Fast, simple, and hassle free moving in and out. Location was clean and the staff was helpful. Prices were all reasonable and the climate control was exactly as expected.

Everything about CubeSmart is well thought out. The leasing process is very simple. The unit is inside, and very accessible. They even provide luggage carts to make unloading very easy.

Reserved online and when I went to complete my reservation the day before I was to move in I was told the the discounts no longer applied. The site representative called his boss I was told there is nothing they could do and that was the price. Deceptive pricing and poor customer service.
