I had to buy some paint for a project my jnon-profit was doing. I was trying to keep costs down as the project was for a little fund raiser. The sales associate treated me with care and consideration, was friendly, and answered all of my questions. He knew I wasnt buying expensive paint and yet he made me feel important and unhurried. I appreciated that. The only thing that would have made my experience better was a discount. :-)

I’m not a painter by any means. I do concrete. But a project called for a specialty paint, so off to the store I went. This location has an employee by the name of Renee. Renee is highly motivated and it highly evident in her customer service. See the thing is, when I arrived at the counter all I knew was I needed a specialty paint that was yellow for bare metal out doors. Not only did she figure out what I needed, but then she saved me $60 by setting up a commercial account for my company.I will say this louder for the manager in the back to hear:GIVE THIS WOMAN A SUBSTANTIAL RAISE!!I don’t know what you pay her, but I’m sure it’s not enough. Acceptable customer service reps are becoming ever more harder to find. You have an outstanding customer service rep on your team, treat her as such.To Renee:Thanks again for the outstanding service you provided me. Keep up the awesome work.

We got excellent service from the store employee. We were relatively clueless as to what we needed other than the colors, and were guided to what paint and supplies we needed to handle the job.

Everyone was super helpful by answering all my questions and helping me pick out what I needed.

Entire staff takes customer service extremely seriously. From Pro service advice to helping carry everything out to your car, this is my go store for all my painting supplies. Forget the big box stores and go to where the experts work.

The service there was exceptionally very well from the time I got into the door I was greeted got the paint and I was on my way in less than five minutes the gentleman even signed me up since I have different properties for a contractor credit limit and I can call to get stuff situated for if I come down or a crew member comes to pick it up I was so excited grateful for this serviceAnd no one’s ever explain this to me before about the service that Sherwin-Williams has I will definitely go to this Sharon Williams forever

Great counter help willing g to offer opinions and guidance concerning a stain issue.

I have been a loyal customer but my recent visit made me rethink where to purchase my paints. I had a coupon for 30% off. I purposely went to the store before the coupon expired. I did not read the fine print - my fault. But the coupon said ALL paint and stains. I purchased the cheapest paint since this was for a laundry room in the basement and some primer. It never occurred to me that primer is not a paint. Not sure what it is but it is not included in the 30% off. And of course the small print said ovation paint was not included. Seriously, to paint my laundry room it cost my $75. Next time I will look at Home Depot or Lowes as I know I could have gotten the paint much cheaper there. I love the service at Sherwin Williams and am willing to pay a few dollars more but not $75 to paint a small laundry room.

I cant have enough about the staff and their helpful attitude and deep knowledge of all things paint! Renee was AWESOME. We matched colors, planned rooms... She was super helpful.

Extremely helpful staff was very attentive and answered all the questions I had. Jon even helped load the paint into my car. Love the lego table too that kept my son entertained while Jon helped me.

I had some paint from another store that wasnt the right color I ordered. Renee was great and helped me match my color. Strong recommendation.

I went in today with a piece of an old, pine, stereo cabinet that I want to transform into something more mid-century than 1990 Ikea. I wasnt sure if I was dealing with vaneer or laminate, so I brought a shelf divider with me to see if they could identify it. Steve was nice about helping to figure it all out, and guide me as far as staining or painting. Now, I just need to figure out which I want to do, and then get started when the weather allows. Glad I stopped here, instead of searching for someone in one of the big box stores. Ill be back to buy my supplies when Im ready to start.
