Came here and the donation is drive through. There was a long line up for cars. It’s hard to line up and easily block the driveway if there are many cars. I waited 40min. But still appreciate everyone’s kindness and the staffs are hardworking and friendly. Do plan more time at its business hours if you head for a donation.

This goodwill is so clean, well organized and easy to navigate. The employees are cheerful and super helpful. The items for sale are quality, good brand names and in good shape. The pricing is high for a store whose goods are donations. I know they do good things for people/workers but theyre still donations.

Specifically about the donation line as I had no time to check out the store. Come early or go to another store to donate as this store has a long (lllllloooooonnnnnggg) wait. If you do wait make sure to be on the side of the street to make a right turn into donation line. So many cars turning left waiting in a line and getting honked when the tail end of their vehicle is blocking traffic. No one wants to be that person who blocks an intersection or be stuck waiting behind that person to move. Cue Ludacris music!

Huge facility, great variety and the best prices Ive ever seen at a Goodwill. When I pulled into the parking lot, it looked like a busy grocery store. People coming and going like they were shopping for food. The only downside is that it is a very popular store.

I’ve only dropped off at this location. It’s ok. I’ve had 20-30 minute waits in the drop-off line. One employee was very helpful in unloading and another just stood there with the rolling bin. When there is a line of people it seems like they could be more proactive. My latest visit was at 10:00a on Friday (they open at 10a). There were already several cars ahead of me. I waited in line for about 20 minutes, unloaded in about 3 minutes and was on my way.I have driven up to the line and decided not to wait. There was a line down the street that day. Come prepared to wait to drop off. The parking lot of the store is always busy, so it is popular.

Please take donations to Jubilee or Discovery Store or Children’s Hospital Thrift store ALL are within 1 to 3 blocks of this Goodwill ! Reasons why : There’s Always a line to donate! Wait time half hour ++to donate plus line is down the city street. This brings so much stuff daily to the store that now has $15 to $40 price tags now due to people buying then re-selling on eBay. Goodwill wants maximum profit so it has raised prices across the board. Saw a air purifier priced at $249.00 come on !!!!! Leggings USED for $19.99 !WOW! go to Ross & get NEW leggings for $8 to $12

I am a huge fan of the Goodwill stores throughout the Seattle area. It doesnt matter what Goodwill location you go to, youll always find hidden treasures throughout the store. You can everything from: furniture, bathroom decor, kitchen decor, bedroom decor, outdoor decor, tools, power tools, electronics, kitchen electronics, men & womens clothing & shoes, children and baby clothing & shoes, accessories for men and women, books, board games, kitchen wear and much much more. At the same time theres a lot of used goods but if you didnt know theres a lot of new or newer items to choose from. When you get some time check out your local Goodwill store.

Its a decent good will. Donation drop-off at end at 5. A wide collection of things inside. Clothes, electronics, furniture and more. Make sure to take a good look at what items can and cant be donated. Lots of things end up just going to the dump because theyre simply not suitable for going into the system, so put in a little effort. All that time and effort for getting rid of junk ends up being picked up by goodwill.

Review №23

From time to time I come in to check things out. Over the years their toy section has really gone down hill. You will not find legos in store, they sell them thru ebay. Dont see many misc. bags of toys these days, could be because people leave their kids to play in the isle as they shop. There parking lot (like so many these days is littered). At their old location I used to see a nice super friendly gentleman who was sweeping up the trash left by careless patrons. Would be awesome if they fixed the large pothole in their parking lot. Watch out in isle 3. As others have mentioned their prices are really high, this is a thriftstore not an antique store.

They do have new stuff and they are nice ppl, but the person who do the price on their stuff he need to think about it and change the way he price the stuff, because his prices not just high but even this is the only goodwill not in just the area but in all the states that have priced son of his stuff like that ... like the games he price it for 10 bucks?!!! Even they worth more, but everyone in the states know that games or DVD no more than 5.99 some toys that not worth more than 60 cents they price it for $1.50 some electronic things are very pricey... you guys need to change tgat or you will keep the stuff in your shelves and your storage and you will not gave space for the new donations stuff.

Parking lot is a bit cramped, but this goodwill is amazing, they have lots of high quality clothes and purses especially, and nice housewares too! Not a lot for the extra large sizes though, like me unfortunately I never find any clothes for me here but when Im looking for a purse, or a new board game, or a good comforter, this is the place to go. Lots of unique high end type stuff and the prices are better than my local goodwill in Everett. The prices here for designer type jeans are like youd expect from a thrift store, unlike my goodwill in Everett where the prices are like as if youre shopping brand new! Trick is to get in and out of there before the 3pm traffic starts getting heavy!

The staff was rude and not helpful. We had gone to donate the items in Uber. We got dropped off right outside the donation counter and asked the staff if we could drop the items at any spot they ask us to.The staff impolitely replied that they dont do walk-ins and that we would need a car to get into the line. They also said its illegal to drop things in other peoples parking lot, although we told them we would not be dropping the items off if we are not allowed to.Buy a car before donating to Goodwill.

Process is simple and efficient. There is only one path to get in the donation line, which I wasnt expecting. But once you know about this, its something to keep in mind when choosing a route to the location. Also, allow time for the line, prepare to be patient, and arrive at least 20-60 minutes before closing.

The line for dropping off was just under an hour long. I called before I went there to make sure they would take the couch and loveseat set I had loaded out in my truck, and the lady said as long as they were in great condition, they would accept them. I waiting 50+ minutes in the donations line that started outside the entrance (at 152nd?), and once I got to the head of the line and got out to start releasing the ratchet straps on the load(the whole time the kid was standing there watching me, presumably waiting for me to get unstrapped so he could put it on the cart he’d brought over), when some guy appeared from inside the building saying they won’t accept big furniture. Even after I told him I was given the go ahead on the phone and mentioned his fellow employee was about to accept them if he hadnt shown up, he still kept saying “we no accept. We no accept”.So I pulled aside to let the people behind me continue while I strapped the load back down and headed to the transfer station. It’s not anyone’s fault, really. I mean, goodwill is a massive operation. I can’t imagine keeping everything straight in a corporation that takes unregulated, unproven and uninspected personal household goods and clothing and somehow gets it out to the shelves with a Price tag and sold to the public without there being SOME lack of communication or misinterpretation of the rules or the adjustments in policy they must have to make from week to week... and now with COVID!? Forget about it! (I changed my review from a 4 to a 5.. they are doing a great job!

And as a nonprofit I know that my donations are going toward their mission, not landing in the bank account of a local business owner.
