Covid protocols were used and space was clean. The cashier was efficient and friendly. The Dessert bowl was satisfying and fruit was fresh.

Really good smoothie bowl, only issue was the wait. We waited for 20 minutes for 2 smoothie bowls.

Great time here tonight with the family! Great healthy choices and very reasonable kids menu. We were here for dinner but a lot of the menu looked great for breakfast too. Definitely coming back!

Good healthy food, smoothies and juice

Food was good. However, 20 minutes for a panini and a bowl is a bit redic. Worst is the video they have on repeat showing the owners and their family playing on their plantation. Like we get it your rich but how about spending some of that money on paying your staff better so they want to work. Or giving patrons the ability to get their own napkins/utensils instead of hoarding them behind the counter. My food for a dine in order was in a bag with no plates and 2 napkins. I had to keep running to the bathroom to get paper towels to use as napkins. The staff of 2 was too busy working the counter and making the food. Clean Eatz is 10 times better.

Bland Overpriced Açaí Bowls! I stopped in after leaving the gym just to try it. I got a large bowl and paid about $15. I felt like it was over priced and it really wasn’t that great. I’ve had much better açaí bowls for half the price before. I also was told the wait would be 10 to 15 minutes and ended up waiting 45 minutes. . . for an açaí bowl. Overall was very disappointed. Won’t be going back.

This place is awesome, ordered on line, and it wasnt ready. Was told 10 min, actually took 20. The bowls are freaking awesome! They are filling, and taste great.5 stars would have been given if I didnt wait so long for my order, but none the less this place is great!

I’m not a leave a review kind of a person but going in there today honestly just put me in a bad mood. Only reason they could get 1 star is because the places food is pretty good (not the avocado toast its not good, make it at home save your money). But it’s extremely overpriced for what it is/portion sizes, also I’ve never had a good experience going there and I’ve been 3 times. Pretty sure the owners rung me out and they were incredibly rude didn’t greet me. Also other reviews are not lying when they say you wait forever, I waited 20 minutes to get one smoothie bowl while nobody was in the store and two employees were in the front just talking. 0/10 just make similar stuff at home and save your money.

First time visiting and it was awesome. I will go back soon.

Salami panini was something I would make myself with the scrap items in my fridge intoxicated at 3:00 a.m. Bowls are 10-15 bucks and smoothies are around 8 bucks. Staff and atmosphere was nice but if youre hungry youre probably better off grabbing Chipotle across the street.

The bowls are really tasty, that is the ONLY good thing I have to say about this place.. They are extremely over priced. I have been here plenty of times because I do like the acai bowls so I bite the bullet on the outrageous prices and treat myself sometimes.... I will no longer be a customer and I will no longer reccommend this place to any of my gym friends. I have had 99.9% of bad experiences. The service is just God awful.. I have had issues with them being unknowledgable of the menu, I ordered a couple of weeks ago over the phone litterally 2 minutes before I pulled into the parking lot - with a buy one get one free (the lady said it would be ready in 20 minutes when I was pulling into the parking lot) and even though I have spent tons of money with this place when I went in to pay, they told me I couldnt get the deal with what I ordered because it was only certain bowls that I could get with the deal, and the lady that was helping me gave me an attitude and did not want to let me change my order because it was already done and she already heard my name being called in the kitchen for finished order etc... which I know it wasnt because I just called it in 4 minutes prior and they told me it was a 20 minute pick up time, she lied and said that it was already done and made a huge deal about me wanting to change my order so I could get the BOGO even though it wasnt in process yet which was also clearly indicated to me by all the other people inside already waiting for their orders. I have also had issues with ridiculous wait times, and lastly I just called at 7:44 to pick up an order and was told I could not place a pick up order because they were no longer accepting any orders because they close at 8pm. I wouldnt have called if I couldnt be there before 8pm.... what is the difference between me called ahead at 7:44 for it to be ready when I get there or me coming in at 7:55 to order??? I didnt even bother. Im done with this place, I gave it so many chances and I just cant anymore.

Ocean was just about the sweetest person ever. This was my first time coming in and she explained everything sooo well. I will definitely be coming here again.

Bowls are good, paninis are rather bland

Tried the turkey panini. Pretty good but small and could use more spinach/toppings.... Especially when you’re paying $9 for something so small...

It takes them forever to make anything. It shouldnt take 30 minutes to make a smoothie for two people. Ive tried them multiple times and same result every time. They also arent very good tasting smoothies.

Absolutely loved this place! The inside is very well decorated and the owners are so nice!! We got the Nutty Bowl (10.99) and it was delicious! Some people may think its expensive, but in reality this is what you pay when you go out to eat! They have all different types of Acai bowls and have a lot of organic options. Super healthy. Will be coming back to this location.

I love their açaí bowls and dragon bowl (base of dragonfruit), and I like to get a couple pieces of avocado toast w/ my bowl because it’s the best avocado toast I’ve had. My only caveat is that their items are pricey! And if you get any add-ons, substitutions, or extra toppings just know you’re going to have to adjust your price expectations way upward. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

THIS IS CLEARLY A FRANCHISE GROWING TOO QUICKLY FOR PROPER TRAINING. I don’t want to make this review, But I have to. I eat mostly fruit so there are very little restaurants in the area I can grab a meal at. I was excited when this place popped up. The first time I came to vitality bowls pickerington the service was awful, I waited for 30 minutes for a regular smoothie and a pressed juice. My second visit was terrible, not only did I wait over 20 minutes for my smoothie and salad, but they made me a different salad than I ordered. I ended up waiting another 20 minutes for the salad I originally ordered and taking it home. Today was my third visit, I ordered and waited approximately 20 minutes for my smoothie bowl. When I got the bowl it wasn’t blended at all. It looked more like a salad than a smoothie. It had full leaves and tough kale stems in the middle, inch size pieces of frozen banana and strawberry. Along with confetti size green kale chunks throughout. It was a mess, I had to leave and head to work so I didn’t even get my lunch. Bottom line, I’d only recommend this place if you’ve got time to spare and like to take chances.

I got a Nutty bowl. It was good, a lot like eating a really big bowl of ice cream. My mouth was so frozen after a few minutes, it was numb. 😂My wifes bowl tasted so strongly of ginger, she had a hard time eating it, and said she wouldnt get it again.

Right when I walked in I knew my bowl would be delicious! The food is expensive, but healthy and worth it! I definitely will be stumbling in here after a hard workout or just for a good meal!

Came to vitality bowls for the first time today.l despite reading several negative reviews.Not a very welcoming environment - I was not greeted upon entering the store, even though there was only one other customer in there.Menu is overpriced for what it is - a slice of toast with some toppings is $6. I was told at time of ordering that it would be 10-15 minutes until my 1 bowl was ready. I waited for 29 minutes for one bowl and meanwhile watched 3 Other customers get their orders that came in FAR behind me. This trip ended up consuming ALL of my hour lunch break from work just to receive my food, and left me no time to eat it.Management of this restaurant should make a trip to the zest juice Co. restaurant at Easton and take notes on how to greet customers and get orders out in a timely fashion

My food is always good, Im just disappointed there is never a manager on site Ive had a couple situations like I get home and something was left off on my order and there is no one to speak with, just kids working.

Matcha smoothie does not taste like matcha. It was runny, brown and tasted mainly of dates and almond milk. All of the employees were in the back, talking. There were no other customers in the store. I got the attention of one of the employees and told him it didn’t taste like there was any matcha in my smoothie. He said he’d add more matcha in it. Still tasted the same, but he went back into the back of the store. I don’t like to complain anyways, so I left but I’m pretty annoyed. 7.99 for a smoothie is outrageous, especially when the smoothie isn’t good. Wouldn’t ever recommend this and won’t come back.

Pretty good, but FARRRRRRRR too expensive for what you get. 40 bucks for 2 med bowls, 1 large, and a peanut butter sandwich lol. Prob a total of $7 to $10 in ingredients.
