Love Acme! Prices could be better and they should continue adding plant-base items to their shelves. If they do that, eventually, I may be able to get everything I need with them! My favorite thing with Acme is the partnership with ExxonMobil!

I thought I would go to a different store & see what it looked liked very different from when I was there in 97 it was the last time I ever stepped foot in Acme

This is a very clean store. I would have rated it a 5 but there was No toilet paper in the Ladies room ( at 8 am on a Saturday) and the place was very - almost too cold but other than that its a great place.

Some sales are here that you wont find at places like Giant. You have to know how to shop this chain. Theres always something that is surprisingly extremely low priced. I enjoy shopping their seasonal merchandise and have for many years. There are always unique finds.

We visited the pharmacy inside of the acme market on friday. Got our moderna boosters after only having to wait about 10 minutes total time. The experience all in all was very good.

Good deals on meat. A little pricy, so expect to spend some $$. They need to teach a class on how to pack bags so people can actually carry them into their homes. Overpacked bags tend to break.

Super nice staff. Produce is meh, but thorough.Decent sundries, reasonable pet food. No complaints about the dairy selection.Fish department is a mystery.

Phenomenal staff. Family friendly environment, get what you pay for. Great place.

Confusing layout, said they had an item but could never find it even with store assistance. Store definitely needs an update looks run down. Prices are your normal box chain prices dont expect any serious deals

I checked ACME app and items prices before heading to store. On reaching store I realized that most of items in store are 50% over priced than shown in app. I contacted associate at checkout and show her the price differences but she was unable to honor the price match with that of prices shown on app. This was a disgusting experience and wastage of my time. I wouldnt go to ACME stores ever again.

Was trying to purchase seafood, crab legs and the employee in the seafood department was very nice and helpful.

They need to make their cashiers work when its crowded abd open up the customer service desk for small purchases. Nobody is trying to be in there unnecessary in a pandemic!!!!!

Very organized and clean and found everything I needed

Horrible layout. I can never find anything and it doesnt make sense. Staff isnt friendly and is often rude. Now I only go here for emergencies, and today I tried to make an emergency run for cold medicine and found the doors were locked 40 mins before the posted hours.

I dont know where to begin acme market completely different environments. Food is fresher a lager section of fruits and vegetables.

I used InstaCart with great results, so glad I tried it. This store is very clean, very neat, and I loved the Local Market feel when I shopped there. Nice store layout. Their prices and customer service were great. With so many grocery options in town, I am glad one of them is ACME.

Love this grocery store! Way better than the one at the opposite side of town. Recently remodeled (2020) and nice and clean. Sells beer and wine now too which is a good plus. And, seems calmer and has been great shopping during the pandemic. Highly recommend this grocery store

The store is clean and usually doesnt have many customers inside. The prices tend to be higher than other food stores in town, but you can sometimes get some good sales. There is a courtesy manager who is enthralled with her power who will come by to remind you to go one way down the aisles (despite having no markings about this anywhere but the produce section - Im okay with the safety, but you have to mark it somehow). Its not a huge store but it carries what you need.

I love this Acme. It’s clean and organized and friendly employees. I love that there is never a long wait time to checkout and the bonus part is that it has a Citizen’s Bank branch inside.

Acme is my go-to market. I like the selection of items but they do seem to be a little limited with the Pandemic. The Service people for the most part are very friendly and helpful. They seem to be short staffed at times but I guess this is because of the Pandemic.

This is my favorite grocery store! Most of the people that work there usually stay there, thats a very good indicator to me that they are treated fairly. I go there for the friendly service and the layout is easy to figure out

I only shop there for very limited things. This one in pville has the highest prices oany other stores produce section haas gone to the dogs. their meats and deli is ok but has been better.i control.e here often.

Acme is actually pretty nice now and its never crowded. There dont seem to be many employees though, so if you need help, good luck.

Not sure when the renovation happenws but it is MUCH better than when I had been there a couple of years ago. Aisles were neat, clean, and organized. Im glad because I love x shopping at Acme over Giant and this one is now nice enough that I will want to shop here. Good thing because I only live a block away!

Great Pharmacy

Acme staff are almost always amazingly friendly and altogether helpful. Produce is, so so and the prices are, on at least some products, a bit high. However, the atmosphere and customer service there makes shopping at Acme a very pleasant experience.

Great Prices, Friendly staff sometimes most of the time they are quite. Love their meat prices many 2 for 1 specials every week. I love the fact that they have low sodium Turkey, Ham and cheeses.

Today I came to acme to help a buddy of mine pick out some food and groceries. sodas 3 for $14, mountain dew was, mountain dew watch what he wanted to purchase, but there was none on the shelf only diet, so he went to customer service they said they had more in stock in the back,went to check out as we were finished, ring up one of the mountain dew products three times,. now by this time we were looking for the person that went to help us get more stock, after paying and not seeing the person that was going to get our mountain dew we had to go customer service. 10-minutes Grant you went by standing and waiting to hear if there was any back stock of product, mountain dew.finally after asking again we found out there was not any back stock of mountain dew.now we had to go to customer service it get a refund or to just get 2 liter bottles. finally, customer service figured out what we were looking for. all we wanted was to get some 2 liter bottles and and be refunded the $14 we paid for the three 12-packs of mountain dew.... so now customer service had to call in a manager to come up front you ok a $14 refund, what a waste of customer time. worst thing is it wasnt even busy at that time, it was Sunday after 2 p.m. they had 2 registers open and what seem to me a skeleton crew..,, thats why I dont shop at acme any more.Danny

The store has been recently renovated and it has made a big difference. You can buy beer and wine here. They have a nice bakery section and Ive always found their fresh fruit to be quite good.

Great spot, right in town and the meats and produce are very reliable.

Sale on soda stated on tag buy one get one free. Told sale was buy four and get 5th free. Trouble is they only had four 12 packs.

Price is no better than the giant down the street which is where Ill be going from here on out.only thing they had open was self check out. I had an entire cart full of groceries. There were 4 people standing up front talking and did nothing to assist.I can appreciate the self check out when you have a few items and you need to get and go, but it is not OK to have only self check out its just lazy and Inconsiderate.

I had problems with the self checkout kiosk. It kept freezing up and the guy kept helping me, keying in codes, and finally gave up after I told him to cancel the order and let me check out on another. Fantastic patience and service from the self checkout attendant. Thanks for getting me through and on my way this morning. Store always seems to be well stocked.

Good selection and easy access

Ill only shop here when there is an item on sale and theres a complimenting coupon available a d even then its a crap shoot because the cashiers pick and choose which coupons they will accept. The store policy has never been consistent and you cant use the self checkout if youre suing coupons to avoid the cashier drama.

It is a nice store. Not super-sized, but a good size with a nice deli department - fried and rotisserie chicken are great and I think on special either Mondays or Tuesdays.Staff is very nice and for the most part efficient. Willing to assist you rather ignoring you like in some of the bigger stores. Just moved to Phoenixville and this is the store for me.

Everything was fresh and easy to find however they did have 2 energy drink lanes.

Live nearby so shop regularly. Not very friendly. Ive had to ask cashiers to clean counters, as so dirty. Love bakery and fish store where they are very friendly and helpful, though. My grandson loves Acmes chocolate chips, so I always have them in the cookie jar.

Expensive but convenient. Good customer service. Store sold me a product with a sell by date of eight weeks before purchase -- returned the stale product and they replaced it AND refunded the purchase price.

Buy 1 get 2 free! Who can argue with that on me. Plenty of parking handicap accessible Ace Hardwares located in and other shops.
