A fantastic experience with the service department! Sam kept the line of communication open and on going and explained every detail. When I got home I discovered something not quite right, called Sam and he got me back in the next morning; the issue was identified and fixed - pronto. No charge. Sam and the rest of the team were very accommodating, courteous, and patient. Thanks Sam and John Kennedy Ford
I have not done business with the sales or parts departments at this dealership. However, several experiences with the service department ensure that I will never visit this dealership for any reason again. The last two examples: I had a minor suspension issue with my last F150. In short, the Kennedy service people told me it would cost about a thousand dollars to repair and would require ordering parts, which as I recall never managed to arrive. Eventually I took the truck to Fred Bean, where the problem was repaired for about a third of what Kennedy had quoted. The truck rode and tracked perfectly for another 25000 miles until I sold it.Last, I made a simple oil change appointment online. The appointment was verified by telephone by a Kennedy employee, with whom I confirmed that I would need to wait for the vehicle and advised I was leaving for a long road trip as soon as it was done. I arrived early for my appointment but the sole service writer showed the wrong time for my appointment on his computer, told me that I had to drop off the vehicle and that it would be hours before the oil change could be completed. The Quick Lane sign in the waiting area says Fast service, no appointment needed etc. Baloney.
Sorry for delay in posting. Best Dealer experience ever. I come all the way from North Jersey to avoid NY/NJ dealers-, no gimmicks, tricks or hidden fees; they just want to sell vehicles with least hassle possible. Was looking for certified Ford- ended up with a better deal on a 2020 leftover Escape through multiple incentives. Love these guys especially Joshua Capinski; he is so thorough and goes above and beyond to assist and ensure everything is smooth: from initial contact on the phone, through the sales and delivery process and post sales follow-up to ensure satisfaction. Cant speak highly enough of this dealer (plus they got me a better financing deal than Ford, or any other dealer or bank has ever provided)
If you ever want the best service on purchasing affordable cars, this is the place to go to. Ask for Jacob Didio. The staff provides a very much welcome and you are their #1priority experience. This is my second car. Want to give my utmost and sincere Thank You and appreciation to Jake and Kenny. And to the guys in Service, yall have always been professional and on point with your services, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to everyone at John Kennedy Ford of Phoenixville. You all ROCK!!!!!!!
Very disappointed in how the possible purchase of a used car was handled. The car was posted online at a specific price and then two days later the price was increased and the dealership would no longer honor the price. This is a classic bait and switch approach and I would avoid this dealership at all cost. This is the type of experience that gives car dealers a bad name.Updated: I feel even more compelled after the response to mention that it is unfathomable how they can’t remember or know if that anyone reached out about this as I spoke with Donovan (not his fault) several times and exchanged both text messages and phone calls. Also they knew about the repairs and I was told that was already included in the original cost.
My husband and I searched high and low for a Ford Escape with all of the right things. We were particular in what we wanted. This was our first vehicle purchase. We are located in Northern VA and found one at their Phoenixville, PA location. Called spoke to Jim (used Sales Manager) he was kind, considerate and gathered our info and passed it along to Jake (sales associate). Jake went above and beyond to help us to decide between two Ford Escapes. We did all of this over the phone or email. Showed up to pickup/purchase the vehicle. It was sitting there ready both Jim/Jake came by to say hello and let us test drive. We were SOLD! This place was amazing. We will be back for our next Ford!Thank you!
Excellent customer service. I was looking for a specific kind of car and I reached out via email, and the general manager called me right away. They took exceptional care of my needs. I enjoyed doing business with them.
Customer service is priority with them . Every time I go there they give me top notch service. I will be back for my car inspection in September.
I have been using John Kennedy, phoenixville for years, awesome service department and sales...
GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! SALESMAN JAKE.I worked with the car salesmen Jake. As soon as I came into contact with him it was nothing but an amazing and easy experience. He found the exact van I was looking for and it was at a great price. I have 2 kids and didnt want to lug them all to the dealership so HE offered to bring the van to my house to show me it and test drive (an hour drive). The certified pre owned vehicle was in great condition and meeting Jake he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and didnt beat around the bush with numbers like some sales guys do. After seeing the vehicle he then sent me numbers that night. We came to an agreement and THE NEXT DAY he came and dropped off our new van and took our trade in. Ive never had such an easy car buying experience with such a professional dealership/salesman. We will be buyers from here for life. Thanks again Jake and if I ever need another car I will be contacting you first!
Joe was so great! He was honest and genuine which made me feel more comfortable with my decision to buy the car and Im glad I did! I love it! Process was pretty quick and easy. Definitely recommend:)
I brought a very broken truck to them. Everyone treated me fairly & kind. They felt badly that I bought a truck that needed everything within 5 months of owning it. Bob Scarlett (service advisor) was awesome!! Also a special shout out to Calvin and Chris. I wish I could give them for than 5 stars!! I would definitely take my truck there again. Someday, I will ever buy a brand new truck from them. I truly can not say enough good things about this dealership. Especially during a pandemic.
Bought a truck from them with a lift kit, since day one the steering wheels hooked every time I hit a bump took it to them multiple times they said it’s cause of my tires. I let it go took it to another dealer to get an alignment, they told me my steering racks messed up which is causing shake, why couldn’t the Ford dealership relized that from when I bought it tried to file a insurance claim it was denied cause of lift kit, but I bought the truck this way! I’ve talked to these people multiple times and am completely don wouldn’t recommend these people’s service on anyone terrible service never well do business with them again!
They rocked it! Once again, Kennedy stepped up with their professionalism, their kindness and of course, getting the job! Have to have a big job done. they have cut me in the loop the whole time and this morning I was met by Enterprise cars. the gentleman from Enterprise was also so professional and so kind and took the time to answer all of our questions and pretty soon I was on my way in a beautiful Rental!
I absolutely loved my experience at John Kennedy Ford in Phoenixville. I worked with Matt Bierer and told him what I was looking for in an SUV as well as my price point. He was able to work with me and explain my options in order to find what best fit my budget as well as my family. He made trading in my old car easy breezey and I am now the proud owner of a new to me (used) 2014 Dodge Journey. Shout out to the whole team as well as Rob McCoy in finance! He and Matt worked together to get me the best interest rate. The whole team was wonderful and I highly recommend John Kennedy Ford in Phoenixville!
Stay away from this dealer. I inquired about a used car and sales consultant Joe contacted me immediately. Setting up the appointment was a nice process and I was excited to take a look. After test driving the car I noticed a large crack in the windshield, bumper damage and the car was in need of an alignment. We went inside to talk about the price where I was asked what I would pay. I told them a number and they got the GM, Ken Nixon, to come over and explain to me how they could not move in price. So why ask me what Im willing to pay?Soon the car and price were irrelevant as GM Ken Nixon was more concerned with trying to hire my boyfriend as a technician. I reminded him I was buying the car. His response: Yeah well you guys are together I was ignored the rest of the appointment as he continued to try to hire my boyfriend who repeatedly told him he was not looking for a job.Ive never had a more uncomfortable car shopping experience. I will never return to this dealer.Edit: Response to owner:It seems like the conversation you are referencing has a few inconsistencies with my experience.Thank you for assuming I cannot come to my own conclusion that a car is misaligned. I was not told it would be done that following day. I was told an alignment is only $200 which sounded to me like I would have to get that done on my own. I apologize for any misunderstanding. But this misunderstanding could have been addressed if I was given the time of day.The car aside, I expected to be treated with more respect and professionalism. That was not the only car I intend on looking at and I wish management would have given me the respect to speak to me about a potential purchase rather than the employment situation of my boyfriend. It would have been a respectable inquiry to ask maybe once or twice. I have never met someone that could not take a hint as much as Ken Nixon. The entire experience left both my boyfriend and I offended and uncomfortable.
I have been buying vehicles for 52 years and have never had a worse experience with customer service. 3 hours before i had made an appointment i asked that the paperwork be ready for this cash deal- so i could get in and out quickly. I arrived punctually and was told to wait 10 minutes. 30 minutes later i was told that one of the printers was broken and it would take longer. So they do not care. 3 hours to print some docs? I walked out and bought the identical F150 at Fred Beans in West Chester the following day. In and out in 30 minutes at Fred Beans. Stay away from this place and their manager Dan McHugh. Half baked operation.
People were really nice here, didnt feel pressured to make a decision or anything.Could be a little more knowledgeable on the cars but got us the info we wanted in the end.
They will tell you that you are family to the point of nausea but then nickel and dime you every chance they get. Don’t walk, run.
They really need to train their salespeople on CoVid safety measures. We drove through the lot on Thursday night to check out the cars they have for sale. A salesman came out of the building. The salesman improperly wore a mask. He didnt have it covering his nose. I asked him to please stay 6 ft away from my car, however he did not follow my request or CDC guidelines, and stood within 2 ft from us. We were not wearing masks and had the car top down, because we were not planning on getting out of the car or speaking to anyone.
Parts department and customer service was really rude. Wouldnt recommend dealing with anyone there. Its worth the drive to go to another dealership
Update** Jim has gone above and beyond my expectations so I am editing this review to 5 stars. If you can steer clear of being helped from Calvin in the service department do it... you will thank me later. I’m not sure what his job title is but I’m pretty sure he doesn’t either. Some of the worst, if not THE worst customer service I have ever received. I don’t even know if that statement could possibly be correct because there is no service provided by him. He either doesn’t know how to work a phone, hates his job or just doesn’t know how to communicate. The only thing keeping this from zero stars is Jim the service manager, he has been very helpful at doing Calvin’s job for him. I highly recommend this dealership if you don’t have to work with Calvin. Ask for Jim or maybe try calling Henry Ford... you will probably get an answer from him before Calvin. God rest his amazing truck making soul.
Ive bought a few cars here usually 2 at a time great experience every time. Just recently had a recall taken care of and they didnt disappoint. Highly recommend this dealership.
Jake and the team made quick work of finding me a car I wanted at a price I needed.
These guys are always awesome. They go the extra mile to help in any way they can. They’re flexible with how repairs and maintenance can be done and always recommend anything you might need. The facility is always beautifully clean and the people are fantastic.
Dan McHugh Was top notch and treated me like a little brother, I spent almost 100 grand on f250 platinum tremor, Dan was well organized, professional, not one error or issue, service was so good that my parents went a week later and bought a car from dan and the Kennedy family..... I will def be a returning customer... thx dan McHugh you are the best brother
Prompt service and helpful salespeople and service people.
Loved this place!! Jesus, Eric, Rob, and the rest of the staff were great!Awesome atmosphere. Everyone was dedicated in providing us with a quality, safe, and affordable used vehicle! Wish I could say more about the vehicle but havent seen it since it left the lot. Probably still out shopping......best part is that I dont have to go with now! If this one gets wrecked, I wouldnt think twice about coming here again!! Great job! Back to Peace, Quiet and Eagles! Life is so good now....so good....
The communication steam is just poor. Nice team while you’re present. You’re just a SALE once you leave.Couldn’t get a straight answer for a few follow up questions.
The team at John Kennedy Phoenixville were so helpful and pleasant to work with. I recently purchased my third car from them and had such an easy experience. From the service department to the sales team, I always feel like I’m their best customer. Highly recommend!
I recently purchased a 2018 Explorer from Mark Dunyak. I have purchased MANY vehicles in my life (over 35) and this was by far the easiest and most pleasurable purchasing experience Ive ever had. Everyone was great from Mark in sales, to the sales manager, and finance guy. I will certainly return to John Kennedy for my next vehicle!I first met Mark about 8 years ago, and never purchased from him, and yet EVERY year on my birthday he calls, just to wish me a happy year. This level of customer service is why I am and will be a John Kennedy customer.
We had a very easy and smooth transaction here. Ken, the GM and the sales associate Josh were extremely honest, helpful, and gracious. They were flexible and fair on our trade in price and gave us a great deal on our new truck. Thanks guys! Definitely recommend and will shop again.
After going to several different dealership looking for the right car, I finally stopped over at John Kennedy Ford in Phoenixville. Easiest and least painless car shopping experience ever. Everyone was straight to to point and very helpful. Highly recommend going to this Ford for your next purchase.
I had my 2014 Ford F150 serviced last week... Great job.. Great service... Clean waiting area...
There service department is a notch above the rest, I spent very little time there because of the fact that everyone was very knowledgeable from start to finish. This dealership as a whole has earned my business because they truly take care of the customer.
Jacob and Rob in sales were phenomenal! I had some issues with something that took place over 10 years ago on my credit but they worked really hard to get me exactly in the price range I wanted to stay in to fit my budget. They made my Christmas! Best gift ever and I love my Ford Escape. I would definitely do business with them again! 😀😀😀
Joe,Rob,Linda were outstanding throughout. They were very knowledgeable and professional, yet made you feel right at home.We are new to town and very fortunate to find them. We will be back for our next purchase and certainly recommend that anyone that has interested in the Fine Ford Product.......Come Here.......Tim,Melanie and ELSA Smith
Put my mud flaps on my Fiesta they look great and fixed my drive gears. I could not get it into drive easily without a couple tries and I never got it into the S gear, it had major resistance all fixed. All gears work smoothly, thank you for your good service team. Janet Martz
This was the type of car buying experience that actually made the entire process enjoyable from start to finish. I have experience with other dealerships in the area and I can honestly say that none of the other dealers can compare with the staff at John Kennedy of Phoenixville. Ted was extremely knowledgeable, engaging, and friendly and I would highly recommend him to others who are looking for a pain free sales experience. Ted included in my sale a full set-up of my Sync, programming of my GPS, and a walk-through demonstration of my park-assist, which is a must-have!Furthermore, Jim was able to walk me through all the necessary financing and maintained a very positive sales environment.All-around positive experience that I would recommend to all in the market for a new or used car!
I went to John Kennedy in Phoenixville after finding that the quality at the repair center that I used to frequent was declining. I was hoping to not just find excellence in service for my vehicle, but in customer service as well. At Kennedy/Phoenixville, I was not disappointed. They were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive and took care of each of my concerns. They gave advice without being pushy and got the job done for a reasonable cost. Im not looking forward to more repairs, but when they become necessary, I know where I am going.
Getting an oil change for my truck and Trevor was kind enough to just talk to me about the new Explorer. Great staff with no pressure, go see Trevor!
One of THE WORST car buying experiences Ive ever had. Joe Rahim took my call, I gave him my credentials, told him what I was looking for, and that I was eager to buy. He calls me back tells me he cant help me bc of my credit and THAT WAS THAT. Didnt even try to work with me, offer me an alternative, NOTHING! Just called me back and said he cant help me, nor would he even forward me to someone who was willing to help me or want a sale. Ironically, Im now driving a new Ford Explorer bc I went to another dealer. Worst customer service Ive gotten from a dealer.
My wife and I just purchased a used car from Jake Didio. Our experience could not have gone any better!! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and at no time did we feel any pressure. New or used I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle there.
Not bad.Trevor was HelpfulAnd Professional. As soon as I walked inI got a nice HELLO.We immediately checkedOut a cargo van. V. G.
I brought my vehicle in for an oil chg and tire rotation and first I was really surprised by the cost of $39.95 for BOTH!!!! Then while me and my husband was there I asked him to just put a part (a bulb) in my car so my husband could put it in to save the cost of labor, upon completion the tech put it in for FREE!!!! Then I asked Tim to blow out my drain tubes in my sunroof because it was dripping water into my floorboards and he got the body shop to blow them out for FREE!!! I have worked in a service dealership for about 11 years and I was VERY satisfied of the work AND time (Tim said 1 and a half and he called me in 1hr) it took for them to get done with BABE (my trucks name). Please keep up the great work and I WILL BE BACK for my front brake job :) Please pass this onto your coworkers or read it to your managers you guys have a great team.
Great experience. Neil and Brian were so easy to work with. My husband and I went there last week to purchase a used fiesta ST and it was very smooth. Made the whole car buying process easy!
I had a great experience at John Kennedy. Brian was very helpful. Nobody was pushy and they worked with my price point to get me a great car.
Exceptional, one of the best car buying experiences i have ever had. Everyone was helpful in the sales department!!! Will be back in the future.
Was a great experiencing buying a car from John Kennedy Ford last weekend. Dan Q and the team really make you feel at home. Theyre upfront and seem committed to delivering a great product and customer experience.
Havent bought a car here, but get all my service and warranty work done here. Decent waiting room, free wifi and todays paper while you wait. Quality work. Satisfied so far, hope it continues.
Been 12yrs since we had to step foot in a car dealership. They were very helpful with everything. We love our new car. Just took a really long time since we were there on a holiday and are from New Jersey shopping in Pennsylvania so there was more paper to figure out.
Purchased a used car. Both salesman were genuine and friendly. Financing was easy. Offered add-on options, but no pressure tactics. Very pleased.
Left very pleased! My first time buying from a dealership and it couldnt have gone smoother. Joe and Rob were very helpful and everyone working in the dealership was very nice.
Service department always have this reservation of people waiting. The last time I dropped off my car for services with an appointment the didnt start on my car until 3:35 pm, that is with an appointment. What is the point of one then. Now that I am waiting the department acts like it is a bad choice. I think Ive learn from that past that if you have an appointment that they need to stick with it or deal with customers that will wait.
Excellent service from Mark. Have leased 3 cars here and bought one used one. This is a quality operation. Great service department. Tim is an excellent service manager. I highly recommend this dealership.
Drove 5 hours to buy my car from John Kennedy- Phoenixville and would do it again! The team is genuine about helping you, they listen, and they truly understand the customers needs and they go out of their way to crete a wonderful sales experience. Best car buying experience ever! If you hate buying cars because of the sales process then head to JKP- ask for Eric, Trevor, or Ken (GM). You wont regret it!
This place is the absolute worst... Run! I never bought a car here but get my navigator and explorer serviced here, or at least I did. NEVER again! Everything I bring them in for routine stuff they always find a new $$$ problem. Plus they are just disorganized (I make an appointment and turns out they dont have time to look at things). Then cars sit there for days. Gone are the days of true customer service. Just incompetent poorly run service group. Again run! I was generous to give 1 star here.
I am writing compliment the incredible customer service performed by Jim Gorka and Stephen Boody. I came into your repair shop to obtain a new rim, tire, and control arm on my car due to an accident. Both of these gentlemen took incredibly good care of my family. They were attentive to our needs and our budget. They also took my car in for several days to repair a few recalls that were sent out by Ford. During that time, they provided my family with an identical loaner car. Not only were they professional, but they were positive, personal, and fun to work with. Thank you all for the service and well done. Well be back in the future for further services.
The guys at JKF Phoenixville are super stars!! Dan, Jake and Rob are the bomb dot com!! Thanks for making our car buying experience so easy! We are loving our awesome new Pathfinder!👍😉
I purchased a car from here and I was excited to because it was my first car purchased from a reputable dealership the sales guy Matt said it was certified pre-owned...not even a year into having this vehicle and Ive had to put $3200 into the car! Shame on John Kennnedy Ford for this. People work hard to get the down payment and hard to keep up with the note to have a reliable car from a dealership youd think would value their customers and their name as known dealership. I dont encourage anyone to purchase a vehicle from the Phoenixville ford ever...the first line of work they did for me was a power train unit that ran me close to $2000 when I picked up the car after the work was done I checked the mileage the car didnt have any more miles on it from when I dropped it off???? How can you do work on a car that pertains to the whole way the car drives and handles and not test drive it to see if the work is done correctly and holds properly. Again I say Shame on John Kennedy Ford of Phoenixville. This is a bad look for the Entire Ford name. Are there any reputable dealerships out there that will take this car as a trade in? Im ready to go in a whole different direction with vehicle brand at this point, its not worth my hard work, time and sanity to continue dealing with Ford and this situation.
Finally, no shady car salesman experience! These guys were upfront and so great to work with. I got a great deal on an Explorer, and will definitely recommend John Kennedy Ford in Phoenixville to friends. Thanks Joe, David, and Rob!
Overall excellent no pressure buying experience. My sales representative, Jake was great. Would buy my next Ford from JK as well as recommend them to anyone in the market.
Great service and friendly, down to earth sales team.
Awesome.I thought my first lease experience was great. This one was even better. My salesman Joe Rahm was excellent. Very knowledgeable. We picked up the new Fusion energy plug in electric hybrid.I recommend you go to John Kennedy Of Phoenixille. You wont be disappointed.
Great experience. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. Not only in assisting with the new purchase but working to a fair price.
The salesman was incredible. He got me in the truck off my dreams. Love the atmosphere and the whole process. Great 👍 Job!! GM was outstanding!!
Great experience shopping there. Executive have great knowledge about cars and helped me to find one at great price.
I was so very happy with my entire experience at John Kennedy Ford. From the moment I walked in and met Rich Wermuth, he put me at ease immediately. It’s not always the easiest thing for us women to go and purchase a vehicle on our own, but Rich and Robert McCoy made everything from the choosing vehicle to the financing completely painless and fun!I would DEFINITELY return and/or recommend people who are in the market for a car to go to John Kennedy Ford. Thank you SO much Richard Wermuth!
Bought a car from them a couple of years ago. 2011 Focus. This was a mistake. The transmission started to go before it even hit 60,000 miles. We brought it in for work. $700+ later, we were told it was a dislodged motor mount, which they fixed. They didnt. What they actually did was dislodge the hoses for the windshield fluid. The transmission still ground. So we brought it in again, asking why it wasnt fixed. It took a month to finally contact them because their phone service was constantly down, or voicemails were not returned. This time they fixed the windshield fluid hose they broke, but after having the car for a week, the only thing they managed to accomplish was send me a weirdly timed checkup call (which I had never before received) during which they were surprised to hear it was in the garage, and try to sell us a different car. They told us they found no problems with it, and while we had asked them to look at the nonfunctional A/C, they told us it was only low freon, and they couldnt fix it at the time since it wasnt part of the original service call. Fair enough. We went back again because as the transmission continued to deteriorate, more problems cropped up. Now when you hit the brakes, the wheel shakes, potentially indicating faulty axle ties, which can be a catastrophic failure. Again, they couldnt find the problem, but now they noticed the A/C was actually shearing off pieces of metal that were being sucked through the engine. This was a repair that would apparently cost multiple thousands of dollars, according to the quote. When we brought up that they looked at the A/C during the previous visit and didnt fix it, they were unable to find any records of said visit. So rather than give them money to not fix the car, we took it home, parked it, and went and bought a Mitsubishi. It hasnt moved from the parking lot since last August. Weve filed a complaint with Ford Motor Company, so a ticket has been opened, but we were told for any further action we would have to deal with JK Ford. When I attempted to phone them, the manager was in a meeting, and I was then sent to a voicemail for a different person entirely. The next step, as I understand it, is Better Business Bureau and the ASE Certification Board, the results of which will be forwarded to FMC for the complaint ticket.Do not deal with this dealership.
My sales man Josh was absolutely perfect Not pushy and very very helpful. All staff were kind. Great place to buy a car..
I recently purchased a 2019 ford ranger and It was by far the most enjoyable experience I’ve ever had buying a vechicle .
Fantastic staff and great selection of cars of what we were looking for. Way to go Dan M and Jake D. Definitely the place to go.
John Kennendy provided excellent customer service throughout the purchasing process. They stayed in constant contact and were very accommodating. Im extremely happy with my purchasing experience.
We wanted to like this place since it is conveniently located for us but the mechanics are terrible. We purchased a certified vehicle here and it has been in the shop more than it has been driven. Went in for warranty work almost immediately because the trans started leaking and oil was leaking from timing cover and oil pan. Was told I must have spilled oil on the engine. Went back to them twice more before they would fix it. I needed to take pictures with UV dye in the oil before they would act on it. Then they didnt reattach the exhaust properly and messed up the belt tensioner when they took it off to replace gaskets. The cars grill wasnt even reattached properly. Went back twice to get these things dealt with. Now we get mysterious check engine lights that cant be diagnosed. Mechanics seem to cause more trouble than they fix. Try somewhere else.
I had a very good experience buying my new Ford Explorer. Sales staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and good to work with. They made every effort to make sure I was getting everything I wanted at the right price.I think this dealership is doing the process right
Kennedy Ford in Phoenixville is the place to buy a car! I recently purchased my pre-owned 2011 Explorer there, and they were great to work with. After visiting a few dealerships in the area, Phoenixville Ford was by far the best!Brian Beatty, Sales Manager, went above and beyond to deliver the car that I was looking for, not the one that best suited him or the dealership. They have been great even after the sale with follow up and a couple of minor fixes! They even installed an aftermarket brush guard for my SUV - without charging me a fortune! Will recommend this dealership to everyone. Thanks so much for a great experience!!
These people treat you like family, and they are very honest.
Great Ford dealership. They took good care of my car when I brought it in for service. Highly recommend
Great people to deal with no bull gives you the best deals available ( discounts ) they spell everything out so you can understand it, what the Vehicle has can have and the benefits of it, they answered all my questions plus gave me options to help make up my mind, definitely good people to work with.
I traded in my 2007 Edge in September for a beautiful 2010 Fusion. Ted told me when you buy the car you buy him too, and he was always available for any questions I had. He set up my iPhone with the sync system, and showed me how to operate it. The next month I discovered my battery was dead and it turned out to be a bad battery. I called the service center, and was able to bring in my car right away and have the battery replaced while I waited. A week and a half before Christmas, I was in a bad accident in which my car was totaled. I contacted Ted to ask him if he could find me a car as similar as possible to the first 2010 Fusion. I felt that the car was so safe in that it prevented me from serious injury in a very bad accident, and wanted to buy the same car. He immediately started searching to find a car for me to look at, and I was planning to buy it after Ted and the service manager decided to replace the tires and the brakes. However, I didnt remember to look for a sunroof when I looked at the car. I asked Ted and he told me it didnt have one, but that he would start looking right away for a car with a sunroof. He found one and had it brought to their location the next day. It is identical to the first car except for the color. I noticed that it smelled like a smoker had owned it, and Ted offered to have the car ionized to remove the smell and to have it detailed again. I really do feel that Ted means what he says about buying him along with the car. He has responded promptly to every request I have made of him, and he is very accommodating. He is a true professional and always makes me feel that he is there to make me happy with my car purchase. I will continue to deal with Ted and John Kennedy Ford in Phoenixville for any future car purchases, and would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a car.
Best Ford dealership in PA! Great people working their!!! Will recommend to ALL!!
Walked in with out an appointment had the oil changed and brake light replaced in less than an hour they are the best.
Last night before I went to bed, I had the feeling our car was going to end up junked after the break down. So I sent applications to two local dealerships. This morning the shop called me and let us know our timing belt had snapped, seizing the engine.Without asking me, and without a call, Dealership #1 assumed which car we wanted, went to the banks, got us a loan. Unfortunately the loan was well outside of the parameters we asked for and not even close to the kind of car we mentioned interest in (down payment, monthly payment were stupid high). I emailed him that this was the case, and his response was: So when would you like to test drive?Dealership #2 called me this morning and asked me what I was looking for. I explained our story and explained our max allowable down payment and monthly payment and some models of cars we are interested in. He tells me: Dont hold your breath, this is going to be tough...the longer you wait, the better the news will be. If I call back in 10 minutes, its a no go.An hour later he calls me... asks more questions... gets more details on our jobs, income, contact info...An hour later he send me an email with the exact car Kristena and I have been looking for, for over a year. Its fully loaded aside from leather interior. An few hours later I am called again, and he offers to send someone to where we live, let us test drive the vehicle, and if we like it, drive us to the dealership and talk some more.Less than an hour later we walk out of the dealership and get into our new Fully Loaded - Ford Escape. 6 years old and under 80K miles. 1 owner, impeccable service record, NOT A SCRATCH.Many thanks to Linda Vetter and Robert McCoy from Phoenixville Ford.
Great service department. They price matched a set of tires (based on an online Walmart ad) and did a great job in a timely manner.
I was met and receive well by the staff of John Kennedy Ford I had a great experience and will continue to do business with them.
They have a great team at john kennedy ford pville. Reflected by good management.
Tony G and the rest of the staff and internet people were extremely helpful in the purchase of our new Ford Flex.We showed up at the dealership an hour late due to our getting lost around the route 23 detour but everyone was very accommodating to give us our scheduled test drive. We liked the Flex and decided to buy it. Tony G was very helpful in going over the details of the purchase and the trade of our 2008 Rogue (which is in excellent condition for anyone looking for a good used suv). All in all we highly recommend John Kennedy Ford.John and Lisa
Nick was great to work with, his communication skills and eagerness to work with me is a true credit to the Kennedy organization, Ill be back. Great job Nick keep up the good work!
Took my car in for inspection, near the end of the month.Naturally they found an issue with it that would require fixing to pass inspection. The symptoms they described are something I personally never experienced with my car, but what do I know, I drive it every day.To top it all off, something squeaks now when I go over speed bumps/steep curbs. So yeh, dont let these people touch your car. They may be a great auto dealership, dunno. Only talking about the inspection process for them.
First time buying a Ford and it will be my last time.Do not fall for any of the dealers scams. Like buy this protect all coating it wil lengthen the life of your paint. It’s an $800 glorified wax job.I have 9067 miles on the brand new car I purchased from John Kennedy.Went in for routine service today. I was told I need two new tires that have 9100 miles on them, worst dealer I ever dealt with, bunch of thieves...!!!TO YOUR RESPONSEMy protect all warranty also goes on to read:“industrial fallout or experience cracking paint, peeling paint or loss of gloss”.As I told the service department the paint flaked off the car while rinsing it off, with a garden hose, after washing it by hand. I saw the paint come right off the car. I was told, it was a CHIP?As for the tire and wheel protection warranty.Maybe you should inform your customers, the tread life of the tire, on the car being sold. I researched those tires after my appointment yesterday. There is no mileage warranty n/a. Checked reviews on the Pzero, 12,000 miles was the highest mileage, on the tire, before having to be replaced. This was a brand new 2017 purchase. The car has 9100 miles on it.I’m a sixty year old, this car was driven very conservatively.I now have to purchase four new Goodyear tires, that have a 50,000 mile tread warranty, my cost $900 plus. Also make the customer aware, if they have rim damage. The car must be left over night and you will need to rent or borrow a car. Was never informed!Would have never purchased the tire and wheel protection for five years. If I knew the tread life on the tires, was 9000 miles. Also don’t know how the theft protection was added into the deal. That’s why I have have full coverage car insurance!Buyers responseThe Protect All coverage also goes on to read, industrial fallout, cracked paint, peeling paint and loss of gloss!!As for the tires, I should have been made aware of the tire tread warranty. Would not have purchased the tire and wheel protection, if I knew the tires had a 10,000 mile tread life.I would write more, but it would only be deleted, as my others were!
HORRENDOUS customer service from sales to the service department. I brought my car in for simple wiper blade change...found the old ones sitting on the engine under the hood, after noticing my hood wouldnt quite close! When buying my car there, I was treated horribly by the finance person...who actually stared me down when I asked, after 2 hours of waiting, if it was my turn to pay for my car! Go to a different Ford, steer clear of this place.
Going into the dealership to just get my wife a new car and they were so friendly and willing to work with us on price that we left with 2 brand new cars! John Kennedy is great and we will continue to purchase our new cars from them so long as we are living in the area.
Did not cost as much as I thought. Local mechanic could not handle repair due to sophisticated issue with Ford Truck
Ive bought two Fords from here, and I always get my Edge serviced here by the great service team. I moved 30 miles away last year, but I still bring my car back here because they do such a great job at a competitive price.
Nice people. Oil change and inspection tool 2.5 hours... I expected half that time.
Awesome people. Awesome experience
