Well what can I say, youve seen one laundry Matt youve seen them all, all though this laundry facilitie looks and feels much better then most.Large capacity washers make doing the laundry alot easier,prices are typical of todays high cost do it your self laundry spots, here it has a different feeling a feeling of home allmost. As I can see place looks well clean and all up to date washers and dryers.Wasnt any waiting for available machines and I didnt have to spend more time here then needed.Clean Wave Laundry I give you 5 stars.DANNY

This Laundry place is a very highly recommended place. A lot of washing and drying machines which means not only consumers standard but this place can handle industrial standard washing and drying. Very neat and clean place and all the machines are cleaned to their best. Machines take coins and there is a facility inside the laundry to change notes to coins. Instructions on the machines very easy and cheap.Even their toilet was extremely clean.

Arrived at 8:10pm and I was approached by a woman blocking the door questioning if I was washing/drying my laundry because they “close at 8:15pm”? Signage on the door/window/and online advertises they’re open till 9pm. To which I replied I’m just doing 1 load wash only (est. 12-19minutes). The woman then proceeded to give give me a dirty look several times during the 19 minutes I was there. I’ve gone to this location several times and appreciated their service, it’s a shame. Maybe she was having a bad night?

This place..... Man what do I say about it? Its flipping awesome! Super clean, well organized, amazing power washers and hot but not too hot dryers. You get allot for your money here. They have small, med and large large washers. 2 of the large ones to be exact, and man can they clean. About 9.00 each but you can fit a heck of allot into them. We are a family of 3 and I can do Darn near all of not 75% depending on how much we have to wash in that one washer alone. Do not hesitate to use this place for sure... Best in the spring city, royersford, Phoenixville area by a huge margin.

Our washer and dryer kicked rocks and this was the closest to our house and boy, what a clean place! Honestly have never been in a cleaner laundromat. There are maybe 15 washing machines, so its not super large, but would be worth the wait. I was blown away at how clean and well maintained it is. A+++!!

I love this place. It’s quiet and clean and there is always an attendant on hand to help out. One thing though is that i accidentally left behind two white bath towels this Sunday morning folded in the dryer and by the time i realized it had been about four hours later. I went back but was told nothing had been turned in and i don’t know if the location has cameras in place for this sort of thing. I’d really appreciate any help with this

Each week I use the Wash & Fold service. Its $1.75/lbs, so its not cheap. BUT the folks here are prompt & the wash is done in a few hours. Everyone so far as been so very nice. The location is quite clean and well lit, never any issues.

If you gotta do laundry at a Laundromat, this is the place. Helpful staff always on duty. Its also very clean and well lit. It could stand to do a little updating on its machines to add a few more large capacity washers.

Very pleased. Washer in my rented place died, and not wanting to deal with a hostile landlord, I tried this. Its great. Even though Im spending some money, its so fast and efficient. I can get 2 weeks worth of laundry done in about 35 minutes, $10 to $12 depending on which machines I use. Place is clean, and always an attendant to help with any problems. I rack dry, particularly in the summer (I like the effect of the sun), so I just take everything home wet and do my usual routine. Clothes are cleaner too with these professional machines!

I tried this place out yesterday, Sunday, at 4:30 p.m. Even though the washer temperature was set to hot, the water stayed cold. As a result, the clothes were not satisfactorily cleaned. Additionally, the dryer temperature, also set on hot or high, used 9 quarters for a medium load! And the clothes were STILL damp. Obviously, it is programmed to a lower temperature so the owner can make more money. Dont bother going here; total waste.

CLOSED EMPTY ABANDONED BUILDINGResponse back to owner: When you GPS and drive to the address listed is indeed a big empty abandoned building that looks like an old laundromat. I recently noticed a very small corner of the building next door (diff address) turned into a laundromat, maybe you should update the info if you relocated.

Its clean, and the attendant os very nice. I enjoy using this place, but there are really only 4 good dryers, and you gotta be quick about snatching them up. The fluff-n-fold service is awesome, and frankly I think about the same price as doing it yourself when you consider soap, and dry time. The changes Id make would be to add free wifi so us busy folks can hang out and get some work done while we guard our clothes, and perhaps some vending machines with snacks and sodas...

I left my wallet there last week I called the owner the very next day and he said it will be there the girls have it. I couldnt get there until today, and she threw it away it was in a plastic bag but still the wallet was 110 and its my favorite wallet. I didnt cause a seen because she had customers. She claimed to not know about it I would like something done about it!

Most expensive laundry in the area and more than half of the machines are broken. The owner is all about cutting corners - no AC in the summer, hand soap in the bathroom is glorified water. Prices keep going up and hours open keep going down. I’d rather hand wash my clothes in the Schuylkill

UPDATE: There seems to be new owners and they are horrible people. I put my laundry in several machines and when I closed one of them it started without me putting money in. I had no chance to put my soup in or anything. Some lady comes out from the back and starts screaming at me to give her money. I told her what happened and that I didnt even have a chance to grab my soap and put it in. I asked her to just stop the machine and let me put it in another machine. She proceded to call her husband the owner who comes and starts screaming at me. I was honestly afraid and felt threatened so I got in my car and called my partner. He came and they told us to leave. I had already put $20 in the other machines I was using. We were more then happy to go but had to wait for the washers to stop. I just cant even comprhend what happened. All this because there machine started instantly without me putting in money. It wasnt my fault. Clearly someone must have already put money in the machine or something. I have no clue. But screaming in a womens face is not acceptable. Not a safe place at all anymore. The man is angery and seems he could be violent. I wasnt waiting to find out. Avoid this place theres plenty of other laundry mats. And as for my previous review the place is now gone up in price and is not being kept up.Best laundromat in area, trust me I tried many when I moved here over a year ago. Cleanest one around, lots of machines that are in working condition. I see a lot of complaints about the dryers. I personally have had no issues as long as I do not over load them. For $1.75 - $2.00 the dryer dries my comforter and sheet set no problem. Plus the attended is always super friendly. The place feels homey and I have nothing but good things to say.

The good. Clean facility. Staff was very friendly and helpfull! Conveinent for my motel location. The bad: all dryers get very warm; but not hot. When the customer pushes the hot button; it should get hot and not very warm. The customer should not be in a position to dryer shop. Ive been returning to Phoenixville yearly for 4 weeks every year and the problem is ongoing. Unsure of the washer water temps as almost all laundry mats only do cold water even though the customer pushed the hot button. Thats fraud in my book. Hmmmm.
