While I have not used J. Riley due to the fact that I own a competing roofing company in the area, I can speak on the professionalism and character of Jake and the rest of the J. Riley team. Their professionalism, character and expertise is top notch. When we have leads on their side of town we have no worries whatsoever sending them their way knowing the customer will get the same level of service as they would with my company. It’s not often in this industry that you meet another owner and there isn’t an immediate sense of animosity, that’s just the nature of the business unfortunately, but not with Jake and J. Riley. It’s been a pleasure working in the same market as these guys. If you’re on the fence about having them take care of your project, take it from another company in the area that you will not be disappointed choosing J. Riley.

I am so impressed with this company. I spoke to Mr. Riley about my roof problem and he came out, gave me an estimate and fixed a leak no one else has been able to fix. He is a professional individual who cuts right to the chase about the problem. He fixed my roof for a fraction of the cost other companies quoted me and he did it in a timely manner.

I am very pleased with the work this company performed. The project manager, John Rickenbacker, is why I gave this company 5 stars. He answered all my calls promptly, and answered all my mundane questions. Only thing I recommend is get that man more help he seems to do the job of 10 men. The men who came out to install our new beautiful roof, worked very efficiently and did a great job with cleaning up after themselves. I really appreciate the tarps they used to protect the stuff around my house. John and his crew noticed my house had multiple layers of roofing and instead of profiting on it they only charged me for labor and materials. So for any furture customer. Hire this company. They go above and beyond, do excellent work and dont make you feel like your just another paycheck to them.

These guys are reliable and on time. They installed siding, windows, and gutters on a house that Im renovating. Their crew did a great job down to every little detail. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs siding, windows, gutters, or a new roof.

I had just a small repair needed on my roof, some little jerk squirrels ripped a shingle or two off. Jason came out did a quick estimate and was back to do the repair the next day. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and the repair pricing seemed very fair. Will be calling them the next time I’m in need of roof repair!

I promptly received a call from Jake to get the repairs started and Marquel followed up later that day. They were fair and honest with pricing and repairs. Didn’t try to sell me on more work. It was great working with them and I will for sure contact them in the future for any needs!

Experience was great overall. Customer service was A+ in constant communication from beginning to end . Would recommend to anyone needing a roof done.

I highly recommend this company. Jake and Josh have been so professional and helpful during the entire process of getting my roof replaced. They were honest and fair with their pricing, and did an amazing job on my roof! They did the job in the summer heat and still got it done in just one day! Their construction crew did good quality work, were professional, and cleaned up after themselves. As someone who has had bad luck with contractors in the past, I can’t say enough about how thankful I am that we found them.

I had my entire roof replaced, upon removing the old shingles there were 14 boards that had to be replaced. They did a fantastic job bringing the roof back to brand new. The work that was done was excellent and the clean up was fantastic. The pricing was very reasonable and I would highly recommend J. Riley Company for your new roof.

Jake Goist went above and beyond to meet with my wife and I on multiple occasions to help us pick siding colors and game plan what we wanted. The process went great from start to finish. I had a wonderful experience working with Jake. He went way beyond what I expected. He was very honest with me through the whole process to find where my leak was coming from. It turned out the leak I had was from my siding and not the roof. He had it repaired and only charged me for the materials and labor. If anybody asks me you should replace their roof, I will give them Jakes number.

The team at J Riley is amazing. They went above and beyond what was asked of them. We actually hired them to make repairs from a rushed roofing job by another company (C.O.). Our gutters were clogged and the yard was covered in nails.They are our go-to company for any job, large or small, that we need on the exterior of the house or electrical. I highly recommend J Riley. This is by far the best roofing company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Our roof had several leaks that we have been trying to fix for over 6 months but we just couldnt find where the leaks were coming from. Within 10 minutes they found the leaks and in less then an hour the leaks were all fixed. How do I know the leaks were fixed ? Because it was raining the day they came and the drips stopped immediately. If you are looking for a professional roofing company you dont need to look any further than J. Riley Company!

Not only good work at a fair price, but top notch customer service that goes above and beyond in making sure the client is satisfied during and after the job.

We had storm damage from a windstorm that caused us to lose some shingles. I called J Riley Company to come out and review the damage, after coming highly recommended online and being a local company. Jake was extremely professional, and low pressure, nothing like the door to door roofing sales guys that were always stopping by. After his initial inspection, I decided to submit an insurance claim since the damage was likely going to be well over our deductible. Jake was there along the whole process, explaining what happens with the insurance claim, and was there when the insurance agent came out to answer any questions from me. After the claim was approved for the whole roof, Jake and his crew came out and did a beautiful whole roof replacement. We did have a deck box damaged during the replacement, and Jake and his team had a new one delivered in less than an hour I let him know. Was such a painless experience, and could not be happier with the result.

Took 3 days to come out for an estimate. Its been over two weeks now and we havent heard a word back from them. We were probably looking at $15-20,000 but apparently its not worth their time.
