Ive experienced 2 appointments with them, check-in was very fast, & Nick was professional, explained what was happening with my Hearing Aids, and fixed me up very quickly on both appointments! During my 1st appointment, he calibrated my aids to my hearing loss and all they required was cleaning! Nick made me feel great and I could hear again and he was wonderful every step of the way! One of my aids stopped working & during my 2nd appointment, he immediately diagnosed the problem & replaced the receiver for me. I cant say enough about how smoothly everything progressed, and I truly want to thank Nick for all he has done for me! My hope is that everyone at this business will be blessed just as much as they all are willing to bless their clients!

Service after the sale and warranty work was very poor. No apparent concern for customer satisfaction nor for problems caused by their company delay or inadequacies. Dont shop there.

1st appointment evaluation was a good start.

Always amazed when I go to website that assists those with hearing loss and do not see an email address where one can write to get information. They have a phone number though. lol
